First I want to say thank you to the whole staff at Sunshine vet clinic. My blue nose pitbull with the typical knee injury under went a crucial ligament replacement. Jewels is doing great she even wears shoes now to keep her from slipping on the slick floors. Great job, thanks again Dr. Keri lynn.

I brought my cat here due to vomiting because there was no where else and it seemed urgent. First of all, this place advertises low prices (49$) exam fee. So they can nickel and dime you once your pet is in their possession. For example at the front door they told me the price of an x-ray is $80 when I got the final bill they had done two x-rays ($160). They will even give you extra charges for “throwing away needle” those are just 2 of the rediculous charges that were on my bill. Anyways I paid over 700$ for these unnecessary tests. Only to find out my cat was totally fine. Not to mention the vet is extremely rude. She called me and said these words “your cat is a terror” …FYI my cat is a great judge of character. ..I brought in a stool sample for them to test for worms. They never did. I called 3x leaving VM to ask why not? And they still have not returned my calls. Probably because they already got what they wanted (my money). The vets over at Canyon pet Hospital have much higher integrity and are conservative when it comes to treatment. 700$+ later and my cat is still vomiting regularly. Don’t come here unless you enjoy getting guilt tripped while emptying your wallet.

I took my dog in to get neutered. Everyone was wonderful, kind and knowledgeable. My dog was the one in a million that has an allergy to the pain meds, they gave us immediate help and provided me with answers to every question i had. I highly recommend.

Their prices have gone up since they changed to Sunshine Pet Clinic and they never answer their phones. They used to be open every Saturday which was super convenient for people that work during the week, but now they are open "every other Saturday" which seems to be every Saturday. Losing points here and may be shopping around for another vet for my pet.

She is extremely knowledgeable, highly skilled and has an excellent bedside manner with patients and their owners. Awesome staff and care for my Fur Babies!

This clinic was great today! My regular vet couldn't see my pup for 3 weeks!! I decided to try Sunshine Pet Clinic and I'm glad that I did. Yes, I had to wait, but they are a walk in - first come, first serve clinic, and they also offer drop-offs. The wait at the local ER clinic was 12-24 hours! My pup was seen, the staff was friendly, the vet was knowledgeable, and the prices were great! I highly recommend this clinic and they are now the only clinic for my babies.

This Vet clinic is very reasonable in price and the staff are friendly. It's a little wait time but worth it.

Ended up waiting 2 hours getting bumped in line 3 times. Finally when they saw me the actual owner came out and accused me of hanging up on her the other day , embarrassing me in front of everyone. When I told her I was not aware of this hang up but there had to be a simple explanation for it. She continued to harass me about it. I was so shocked to see the behavior from this owner and doctor , being that she is trying to rebuild the business after all the trouble they have had in the past. They were actually bumping me in line because they were getting me back for supposedly hanging up on them the day before. Wow what a ego here to deal with. Highly recommend not using this business until they get there act together

I understand it’s a walk in clinic but I have tried for a few days in a row to get my dog seen with insane wait times each time I go. For example today, I was informed there as one person in front of me when I got there so I put my name in the list then sat in my car and waited for an hour before leaving. Even tried calling to check the wait time but was then put on hold for over 10 min before the call was disconnected.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Keri Lynn and her staff. Olivia, Morgan and Christina in particular. They dropped everything to care for my injured pet, even going so far as to close the clinic to try and save her life. When she could not be moved, they took shifts to stay with her overnight. They are compassionate and professional, and I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Keri Lynn's skill and integrity. Their prices are very fair, but most of all they go above and beyond for our animal friends. Would highly recommend this Clinic for all your pet needs.

Had to come in here for a last minute walk in because my dog was having some skin issues. They saw her right away and gave her some great care. I appreciate how transparent and honest they are about what’s going on with your pet and do not beat around the bush. They are very transparent about pricing and what costs are and what really does need to be done and what can maybe be put off if you don’t have the money. I. my other experiences with other vets, they don’t get too specific so they can run other tests and make more money. Absolutely would recommend here. I feel that my pet is in great hands and I absolutely trust them. Will be our new go to vet care office.

Arrived there at 8 there were 4 people in front of us we just wanted an exam for our elderly dog. At 9:30 I asked when we would be seen and she said the doctor doesn't come in until 9 and she is running late. We waited until 10:30 and gave up. Sitting in your car for 2 1/2 hours doesn't work for me. She did do a good job on our dogs teeth in January. However it was a 8 to 6 all day event. We know covid makes this harder, but we are done after 12 years

Called ahead to arrange a time to bring my injured dog. Arrived and was told it would be a 15 minute wait until my dog would be seen. Waited for 20 minutes only to then be told they were not going to see my dog because they needed to do other paperwork.

Disorganized, customers were having to wait an hour to drop off then it was the same to pickup. I was told to come back at 3pm, my cat wasn't ready until 4:30. I was charged for medicine I didn't need. New ownership needs a little help.

My husky hatchi has been struggling for years with his skin and when I brought him in, not only did they help, I lost it because I was struggling financially and one of the vet techs checked on me. This place has done nothing but good when it comes to hatchi. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed. Very sweet team.

I was referred here due to be low income” according to every other vet;I’ve called so many others Ive been patient tried going 3 times in person just to be a shooed away So I was left to call only to no avail they were rude and unresponsive so I’m confused on the positive reviews I have yet to have my baby kitten get treated while her health is declining At this point I’m feeling so confused I can’t help but think it’s a bias. What’s the point of phones or appointment or walkins it’s been impossible to do any of them Is this exclusive to some people only

( special shout out to Morgan! ) thank you ! this is a great vet clinic, every member of the staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. I can tell that they all genuinely care about my pupper, and I always feel comfortable whenever I pass him off to them during visits, knowing that he is in good hands.

Zero stars. I recommend not taking any pet to this practice for care. They are poorly staffed, are not in the office when they say they should be and several times I have been turned away for care because they are "busy". I have 2 cats and 2 dogs I will no longer bring here because the service is so poor. I have not even spoken to an actual doctor the last few times. They simply have a vet tech bring my pet back to me with very little professional information to give. I have even had a vet tech tell me my dog's nails need a trim "badly" something I do every 2 weeks. That same employee commented that my dog needed their teeth cleaned, to which I told them I had just had them cleaned. Their next response- very rudely was "well what the heck are you feeding them then?!". Several times I have needed to bring my pet in and they were either too busy, or had an "emergency". I was not under the impression they were an emergency clinic. They need to refer to a vet hospital or have other doctors they can call in. Overall poor staffing, poor communication, no professionalism. It is so comical over the last year or so seeing "New Ownership" signs being put up. I guess the management might be new but it is definitely worse.

We understand this is a walk in clinic so we came in at 10:30 am hoping to get our friend’s dog on the list to get her examined. They told us to come back at 2 pm. When we came back, we waited there for 30 minutes for them to tells us to come back at 4 pm. Then when we came back at 4, we waited for another 40 minutes for them to tell us to come back in the morning. We were obviously frustrated and upset that we were not able to be seen today. We wasted this day driving back and forth and waiting. Then to be told we can try to come back in the morning was disappointing. I will say that the worker who was signing people in and spoke to us was kind and doing his best but we still left feeling distressed and neglected because of the lack of communication. We are pretty reasonable people and would have been more understanding if they could have told us that they were not able to see us today and we would’ve tried another clinic sooner. After 4:30 pm they tried to recommend another clinic that they said were taking walk-ins but when we got to the other clinic, they told us that they are not accepting walk-ins. We felt bad for the guy working the door because he was new and he was just the messenger but we were still frustrated that we were not helped.

They were great when we needed a rabies shot last minute, and advised us that our pup needed a teeth cleaning (he’s 8) and quoted us a good rate, so we booked it. When we arrived for that appointment, they said that because he was over 5, he needed additional services for his teeth cleaning that added $150 unexpected cost. I pointed out they knew his age when we were quoted the rate before, and they just shrugged it off. Really disappointed that I feel like we got a bait and switch, and because they also recommended medication and had to extract a tooth, it wound up being about $300 more than quoted. I understand the meds and extraction, but to be blindsided by the extra $150 was upsetting.

I had a very good experience at this clinic. I brought my dog in with a concern about a growth and needing his teeth cleaned. They gave me a very reasonable and adorable estimate. As I was discussing scheduling the procedure with Maria, the veterinarian offered to do it that very day since she had the availability in her schedule! I was so relieved to get it over with and to finally have peace of mind. His teeth look great, the growth is gone, and he is recovering great so far. The staff was caring, kind, and patient. Final costs are always circumstantial when dealing with medical care, but in my case the final cost was 10% lower than the estimate (and not to mention less than half the cost for *just* the dental cleaning at my previous provider). As it is a walk-in clinic, expect a wait and give yourself enough time. They’re busy because they’re good. Thank you again for taking such good care of my boy Reggie.

I was able to tell the doctors here cared just as much as I do, about my cats health. Which means more then one can imagine when you're broke af and your cat needs medical attention. There was no way I was going to be able to afford the cost for his tail amputation, which he desperately needed. Credits not an option for me either. But instead of telling me I'm, or more so Damian(the cat), are SOL; they worked with us. Dr. Keri Lynn wasn't going to let this cat leave untreated, even if his owner is poor at the moment. So she went out of her way to make sure my cat lives a long and healthy life. We are both very appreciative, thank u again everyone at pet companion!

I have been going to this clinic off and on for many years. I started taking my puppy here for boarding the first visit time he stayed I was told he did great. The second time I was called they said he was chewing there dog pen and they had to give him a pill to calm him down. I was told he would be given to him for the whole stay. I found out when I picked him up he wasn't given his pills they said he needed on Sunday and he did great. I called to have him boarded again they told me they gave him a shot and I would be charged a 30 dollar fee for shots. I don't think this place knows what's going on. Then this last week I took my dog and kitten to be seen at 3:30 they told me 45 minute wait I said fine at 4:55 I was called and told they wouldn't be able to see either pet today I told them my dog had a ear infection and they still told me to come back later I said I work until late they said bring him back in two weeks on a Saturday visit. So it took me two days finally found a new clinic who got him in and didn't turn us away after they said they could see us. This place has gone down hill over the last few months. The new doctor said his ear was really infected they cleaned it and gave antibiotics no thanks to this clinic neglecting the well being of a 9 month old puppy.

This business is under new ownership recently and they have done an amazing job. The new veterinarian is wonderful and the staff is amazing. My dog Sam actually gets excited to go to the vet they treat his so good. I like that it is walk in because I usually get seen very quick. I highly recommend this animal hospital.

They do not care about your animals. They gave my pet anesthesia with out blood work and lead to kidney failure. I went to 2 ERs afterward and all the doctors did not believe that they did anesthesia with out doing blood work first. They also gave my dog the same vaccine after getting copys of vaccine history. Please take your pets elsewhere. They are not responsible at all.
