Amanda was super helpful and knowledgeable over the phone and really friendly! I got all the info I needed from her about the doggie carriers and the price is great and they actually have it in stock! I didn't want to go to any chain pet stores with all that is going around.. And the chains seem to really struggle with their inventory.. And I really didn't want go to Amazon because they are so big! I'm happy to support my local community! Yay! See you guys in a couple days!

This store is well stocked and well maintained. They have a large store and carry many brands of toys, treats, food and the many other items you need to take care of your furry friend. I have purchased many high quality dog toys, picked up my preferred dog food brand for kibble and wet food. I go to this store as often as possible.

Great large local pet food store. They have array of products including dog houses and other unique items. I love how the aisle are easy to walk through with my dog and staff is friendly and helpful.

Pretty good, service is sometimes friendly which is exceedingly rare in Portland and surrounding areas. Cats seem to really like the food that was recommended.

Embarrassingly poor selection. I used to come here frequently, but I live on the east side and have not been here since prior to the pandemic. I arrived with a very large shopping list of food and supplies for my dogs and cat. I left with a third of what I came to get. Thistore is h yet

Helpful, very friendly staff make sure you can find whatever you need for your pet(s) and can provide advice or assistance if needed. Very pleasant experience compared to large chain stores.

This local pet store is THE BOMB. With two cats and a high energy dog, we go through a lot of food and toys. Everything we've gotten from here for our fur babies has been top quality. They even have the bedding that I prefer for my Kenyan sand boas that I usually would have to order online! We can get everything here for our menagerie of critters and the staff is so pleasant! High recommend this place.
