Top shelf respect, take care of my cat with great care, and did not treat me indifferent to everybody else.

Sad to say, they cancelled my pet's spay one day before it was scheduled because I called to make sure that they had small instruments for my small dog, asked what kind of anesthesia medicine they used, and asked if they could explain what happened to the pet that died that's mentioned in one of the reviews here. My questions were described as "brash"...instead of doing my due diligence to take care of my best friend. I'm in tears, I had a small list of questions I wanted to address before I put my pet through this surgery, I didn't think they were over the top. They refunded my $10. I just don't understand this.

Dr. Williams is very caring and always takes the time needed to listen and answer questions, whether in the office or on follow-up phone calls.

I would totally recommend this clinic. They have been wonderful to my pets. They are so helpful. I truly appreciate them.

Solid humans working here and charging a fair price

Took my cat Diamond and 10 month old puppy to be fixed And there was absolutely no problems with procedure or free return visit to remove stitches. Very good with your animals.

They are not freindly with your animals.when they say they will get back to you on concerns they don't call back .I have given them chance after chance.now I am shopping for a better vet.probably not hard to find

Never actually been inside the place but it has nice animals they come and go.

Beautiful place to have a children's party

Abusive toward Pets !! Horrible service - rude and unprofessional working desk. Flippant attitudes and very little to No regard for older pets. Do Not Trust this place with any older Pet or pet with severe challenges.

Everyone that I came in contact with was simply amazing and so helpful! I learned so much! Never talked down to me, and explained everything about my dogs procedure so I understood!

They continue to do everything right. Safe, courteous, professional, and friendly. Also reasonably priced!

Great and friendly service to us and our pets

I can't wait until we can bring our pets in and be there for the doctor's visit. You guys are all great. Dr. Schlingman saw Uma, and we liked him. He is a good locum tenens. Dr. Williams did a great job of describing the lab results for my kitty.

Great service and they really do their job, my dog had some recurrent issues that no one could figure out how to help him, they tried a couple treatments before running some test and realizing he has a rare immune disease, he's been on the proper meds for one month now and he is so different, his demeanor, energy levels, he's doing great thanks to someone who thought out of the box

I brought our two kittens there. They took care of them like they were their own. My kittens were pain free when we picked them up. They sent them home with pain meds. My kittens didn't feel anything. I would recommend them for all your pet needs without hesitation.

Prices good but wait times long, calling can be long wait. Prices staff good

My Annie was spayed last Friday; she is doing so well and I have to thank Hayden Meadows Pet Clinic for her care! They are professional, reliable and so compassionate. Take you pets there for any type of care!
