I only just started going here - after my first few encounters I can say that the staff and my vet there, Dr. Hawkins, were all very lovely, competent and helpful. There is none of the VCA-Banfield-mega-vet upsell / rigid vibe and everyone seemed busy, but not stressed and unhappy. That makes a difference to me. I have started making a point of not going where people seem like walking sales-pitches and you sense they are friendly because that's the script - there is entirely too much of that in the world. Kudos to Gabriel Park. I'm glad we found you.

We love the care our cats and dog receive here. Dr. Libbi and all of her colleagues are wonderful and loving.

We've been enjoying the services of Gabriel Park Veterinary Clinic for about six or seven years. Initially, when we were recommended to them from our prior "emergency" vet, we were told that Dr. Libbi Hawkins was an outstanding veterinarian. Over the years we have come to believe the truth in that and also firmly in her good judgement, her analytical skills and her reliable and personable services. She is EXCELLENT! Over the years we have also become acquainted with Dr. Jamie Cheshire and many of the other veterinarians and competent clinicians at the clinic. We have never had anything but an excellent experience. We have a dog and three cats (our pet family) that have all benefited by having such good medical care at this clinic. We could not recommend Gabriel Park Veterinary Clinic more highly! Thank you everyone at Gabriel Park Veterinary Clinic for all that you have done for us and for our pets for a very long time. The vets and vet techs at Gabriel Park Veterinary Clinic are great! They are so sweet to my girl when she comes in. They are very quick to answer emails, are always courteous and responsive to questions/concerns I have. We would never go anywhere else! Thank you!!!

Woul recommend transparency; better foresight regarding appointment price estimate. Price referenced over the phone was 3.6 times less than what what we were charged. Appreciate the advice and services though.

Very poor care for my dying kitty. Requested that I bring him in TWICE -- both times misdiagnosed. Only interested in payment. I switched to a new clinic.

I have so much confidence in the physicians, techs and front desk staff. They are wonderful and so very helpful. I am lucky I found them.

My dog has gone to this vet for years and is now almost 18 years young and going strong. He just had to have a lot of teeth removed recently though, and has had some complications... perhaps mostly that it feels so strange to him. The Doctors are having him come back and taking care of making sure he's OK, even calling after hours and checking on him. If only my human doctor could be so good! [Just kidding, she's great too!]

We have taken our 2 cats here for years. Dr. Hawkins is great (as are the other docs we've seen over the year). They take great care of our pets, are friendly, and a great neighborhood vet clilnic.

I called them on 7/5 and left a message about my. Sick pup. They were closed, but they returned my call the next day at 8:01 AM! The minute they opened! You can't imagine how this eased my anxiety and we were able to get a same day appointment. They always take great care of my fur baby and answer all of the I'm sure are annoying questions that I have. It doesn't matter which doctor you see as they are all wonderful! The care was amazing and I am so appreciative to be able to do a drop off appointment and get several follow up calls that day and the next to check on progress. Everyone was fantastic and knowledgeable. It feels great to know my fur baby is in good hands here.

I have been looking for a new vet clinic and could not be more pleased with my experience at Gabriel Park this week. Every time I’ve called, Brian at the front desk has been so kind and helpful. My cat was seen by Dr.Cheshire and I was really happy with her. She communicated in detail all of the things she noticed about my cat during her exam and she addressed all of my concerns. She was empathetic to my situation and was so easy to talk to. I will be making Gabriel Park my new regular vet clinic for both of my kitties. I also liked how the itemized invoice was presented to me before they took my cat back so I knew exactly what to expect. Customer service is a big deal to me and I can’t express how nice it is to call and get through to someone who is kind and caring. I feel we will be in good hands making this our new regular vet clinic. Highly recommend.

Our doggies are part of our family, and Gabriel Park treats them with the same special care. They have always received the best, thorough, and compassionate care. When needed, they have been referred out to excellent specialists. Our doggies are happier and healthier due to having good care all around.
