Ellaree and her team are amazing! I learned SO much valuable information through training with Ellaree. My anxious dog now has so many stimulating activities that are so simple but so rewarding for both of us. I think I've put every activity and product (all inexpensive and very worth it) she has recommended to use with really, really great results. In addition to Ellaree, our dog walker Aria is patient, kind, and flexible and gives great updates. Responses are quick, care is great, and it's very obvious how much this business cares about animals. I've had really poor luck with rovers and family members dog sitting for me the last few times I've gone out of town and I am *certain* that next time I will not hesitate to go with EC petcare to watch my dog. Can't recommend enough!

EC Petcare is awesome! Ellaree is very responsive & professional. Our doggos have been working with Sam, who is amazing! We always get detailed reports & lots of pictures after walks, and their behavior has improved after only about 2 months of walks with her ◡̈ Both Sam & Ellaree respond quickly to requests and messages and are very knowledgable about dogs. I know they're treating them well, and it feels good to have found someone I trust to take care of our dogs! We can't wait to continue working with them & would highly recommend EC Petcare to anyone looking for training, boarding, or any service they offer.

Ellaree has been an absolute goddess send! She has worked so hard to help me through several very challenging situations. Has taken the time to chat with me on the phone and provided me with not just support for caring for my high needs dog and two cats but also freely given me a lot of emotional support. I am an axious dog mama, and she has put me at ease the several times I have worked with her. Truly, I don't know what I would have done w/out her and her business. HIGHLY recommend for your animals and for you if you are someone like me. My dog is my child and she gets that!

What can I say? Ellaree and her team are great! Ellaree has excellent people work for her and keeps a close eye on everything. She takes a lot of pride in her business and that shines through in the excellent care that our family/our dog received! Her systems are set up to make things easy, communication is a breeze and she always has 2 dog walkers assigned so someone can always be backup if needed. We highly recommend!

Ellaree and her team are all wonderful people who genuinely care about my dog. I had a bad experience in the past with a company that was consistently late for a majority of the walks that I scheduled and didn’t adhere to their shortened time window for puppies. Aria and Ashlin are ALWAYS on time for the walks I schedule and my dog loves all of them. They have also been patient with me and my wacky work schedule! Would 100% recommend to anyone who needs a little extra help with their pet(s).

Home dog sitting service was great. I learned a lot about positive dog behaviors and how to entertain our pup from Ellaree and her recommendations while we were away. Our pitbull was very well cared for.

Ellaree has been amazing with both us and our pup. She is especially great for highly reactive dogs. We have used her for in-person training with us present and extended excursions alone with the dog. Pup's challenging behavior has improved leaps and bounds through her work both with him directly and with us as dog owners. Can't say enough good things about EC Pet Care!

I love EC pet care and I reccomend them to everyone! I was worried about trying to find a dog trainer to help my dog's anxiety because I didn't want to work with anyone who used negative reinforcement or punishments, and EC pet care was a great fit. We used treats, praise, and mental stimulation (walks, sniffs, puzzle toys, etc.), and when I started working their suggestions into our daily routine, my dog's anxiety became completely managable. They taught me to identify triggers and how to handle them in a productive way. It's a lot of work, but it's worth it and I still use their strageties today.

EC Petcare is the best and Ellaree is absolutely amazing!!!! I had been struggling to find a good walker for my 7 year old Affenpinscher Frederick, that was reliable and also able to help us train him. We adopted Frederick only a few months ago, and he came to us not having been well socialized, so he can be a bit reactive towards other dogs. Ellaree and her team have been so amazing at helping us work on his reactiveness, and they take the best care of our little nugget while we are at work! They always keep us informed on how he's doing with other dogs and general updates on his daily walks, and not to mention they send the CUTEST photo updates! I have noticed such a difference in him since we've started using EC Petcare, I would recommend them to anyone!!

Our dog was a huge fan of Ellaree when she first walked in the door because she came bearing treats. We haven't had too much need for dog-walking services, but EC Petcare has been terrific to work with. Very professional and courteous with people, extremely loving with the pets. We'll always keep them in mind if we need to take a break or have our dog get some extra training.

I love EC Petcare. They are great in terms of ease of scheduling, great communication and really caring personnel. Carrie is our catsitter and our shy cat loves her. She keeps us updated with how our cat is doing, and sends lots of pictures. It's such a relief to know my cat is well looked after when I'm out of town. I would absolutely recommend them.

I’ve had 2 training sessions with me, Ellaree and my new puppy, and I find this to be well worth the money. Having 1-on-1 time, teaching how to communicate using positive reinforcement methods in my home, minimizes the stress on my pup, and I’ve learned far more than I would have in a group setting.

EC Petcare cared for our three kitties while we were on vacation. Carrie was there promptly for both mealtimes, spent quality time getting to know everyone and shared detailed updates with us after every visit. Our cats were quite relaxed and happy when we returned. Using this service will give us great peace of mind in the future. They are the best.

Frederic is a smart, energetic, but easily distractible and somewhat mischievous boy who requires proper guidance and enriching exercise. Ellaree and her staff were extremely helpful in working with Frederic to tidy up his leash manners and quell anxiety while being exposed to the majesty that is the outside world. She also provided us with a wealth of knowledge and insight as to how we could better approach our training sessions/daily life with him. It was wonderful having Ellaree as a resource as she enabled us to grow into the best dog parents possible. And, it definitely helps that Frederic LOVES her! It's clear she's extremely passionate about what she does.

Ellaree and her team have been very good to work with. Due to Covid, we had to cut short our visits but hope to restart soon. Megan was able to walk my 125 pound baby without issues. I think we did one or two overnights and all of our requests were followed. I will definitely be using there services in the future!

EC pet care has been nothing but amazing to our family and fur babies. We use them for in home dog sitting while we are on vacation. This is our third year working with them and there is no one else we trust more. They also haven given us great insight when it comes to taking the best care of our fur babies. Love them!

We had one session with Ellaree to get my 3 yr old labradoodle leash trained. Ellaree was the best. So informative and knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anyone who needs help with their pet. She trains us Moms and Dads how to train our pets. Great experience!

EC Petcare has been so wonderful as my pup has been growing up. I've experienced dog walking services as well as a personal training session with Ellaree. I've also coordinated with Ellaree when I had some tricky scheduling issues, which she was great at accommodating. EC Petcare staff seems extremely experienced, professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and hands-on. Ellaree has been great with maintaining safety during COVID19. She's done a great job with meeting me where I'm at with my skill level and my dog's skill level. I would trust my dog with her and her staff any day.

I was in Portland with my family to see play and we were staying at a hotel. My blind and almost deaf senior dog was with us and I couldn't bear to leave her unattended in a room she was not familiar with. I am super picky about who I trust to watch my dogs but after reading good reviews, I took a chance and reached out to EC Petcare. It was a very last minute inquiry, but the owner reached out very quickly and she happened to be available the evening of our play. She was professional, prompt and genuinely cares about her business and the animals they care for. I appreciated her attention to detail and her ability to read my dogs language right off the bat. I wouldn’t hesitate to use the services again and can only hope she starts a satellite business on the coast!

Ellaree is a great dog walker and so helpful with walking and training my pup! She is so patient with all of my questions and has good training rates too. I feel safe knowing my puppy has the same person coming to see her every day.
