Amazing staff. Great pet care!

Have been going here for more than 15 years. All of the staff is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They take fantastic care of our furry family members and we always feel good knowing they are in excellent hands.

I just wanted to share my experience because I think it would be valuable to others. I brought my eight-year-old dog Marcie here and these people were truly amazing in all that they did for us. I just moved from Alaska last minute and have to continue on to Wyoming and am extremely low on funds. these people were able to work with me to get a price i could afford to get help for my dog without leaving us homeless. I am extremely thankful they were there to help us!

I've brought two dogs to this clinic over the course of 15 years. It's clear the staff and doctors truly care about your fur family in the manner they handle and treat them, and in taking the time to make sure you feel informed and comfortable.

I had to put my beloved cat down, names Gizmo. I was impressed with the top notch service from Brenda and Dr. Kay. Thank you for helping me through this difficult time. ????????

$975 for a dog neuter! (that does include pre-op appt and blood work) I have been calling several places since my vet currently is unable to do neuters for a month do to an equipment issue. This is more than double everyone else's price and in a lot of cases 3 times the amount. I am not even looking for a low cost option since I am needing it done quickly do to a medical issue with the dog.

I've been going here for a few years and they're very caring and always check in over email. It's a bit expensive but I think all vets are.

They advertise low-cost spay and neuter but they're no longer doing it and she told me it would be 1200 to spay my dog

If youre looking for a vet clinic, this is it. Always seem to fit me in, always on time, and are awesome with follow up phone calls.

Took a while to get to our cat, but once they did that were so nice and helpful. The didn't try and push extra things on us and the even gave us a discount for being a new customer

The staff here is exceptional and their operation is a well oiled machine with each staff member performing their role with care, knowledge and professionalism. You are given all your options without pressure to have services performed if you want to wait or opt out. I had quite a bit done for my dog and found the prices to be very reasonable. Dr. Z's demeanor is kind, thorough and reassuring. He is relatable and personable, and explains things in a way that is understandable. There is nothing intimidating about him or his office. Katie expertly "directs traffic", ensuring the office runs at maximum efficiency. When I was holding for one thing she filled the gap by having me talk to someone else on another so there was no waiting. My bill was ready when I arrived and before I could blink my payment was processed so I could be on my way. Diane is skilled at acknowledging communication so that you feel heard and secure that information is being properly gathered and disseminated and explains how to administer medication in detail. All this and you never even have to get out of your car. I'm a fan, and will continue to take my dog here even though I live in Vancouver. Thanks everyone, great job!

We have been taking our 5 month old kitten here. They’ve done all of her vaccinations and early check ups. They did her spay yesterday and they did a fantastic job! We even had an incident last week when I had to rush her to an emergency vet after hours. Burlingame Vet Clinic called multiple times to check to see how she was doing. They answer all of my many questions, are super kind and knowledgeable, and I always come home with a happy kitty!

Always friendly and take good care of our dog. Very careful with COVID protocols.

The staff were very nice and professional and they were excellent with our dog (he is a very good dog!). We look forward to returning his test kit tommorow and soon treating whatever it is that's bothering him.

$600+ to spay a cat. Wow. Celebrity cats only I guess.

Vets that REALLY care and will take the time to communicate all concerns and causes options. Such lovely, thorough, and efficient people!

After the old Burlingame Vet closed up, I spent some time looking for a reliable replacement. Like everyone, I love my pet and I did not trust the newcomers at first. However, I eventually gave them a try and I have to admit I am now a convert. I am confident that everyone at this clinic cares about my dog's health and she has received excellent care from this team. They have also generally given me sound advice - as opposed to advice that increases their bottom line as so many clinics seem to do.

Dr. Z and his staff are nothing less than spectacular. They provided our Boston Terrier, Capri with amazing care for her 11 years. We recently had to make the decision to put her down due to a tumor that had developed on her aorta and it was the most difficult decision ever for our family. Dr. Z and his staff showed amazing care and compassion during this time especially and we are forever grateful! Thank you so much!

Very upset! I tried to make an appointment for my cat, and it was scheduled for thursday the 9th and on 3 seperate occassions they pushed the appointment back due to difficulties. The appointment is now 3 weeks over the original date. I will not be using their services.

Had an appointment today but had to call it off to take care of sick family member who fell ill suddenly. Lady on the phone said ill forfeit my 50$ deposit since its less than 24hrs (kind of get it). What i dont get is i offered to reschedule but she said ill have to make another deposit for the same amount. Kind of inhumane isn't it?

They let me stay with my dog during the procedure.

Dr. Z is amazing. If you have a dog or cat, come see him here. It’s hard to find a vet this skilled and caring. The woman named Honey behind the front desk is extra kind! They’ve cared for my cats and dog and have always been very compassionate. My Butters hated everyone but me...he was an aggressive chihuahua that trusted nobody. Everyone here was so kind and patient to Butters that he grew to trust and like them even when he was ill, old, and scared to be away from me. When he passed the staff was so nice and made sure he didn’t suffer. Dr z. has done multiple surgeries for my pets as well and always done a great job.

My cat and I were treated with care and respect. I asked for cost/benefits because I am on a budget but the high estimate was affordable so my sweet older lady ???? is getting well fast and I couldn't be happier.
