Blue Door Veterinary Services Portland, Washington

I tried contacting this company three separate times via email to book an appointment, and never got a single contact response back in any capacity. No email or call saying they can’t accept patients, nothing. I used the book appointment section AND contact us section, so I’m not really sure how to use this business at all when it’s supposed to be about convenience.

Unfortunately I'm subject to neighbors using their services. With ample street parking...literally no other cars parked within 100ft either direction...they decide its best to block my driveway. Rude.

These people care! Like, so much. I have never felt more supported or nurtured by another vet. My cat LOVES them, which is not how thats gone in the past. They check in on him after visits. They communicate quickly with me through all my anxious emails. They do NOT guilt or upsell-their primary concern is my animals welfare and I couldnt be more grateful to have such an amazing team of people! Cannot say enough nice things about Blue Door.

Dr. Meridith is very friendly and was quick to provide advice when our dog got a cut on his nose. Anyone in the Portland area is lucky to have her to provide veterinary services. Give Blue Door a shot and you won't be disappointed!

I am so thankful to the Blue Door Vet Team! Dr. Wilkinson and her team were absolutely wonderful with Belle, my 11 year old Yorkshire Terrier. They worked with me to get Belle seen for a growing mass under her chin within a week, when all other vets that I called were scheduling out months. They were very gentle and compassionate when caring for Belle and it definitely helped alleviate her anxiety. Dr. Wilkinson deeply cares for her patients and is very thorough. She listens, explains things well and keeps you updated about the plan of care. I highly recommend their services and am so happy to have found them!

So grateful to Dr. Wilkinson and Jamie for their patience and kindness with my anxious dog! He has severe anxiety with vet visits to the physical location and has medications to help, but having them come to us was much less stressful for him—no car ride, no waiting room full of barking dogs, dozens of strangers going in and out, etc. During the visit, Dr. Wilkinson & Jamie were both communicative and happy to answer my questions, offer suggestions, and go over everything they were doing. I really appreciate their patience, communication, and kindness. Wendi, who I spoke to on the phone and via email to set everything up, is also very helpful and responsive, and she made it very easy to book the initial appointment and get all the information I needed. In a time of social distancing - Blue Door provided quality care for our fur kids (three of them)! Excellent service, did not feel rushed at all through the process.

Had second Blue Door appointment for my cats recently. So much easier and less stressful on all of us. The team quickly put my cats at ease. The appointment was thorough but not rushed. Covered all the basics, and gave me advice on how to handle situations. Cannot say enough good things about Blue Door and how they help me care for my pets.

I HIGHLY recommend this service and have to many of my friends and neighbors. I am going to post their service on our Neighborhood "Next Door" blog. They are very professional, friendly and accommodating and Very kind to my Pom with none of the Vet Office commotion. They took very good care with everything, were on time and prepared for her. Dr Dawson and her crew are AMAZING! Blue Door has been caring for our backyard goats for more than a year. I can't express how much I appreciate the great service and care we get for our critters! The mobile office is state of the art - so we get a full-service appointment right in front of our home! Blue Door is quick to reply to queries and get appointments on the books. Pricing is competitive with other in-office clinics and we even get a multiple pet discount when scheduling all our yearly check-ups at once! This Veterinarian is so incredibly sweet. I called about a sick animal and although she doesn't service my area, she took the time to look up names of other vets and was extremely empathetic. We need more people in the world like her. Thank you for caring! :)

I really loved my experience with Blue Door. The doctor and her assistant were very friendly and made me feel super comfortable. They answered all of my questions in depth and were super sweet to my cat, even though he was being VERY cranky. The check-up and shots were quick and efficient, didn't feel rushed at all. I will definitely be having them back the next time we need a vet!

Wow. The serivce is absolutely AWESOME. Thanks for visiting with my dog Bo the Great Dane. Bo is getting up there in age, thus making visits to a brick and mortar veterinary office difficult. I love them! (specifically Dr Weller and Jenn,(their technician) I recommend them! Had a great experience today, very proactive depictions on any answers i may have.
