I’ve always had good experiences until recently it seems things are not been good when talking to them over the phone. Needed help for my dog for few things and emergency tonight and they hung me out to dry. I am now looking for a new vet.

Dr. Hanrahan was attentive, informative, and listened to my concerns. I was made aware of all labs within a reasonable time. My experiences with Bethany Family Pet Clinic to this point has always been positive. Even with all the stress they are working under each day, they are sincere in wanting to give the best care possible to your pet.

We couldn’t be more grateful for the excellent care that has been consistently provided to our cats by Bethany Family Pet Clinic. Aside from routine exams, we recently learned emergency care is extremely reliable and more than professional. Care provided by Dr. Haudi to our cherished ‘Rey’ who landed with an infection was more than we could ask for. Rey is recovering with us now and this is our greatest joy for the holiday. Thank you Dr. Haudi and Bethany Pet Clinic Team!

Single best vet experience I've had in the last year! Friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable! So glad they were able to fit us in.

Dr Merrill and his staff were remarkably tender and professional when we came in with our very sick lab and had to put him down. They took us directly back and cared for Kennedy immediately.

UPDATED REVIEW: I had been taking my dogs here for a couple of years and I absolutely love Dr Rodriguez. However, over the last few months their service has taken a significant down turn with lots slipping through the cracks. I know they are busier than ever now but I just don't have that same happy feeling i used to get after interacting with them. If it wasn't for an out of state move forcing me to find a new office, I would have anyway. Very disappointing.

We have been lucky to have Bethany Family Pet Clinic as our vet for 20 years. In 2001 we got Sammy, the Beagle and Dr. Norman took great care of him for 10 years. When Sammy got cancer we were so supported by everyone at BFPC. They did everything they could, but unfortunately…the cancer got too severe. The big blessing of it all was Dr. Norman coming to our home to help our Sammy “cross the rainbow bridge.” It was such a comfort to us and to our pup. It didn’t take us too long to get another pet, Jess, who is a mixed breed rescue pup and she has also gotten great care from BFPC. And…like a lot of other people, in 2020, we added another pup to our family, Drexler…another Beagle! Both of our dogs see Dr. Rodriguez and he has been just a great vet for our dogs. There are many things we love about Bethany Family Pet Clinic: - The doctors, techs and staff are always helpful with our needs. - We always feel like we get options for care, rather than just being told what to do. - Vet costs can get expensive, the folks at BFPC are cognizant of costs and try to minimize $$. - Most importantly, we (us and our dogs) are always treated kindly and with compassion. We will always recommend Bethany Family Pet and their great team!

I’m very disappointed with Bethany family Clinic after all these years of me taking both my animals there. My senior dog had an episode of her throwing up blood. The day of the emergency they were unable to get her in. (OK that’s fine, I understand.) When I called Bethany family Clinic to set up a follow up apt, after I spent the whole day in emergency room. They were unable to schedule my dog for over 2 1/2 weeks. The apt they offered me was a “drop off” ; where I would just leave my dog and hope they get to her sometime that day. OR They told me I could call back every day and see if there was a new availability, as they didn’t have a waitlist. (I didn’t know throwing up blood wasn’t an emergency.) It was clear as day, Bethany Family Clinic, did not care about my dog’s well being. Money is their motive and it’s heart breaking. I will never go back here!

They do have a slight problem with phones, it takes quite awhile sometimes to get through. Excellent vets and staff they really treat your pets like their own.

I have a Shiba Inu and he is not easy to work with. Dr. Velasco was very patience and handle him with such love that I was very touched. She didn't rush through the process and was very attentive to our needs, the staff are friendly, responsive and I haven't had to call back on an issue twice. I am so glad my Shibas have a place to go to and be cared with love and respect.

Had a great experience here. They take care of my dog and don't make her stressed out. Thank you!

I have been going to this clinic for over 8 years and have an elderly dog. In the last few months she has been in need of urgent care twice and this clinic has been unable to see her for DAYS. I understand during this pandemic that vet are straining under the need for care, but being unable to see a pet that has been in their care in an emergency situation in a timely fashion is unacceptable.

Dr. Norman is so great with our dogs. He actually sits on the floor so they don't get as upset as they could. He is very gentle and always has helpful answers to all our questions. You can't go wrong with taking your pet here.

We have used this veterinary clinic for over 15 years. We just know that our pets are taken care of by compassionate and kind people. Unfortunately COVID has made the experience less personal as appointments now are drop-off mostly. Would recommend though.

Have been going to this clinic for ~8 years. Today I showed up for my dogs scheduled injections. Didn’t have great availability so I had to schedule at 10am on a Thursday. Had to take several hours off work to make that time slot. When I showed up they took my dog in and came back a few minutes later and told me they ran out of his medicine and they would let me know when they would get it. No apology for wasting my time. Could have easily called me to reschedule/cancel my appointment. Fortunately I found a new vet later that day. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

In a word ... the best. That's two words ... but you get my drift. The staff at BFPC, from the moment you walk in the door with your pet until you leave, have one goal ... to treat you and your bet with the best qualify care and best customer service around. And these folks deliver every single day!!!

So grateful for this Fear Free Certified vet practice. My large generally sweet dog is terrified after a couple of bad experiences elsewhere. I love that Dr. Norman and this practice encourage free happy visits, and take their time to find ways to make the animals feel comfortable, even in our case seeing our dog outside for her routine exams when she flatly refused to enter the doors. :) They were very kind. We drive an hour each way to go there - absolutely worth every minute and every dollar.

The staff genuinely love animals (their patients). The caring shows in their interactions with my pet.

As wonderful a Fear Free place as we could ever hope for. Our tiny, trembling dog gets pre-visit anti anxiety meds from Bethany Family Pet. This week’s visit for injections, Edwin, the tech held her so kindly and firmly that she felt calmer. She got a cat mask to calm her down as well. Our amazing vet, Dr Pow, reads dog body language and knew lots of little tricks to minimize fear. Dr Pow strategized and orchestrated the whole visit to our dog’s benefit. Our dog’s personal nail trimmer, Alicia, knew her by sight and remembered her idiosyncrasies. Alicia is 100% responsible for teaching her a nail trim is not an amputation! ;>) Love this place.

We’ve been going to Bethany Family Pet Clinic for over 10 years. All of the staff are friendly, compassionate and seem to really care about the well-being of our pet. We have seen a number of vets over the years and they’ve all been great. We are always impressed at how quickly they get back to us with lab results.

I did have a good experience in the care there but I'm giving it 2 stars because of how difficult they are to contact.

I've been going to Bethany Family Pet Clinic for a couple years. I used to see Doctor Reyes, who held my hand through the fatal diagnosis and loss of my senior dog at the end of last year. Brought in my other dog for a nail trim today, and they ended up holding him for a few hours because they felt we might be more comfortable knowing he could get medical intervention (seizure watch) for a bad reaction to an antianxiety medication. They constantly think of things as not just what is best for the animals, but also how it's going to increase owner care, education and understanding. Love them and wouldn't trust my boys going anywhere else.

I never went to the clinic. My vet retired and when I called Bethany to see if they were taking new clients I had to leave a message. No one ever returned my call.
