I can’t say enough good things about Dr Liz and her staff! Our dog has a bad wound, and she was able to see him, when our long time vet wasn’t. She has given himexcellent care, and she and every member of her staff are warm, compassionate, and caring. They have been excellent with not only our dog, but also super patient with me, a very scared dog mom. Dr Liz has kept me in the loop every step of the way, and has been very thorough, and also super responsive.

I am so incredibly grateful for Dr. Liz and the team. They are truly an amazing bunch of people. I am delighted that they got our cat into their office when literally no one else could take her for a week even the ER was booked out. If we had waited she would of needed surgery, but this clinic prevented her from needing surgery cause they were so incredibly responsive in taking her in thanks to the front desk helpers. She cared for my cat like her own. I also trust Dr. Liz with my animal and her staff. I am so grateful for Dr. Liz's expertise and professionalism. She & and the team exceeded my expectations. I felt like the team would of done the same thing for their own animal. My cat's nurse was outstanding with my animal. I felt so good about leaving her there. She was in good hands. Dr. Liz was extremely attentive, responsive, professional, and reliable to my cat's individual needs. And I was just utterly impressed with her professionalism and expertise of care. It was like my cat was her own animal. They saved my cat's life when no one else could help us and the patient care was outstanding. Thank you! And thanks to everyone else I did not get to meet. All of you are amazing! Thank you for being amazing and saving my cat. We love you!

I took both of my adopted cats here. The wait wasn’t long, the staff is SUPER nice, and they are very gentle to the animals. Always ensuring you get the best care for your pet that you are comfortable with. Overall, prices are very reasonable. BONUS: They offer coffee, tea, and cookies!

We have been going to Port Orchard Animal Clinic for a few years now. And Dr. Liz and her staff are Amazing! They are always able to fit us in when we have a last minute problem with our dogs. One of my dogs has spinal issues with pain, she has helped him with pain management. Which has helped him enjoy life and extend his life by years. Our other dog, Rue has bad allergies and ear infections. Dr. Liz has treated her stubborn ear infection and it's all clear now. Rue is getting treated with monthly allergy shots & this has helped her stop itching and having severely irritated skin. Rue has been a much happier dog since treatment & is back to her spunky self. Dr. Liz always thoroughly explains the situation and treatment for our animals so that we understand. We highly recommend her over other veterinarian's we've tried in the area. Thank you so much Dr. Liz and staff for treating our dogs & making their lives healthier & more fulfilling!! Also, thank you so much for the kind & caring treatment of our animals!!

Previous negative review was the result of a gross misunderstanding that took place over the course of several days. The office reached out directly and we discussed the issue, determining that there was simply an instance of poor communication. With that said, as my previous review noted, the quality of service is great. They do excellent work and genuinely care for your pets. They are, however, a little pricier than vets in the Silverdale area and other states we lived in, but if you can afford it the quality of care is worth the cost.

Dr. Liz takes care of our animals much better than the other vets we have tried in the area. She's frequently booked pretty solid for more complicated issues (2 days for observation for a kitty peeing outside the litter box compared to almost a month for teeth removal surgery to alleviate pain). Honestly, though, she's more than worth it. Her office people are very nice and promptly call even when you use their online appointment request, and they are willing to put up with our very vocal princess of a cat who is nasty at vet visits. Thank you for being awesome. A+

I received a call from Dr. Liz tonight. She wanted to discuss my less than complementary review. After hearing “we have improved our practices...Everyone has an off day....I would be happy to refund your fee for the follow up visit.” Etc etc , I told her that I would change my review.... because yes, everyone has off days, and if they have improved their practices, then perhaps they deserve a second chance?? ..... and then I read her response to my original, and since deleted, review.... Hmmm....a bit snarky, and not the tune you were singing tonight Dr. Liz. How interesting. First, you spelled her name incorrectly. Cloie wasn’t doing well after her surgical extraction. Interestingly enough, you agreed with that tonight on the phone. Neither you, nor your team, EVER CALLED to see how she was doing! I called your office to say that she was not doing well! I’m not going to waste any more of time. Keep your money Dr. Liz. While I think it was fantastic that you took time out of your incredibly long day to follow up on my less than stellar review from my experience three years ago, the fact that you wrote such a snotty and completely inaccurate response prior to calling me, boggles my mind. Best of luck to you Dr. Liz. I hope you learned something and will redirect yourself and your team in the future.

In the midst of Covid, you want to feel that your pets are in good hands behind the scenes. We have received incredible care/phone calls for our sweet puppy this week. Couldn't speak more highly of the staff and Dr. Liz.

I've always had excellent experiences with this vet office. I have a sometimes medically needy, extremely anxious greyhound and so a patient and knowledgeable vet is essential. I've had to move often and change vets often but Dr. Liz and her team are by far my favorite. The services are reasonably priced and I always feel like my dog is a priority. I would definitely recommend you entrusting your pets to them.

Visited for the last time today as we said goodbye to our beloved pet. Dr. Oien and her staff have been terrific over the years and were especially helpful during these last few difficult months. They are truly wonderful and caring people.

This is been the best vet I have ever had. They have been with me as I have gained our kitten, and sadly lost a senior cat. They always have provided amazing service, skills, and even love to my pets. They always remember me and my furry family. I highly suggest choosing this team for your furry family.

I switched to here! I have two cats with extreme vet anxiety and one of them has asthma. This clinic saw both my cats promptly, at the same time, AND in a room suited to cats. They had their first positive vet experience/reaction EVER. The staff treated them so nicely. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable about asthma and was thorough in our conversation. I had never thought or read a lot of the great information I learned. My cat's treatment plan is comprehensive. I am impressed by the professionalism and caring of the staff at this clinic. We are so happy! Thank you!
