Phase II Pet Grooming Port Orchard, Washington

Our Labradoodle was a mess with long hair and mats. We had trouble finding an appointment after she was spayed. They had two openings when I called. They were great with her, she looked and smelled wonderful, we hardly recognized her. Highly recommend.

The friendly knowledgeable staff here is very helpful and skillful at grooming. All of the dogs I saw were beautifully groomed. This was a first grooming for my large breed, high energy puppy, and their skillful care and grooming made for a very positive first grooming experience. Happy Puppy, Happy Owner. Also, this was a same day walk-in with a large breed puppy, and they were very accommodating. A great first time experience for both me and my dog. My only complaint is that they are cash or check only. Still earned their 5 stars.

Very professional, clean, and great attention to detail. This was the best haircut my dog has gotten. This is now my go to place.

Horrible people. - We brought our blind dog in for grooming, while waiting; an elder woman would be screaming at the other dogs to “shut up” & genuinely would be get upset with the animals. We didn’t feel comfortable leaving our dog with them. She is a disgusting human being.

I have been talking my dog Bandit here for years. He is not to happy going in but once he settles down he leaves Phase II happy and is well groomed and taken care of.

Could not get me in

Was incredibly calm with my super anxious puppers. She just needed her nails trimmed but was a nervous wreck through the whole thing. The woman who assisted us was a delight from start to finish and was able to get the job done quick and easy.

Neither of my dogs had the cut we agreed upon. My Airedale was supposed to have a summer cut with a shorter beard but she come home beardless. My cockapoo was supposed to have a spaniel cut but comes home with a poodle face. To top it all off my cockapoo now has kennel cough. This was her first grooming and she’s so sick. Do not go here. They over booked the day and had too many dogs for such a small store. Our drop off time was 9:00 and we weren’t told they were ready until 3:45! It’s so inhuman to keep as many dogs as they had for that time. I will not be bringing my dogs here ever again.

First time here after reviewing the reviews and the ladies did a great job with my 3 dogs nail grinding. Thanks again.

Absolutely disappointed with this place!! We went in today to have our Aussie trimmed, and what we got was awful and not what we asked for. We had asked for 2 inches off and what we got was a buzz cut with 2 inches left. I’ll add she started with 6 inches of fur at the shortest. We were clear we wanted a trim not a full cut and absolutely no clippers. At the end of all we paid $80 for a product I could have done with my eyes closed. STAY AWAY from here unless all you want is an expensive buzz cut.

We don't take our dogs anywhere else , period !!!

We own a golden doodle (Duke); first time using this groomer since we moved to Port Orchard. Was very wary at first but they did an excellent job with the cut/ groom. We would use them again for sure.

Wish i could give a lower rating. The groomers have such a poor attitude and made fun of me before I was even out of the store. No one is ever at the desk and they have nothing worth buying since it's overpriced or looks like it has been used by 20 other people

I get my dog groomed there regularly. I highly recommend it. They take great care of your animal. They are a small shop, not a big chain, so your dog can have the same groomer every time, which makes your pet more ar ease. They will groom to your individual specifications. I will only take my dog here.

My mother has two large poodles. She has a very hard time handling them. The owner always helps get them out of the car and back in. I've always been impressed with the grooming! This is a little shop privately owned. I support small business, especially this one. Well done ladies!

After a miss commutation today I have to give it a thumbs up..the groomer that took care of my little guy called me at home and apologized for this..we have talk and I will be bringing my guy back..this is the only place I trust..thank you justain for the call and I am looking forward to having you as our groomer...

Very nice non-chain store, they really make an effort with their grooming. We tried this place after the chain stores left our dogs still-wet and unbrushed. After picking our dogs up, they were fresh, fluffy and smelled amazing. Note: payment must be cash or check ONLY.

Great experience and the best hair cuts my dogs have ever had! Very NICE positive employees. Carmen did a great job cutting my dogs and Vicki ( I believe that is the owners name) was so nice and welcoming. I new I found the right place when one of my two dogs ran up to the owner.

Always so helpful. They are fast and sensitive to my 14 year old nervous nilly.

Judy is great with my dachshund and my 2 Bichon Frise. I would go this place again.
