Olympic Veterinary does NOT have emergency care despite what google, their web page and history lead you to believe. I called their emergency number just to be put on hold for 40 minutes, to then be told they dont have emergency care. Why have an emergency number on there website then? So my pet can needlessly suffer for 40 minutes? The lady who finally answered told me to call other vets in town (none of which have emergency care). I called during business hrs to see if they would make their website more clear, they have not. Hence my review.

I love these guys, they were booked up but offered emergency visit same day. They even called to check in the next day. Their after hours team is pretty great too

The staff here truly care. They took care of our mouse on short notice and told us what we needed to do to care for her. Just amazing.

Beware! The Olympic Vet Clinic misdiagnosed one of our cats & mistreated our other cat resulting in unhealthy, unhappy cats and hundreds of dollars spent on prescription food and medicine that they didn’t even need. They diagnosed one of our cats with kidney disease. We immediately put her on a kidney disease prescription food diet which she hated, while trying to deal with the sadness of her diagnosis. They diagnosed our other cat with diabetes. We immediately put him on the diabetes prescription food diet and the insulin they recommended. After the vet admittedly made mistakes helping us try to dial in the insulin, and their unwillingness to try a newer insulin with the most favorable cat remission results, we decided to get a second option. The new vet informed us that our cat DOESN’T have kidney disease; we immediately took her off the kidney disease prescription food and she’s fine now. The new vet also immediately recommended the insulin we unsuccessfully tried to get the Olympic Vet Clinic to consider. He’s on the new insulin and he is completely back to normal. We are so relieved our cats are healthy and happy again thanks to our new vet, who cares enough to pay attention to details and keep up to speed on the most current practices and medicines. When we called the Olympic Vet Clinic administrator to share our sadness and concern over the situation they didn’t even apologize for what they put our cats and us through. They didn’t even seem concerned that there could be a cat out there with kidney disease whose owner doesn’t know it because they mixed up lab results. Beware!

Too many staff changes and very costly. Staff is nice and friendly. Most staff new at veterinary procedures. Can not recommend due to being cost prohibitive.

Biggest RIP off place. Vet ran every test in the world and wouldn't call me back to talk over the results, even after a week and several unanswered phone messages I sent. Finally, I asked to have the results emailed.

This is a great veterinary clinic. They are very good at communicating the issues and providing multiple options for care for pets. They have been very professional and courteous and compassionate with all of my animals on all of my visits. I would highly recommend.

Professional and caring. They are careful to explain everything and work with you to meet the veterinary needs of your pet.

Very rude and unhelpful when it comes to trying to find your lost pet. As long as they get their money nothing else matters to these people.

The absolute worst veterinary clinic I have been to. And I have traveled extensively since covid hit. So my puppy grew up on the road essentially going to many different vets throughout the Midwest and Pacific Northwest. Never ever experience the lack of compassion or professionalism from any other veterinary clinic I've been to. and to be fair there are several women that work for the veterinary clinic that are excellent. You can tell that they truly care as for the other 80% of the staff there including the vets, an absolute horrible experience tried to give them the benefit of the doubt by sticking with them through multiple visits experience the same exact horrible behavior from the vet text or at least several of them the veterinary whoever that might have been that was seen my dog I couldn't tell you because they never came out to talk to me I could not get them to give me a call back to discuss my dogs health. One of the vet techs blatantly just flat out lied on numerous occasions. I have since gone over to family veterinary clinic in Port Angeles and oh my goodness what a difference night and day literally no comparison. They are courteous they are down to earth they work with you they listen to you they are absolutely amazing and are right in line with what I'm accustomed to as far as veterinary Care. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Olympic veterinary clinic at all costs

Even though it is all curbside, the staff made me feel that I was part of my pup's visit. They were kind and careful with my little dog that was quite nervous.

They have a safe covid plan there and at first thought they were a little expensive. But the after care they gave my cat with pain medication and cone for her neck to keep her safe and treat for her teeth went the extra mile. They also gave me a list of recommendations for her health. Very good vet. But does cost a little more.

I feel that they genuinely love my boy. I appreciate their patience and kindness. Especially in moments when I'm panicking and upset. My sweet boy has had a lot of problems. But he's now in wonderful shape from being in the good hands of this clinic. I'm very happy with my decision to switch clinics when Olympic Veterinary Clinic opened. That decision changed my boy's life for sure!

They just neutered one of my dogs. So far, they seem to be a great and reasonably priced veterinary clinic. They even called to check on him a day after his surgery.
