In my opinion, this is the best vet on the Olympic Peninsula. Every staff member has been consistent and fantastic for my pet's whole life!

Here on the Olympic península if your animal is not established, it’s extremely difficult to get a pet in on a emergency basis. ACFA were compassionate and helpful from start to finish. I was provided 2 financial treatment plans and felt no pressure either way. I’m happy to recommend ACFA for great all animal care. Thank you

Always great help with the Critters

Recently moved to the area and was referred to Angeles Clinic for Animals by my cousin-in-law. I called and made an appointment and got in reasonably fast. Technicians, staff, and vet were so sweet to my furbaby even though she’s hyper and wanted to jump on everyone. Clinic is very clean; highly recommend.

As usual, I did not have to wait past my appointment time. Dr Thompson promptly came into the exam room and gave Shadownher vaccination and her well kitty check. The vet assistant came in and trimmed Shadow s nails, without any problem. The towels they use to calm the kitties work amazingly, my usually nervous kitty calms down almost immediately. I have gone to Angeles Clinic for Animals for 37 years and often refer people to them.....I have no plans to make a change, the staff is friendly and always very helpful.

We had Goldy as our vet. Worst vet ever. Seriously. If we ever return, it will never be with her. She was incredibly unprofessional and rude. We brought in our our cat for scabs and excessive chewing. Believing it to be fleas, my husband and I had done everything we could think of, from flea treatments to collars to oatmeal baths. Nothing worked. Brought him in and she didn't even look at him, just put a comb through his hair for a second, verified he had fleas, then made a few remarks, basically accusing us of neglect. Come to find out, he was actually allergic to the flea saliva, so even when the fleas would die from everything we would do, he'd still itch due to this allergy. Our other cats had no issues, just him. She was just the worst, and the vet's assistant apologized for her bahavior because Goldy was just that awful. Never see her, don't waste your time or money.

When my Granddaughters cat Meme showed signs of distress Angeles Clinic for Animals was able to let us drop her off and they were able to work her in amongst there already very busy schedule. We appreciated them understanding the urgency that was needed for Meme to be seen

I wish I could give more stars. Compassion and kindness during the most difficult time for our family. Our senior doggy Brady started having grand mal seizures frequently out of the blue and we had to make the hard decision to help her cross the rainbow bridge so that she didn’t have to suffer. The Angeles Clinic was the only place that seemed to care. Others wanted to try to get us on the schedule days or weeks out. Angeles fit us in the next day so that our Brady didn’t have to suffer. They were extremely accommodating and courteous. Their actions showed me that they truly care about the animals they serve. We will be switching to them moving forward. I can’t thank the staff there enough.

Extremely efficient. Literally almost half the cost of our previous providers.

We boarded our Catahoula and heeler with them for 8 days...Our dogs were happy and well-cared for...I appreciated that they boarded the two together, as we requested...not all places will do that...we were also allowed to bring all kinds of things for them: blankets, toys, treats, etc. , so I wasn't so anxious to leave them...Terrific service! Highly recommend!

Dr. Thompson treated me very respectfully when discussing the pros and cons of options for our zillion-dollar cat and his medical woes. Prices are in market range and they were very transparent with their fees. I definitely recommend this clinic.

No fault of the clinic but COVID-19 caused my experience to be a little impersonal. The doctor was very knowledgeable and direct with the care of my animals. I am satisfied with the service.

Dr Wagner has been our vet for years and always shows the most caring and thorough bedside manor. She went above and beyond to call a specialist recently to go over my dogs blood work. And went in to depth to figure out a game plan that both gave my pup a better quality of life and still was financially reasonable.

I appreciate everyone there. They are patient. Kind. Informative and great with my fur babies. I can’t say enough about this vet clinic!

My senior pug needed surgery to remove a growth in his ear. They got him in and he was home within 5 hours, just a bit groggy but just fine. They are so kind and take good care of my dogs.

My pets see Dr. Thompson and she is just so great! Very impressionable. Addresses concerns right away, answers questions clearly and concisely, and shares personal experiences. Techs are always so sweet to my pets too.

Everyone was very friendly and attentive to my puppy.

If you wear a mask, you can now enter with your pet. So this made the experience so much nicer for our appointment.

Even in these trying times (covid), they remain friendly and helpful. Everyone I’ve encountered there obviously cares about their animal clients and do the best they can to make the experience as stress-free as possible for the dogs and cats.

The doctors and techs take good care of my older dog and respond to his special needs. They take into consideration my own concerns about him.

The compassion shown by the staff during one of the most difficult times in my life will never be forgotten. From 6 months old until today, I entrusted my best friends care to them and have never been disappointed. Be patient and kind to the staff and the staff will return the same kindness to you.

The vets are quite knowledgeable, go that extra mile to identify 4-legged companion health problems, & communicate in terms that I can understand. They also seem genuinely compassionate. However, the front staff's customer service is consistently mediocre to poor. I was told they didn't have all of the pills for my pup's prescription and I'd have to come back. There was no apology for the inconvenience, in fact the communication was abrasive. This condescension and superior attitude is frequent and consistent over the 3 or 4 years I've been going there.

They were so helpful. Tended to all our needs.

New to area so only one visit so far, but two followup phone calls. Fear Free Certification is what attracted me. Very happy with how caring and responsive staff are. Communication was excellent! Being able too talk with the DVM face to face outside after the exam with Covid restrictions is SO appreciated! Makes all the difference. Very thorough in pursing cause(s) for my dog's symptoms. I feel well taken care of!
