I feel so good about taking my fur baby oscar to see doctor Becker. He was very easy to talk to and answered any and all questions. Normally oscar does not like men, but he seemed very calm with the doctor and didn't hiss and growl at him. can't wait for them to be right up the road in their new office. It is huge and I think they are gonna love it! Blue mountain is the only place I'd bring my fur babies to.

The vet totally misdiagnosed my cat. She died of a lung disease, probably cancer, but the vet didn’t even do an X-ray. I took her in because her breathing was bad but she said her breathing was fine. I ended up taking her to another vet who diagnosed her but by then it was too late. Besides that Blue Mountain is very expensive. I’m very unhappy and will never go back to them with any other pets.

The doctor that specializes in orthopedics was fantastic. She explained my dog's issue and exactly what each medication was for and might do. The technician was excellent at transferring information from the doctor to me, as evidenced by a phone call from the doctor to make sure I understood. They have unusual business practices, in my experience, in that they make you pay when you make the appointment(s), but I still will highly recommend them.

What a great staff to work with and Cabbi has no problem going to the vet. This alone speaks volumes!

They have been the primary vet for our dog since we brought him home. He really likes them and they do a great job with him.

The entire staff are second to none when it comes to professionalism and demeanor. Plus the fact that having 3 different Veterinarians that can consult issues with one another name it a male asset to your pet and your peace of mind.

Took our dog there, we weren't able to go inside sone had to trust what they said was true. Our dog ended up getting a cough the day after his visit. Took him back again, they said he needed an x ray. X ray done (allegedly) and we were told he had a fractured xiphoid process off his sternum. Meds given (cough suppressant and steroids), cough got worse. Took to another vet, x rays showed a healthy xiphoid process and a build up of fluid. The reason the fluid was built up was because they gave a cough suppressant! Wasted money to be told false information.

Blue Mountain did a great job in addressing my dog's emergency issues. She was in pain and they helped get rid of the pain.

Friendly but like most...hard to get pets in..curb service only

So, I was just calling around doing some pricing and wanted to know what their usual protocol is about new patients and cats. I have institutional trauma and I didn't want my cat to have to get their blood drawn. When I asked about blood work the phone operator started going into a spiel about declining vaccines and feline leukemia... unprofessional.

Consistenly the best vet for my fur kids. Dr. Wagnon has treated both my girls since they were puppies and has gotten us through some medical issues! I trust my babies with the expert Vets and their staff. They all deserve our utmost support in these incredible challenging times with Covid. Vet's are bearing a huge amount of the burden. I appreciate Blue Mountain Veterinary Clinic very very much!!

I first started taking my pets here back in 2016-2017 and I was impressed. Nowadays I am absolutely disappointed. I feel like there is less communication. I am not sure if it is because of the vet who I was dealing with this time or what.

Best Vet In Port Angeles! I am so happy with both the reception, & the vet tech was amazing, very nice, informative and super thorough. When I Spoke to the vet (N.Wagner, I believe) on the phone & she was extremely professional, compassionate , easy to communicate with and was able to get my boy Moose scheduled for his dental work I have been trying to get taken care of simce I moved here in February! So pleased with the time frame and can not be happier with the quality of treatment for both myself and my boy. My heart jumped with joy when they tech came back on the phone and said;" is this Moose's Mom?" Awe...this place rocks! Great people who truly care about your animals like they would their own.

They were very compassionate when we had to put our dog down.

I think they are very nice people. The vets are very good. I like Dr. Becker he's really nice. I will be glad when they lift their crazy Covid restrictions.

Blue mountain is the best vet

Absolutely stunned at the excellent service. Our first visit and my girl saw Dr. Bevins. Curbside due to COVID. Dr. Bevins spent 20 minutes on the phone with me going over all of the details with me to diagnose what was causing my little husky rescue's pain. We have never received such excellent care before.. The tech was wonderful. Both are kind and very patient with my girl who is very fearful. Dr. Bevins gave me choices of treatment options and prices so that I could decide what was best for our financial situation. ,they got us in the very next day when I called as a brand new client. They also gave us a "report card" I am in love!

This gets office takes the time and care for each client. I switched from another vet due to being overbooked and to busy to care properly. Found this vet and I'm here to stay

My dogs feel/seem just as important to the Blue Mountain staff, as they are to me. They can be pricey, but worth the care they give my fur-kids.

After going to another veterinarian clinic for many years, we decided to switch to Blue Mountain as we felt we were treated with very little respect our business was taken for granted. Starting with our first visit to Blue Mountain we have felt entirely satisfied with the level of care and the interest taking in our animals. The entire staff has been thoughtful, considerate and communitive .They treat us like they value our business and they seem to love all of the animals they see.
