I took my Red Heeler to Pend Oreille Vet due to an ear infection. The facility was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. My Heeler doesn't like visiting the vet. The staff understood this and worked with me to get my boy the services he needed. Highly recommend!

Truly thankful for this veterinary office and their staff. They've been great with my other pets, and were amazing getting Gideon back on his paws right before Christmas. Also really helps that they can take urgent care on the weekends. If they hadn't, my little girl wouldn't have been happily holding her Gideon in this picture on Christmas eve.

I recently went to Pend Oreille Vet for our cat Gizmo. He had a run in with a car and Dr. Vogel and his team made sure he was well taken care of! As always we had 5 star service and my cat is doing extremely well ❤️‍????. So thankful for all of their help! I absolutely recommend Pend Oreille Vet for you and your pets too! You won't be disappointed!

I was to thank everyone at Pend Oreille Veterinary Service for their extreme kindness and care when I had to say goodbye to my Lacey greyhound. You helped take the edge off of making such a difficult decision.

Great vet. Everything they need is on site. Good vetinerians, they're open weekends. They take credit cards. However, their pricing is outrageous. Three times what you would expect to pay.

Had a free consultation with the adoption of a cat. They are knowledgeable and competent. They did charge $16 to trim the cats front claws, a bit steep in my opinion.

They are professional. Treat you and your fur family with compassion and kindness. Ziggy actually likes to go to the vets.

I was spoiled by the vet we had in Utah before we moved here, but this office has been incredibly frustrating to work with. It took 4 days to get a prescription filled and we had to call back and forth between pharmacy and vet to get anything done. Reception was unfriendly and not understanding in the least. Called again today to get another prescription and was told she “couldn’t make that executive decision”…. ????? So despite the vet telling us it would be easy for me to call and have them send it in the receptionist made it sound like a tall request (it’s not… the old vet we saw did it for us for years without issue since my dog is epileptic) and that maybe it wouldn’t get approved. We saw two different vets for my two dogs. One wasn’t friendly, one was over zealous about recommending unnecessary treatments to our healthy dog. The whole thing was a huge turn off, and the fact that a medical clinic wasn’t masked was an even bigger red flag. We are going to establish care somewhere else.

My friend has had good experiences here. She says she would give it 4 stars but she doesn't do computers. I change my rating on behalf of her.

We use them for boarding at the pet Lodge. Great staff dogs seem to enjoy it. I feel very comfortable leaving the dogs there. They also send text messages with pictures which is nice.

Our little dog broke his leg badly just as we were moving to Sandpoint from Spokane. After the Emergency vet we took him to our vet. They weren't able to do the surgery that he needed and could only offer removal of his front leg. We tried Pend Orielle Vet at the recommendation of another satisfied customer and we couldn't be more thrilled! The staff had an appointment for him the same day and they kept him overnight while we completed our move. The doctor did his surgery and now he has the use of all four of his legs again. The doctor called us after the surgery and took all the time we needed to help us understand what recovery would look like. He was very professional, kind, courteous and personable. I love my fur babies very much and cry frequently because he still has 4 legs thanks to Pend Orielle Vet!

They are a place I recommend for anyone who needs a veterinarian. 4 times we had an emergency and each time they got us in. They care for your love ones. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.
