Called them about my mini dachshund not feeling well and they had me bring her in and drop her off before I went to work, no previous appt. The staff and vets have always been very nice and have a very caring demeaner for the animals, wouldn't think of using anyone else!

The best vet I've ever experienced. Honest and genuine staff that love every animal and person that steps through their doors.

This clinic donated veterinary services to a fundraiser at my gym. I won that prize and took my dog in for a checkup on 9/7/21. My dog can be difficult and does not warm up to strangers; I was nervous about the visit. I found this clinic to be a warm, friendly and professional place from beginning to end. The vet tech made friends quickly with my dog and Dr. Erickson handled her well and spent lots of time answering all my questions. I highly recommend and want to thank them for their generosity to the community.

They always take good care of our dogs. Even tho there are several vets there, it isn't easy to get an appointment without booking aways out.

As a local dog trainer offering board and train services, sometimes dogs need medical care. I can easily say that Mountain View is one of the best vets I have ever been to. Perfect customer service every time, great attention to detail, and extremely knowledgeable. I recommend them to everyone! If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Not impressed at all I received no call for test results, no call back for my concerns after our appointment, and when sister took my little boy in for me, for some odd reason they changed his name to the nickname my sister calls him. Not to mention they can’t locate the records from when we first started going there

This is a great team of people, everyone is professional, kind and compassionate. I couldn't ask for anything more, I love them! I am a bit of a fanatic when it comes to my "babies" and these folks have never let me down. God bless them!

I am so impressed by Mountain View Vet and the staff there! Their knowledge, professionalism and friendly attitude stands out. I have taken my pets through the years to 4 veterinary clinics in the Coeurdalene area and I will never take my pets anywhere except Mountain View in the future. In my opinion Bob Erikson saved our 12 year old labs life by assessing a situation that we were thinking was untreatable and he removed his spleen and with it a tumor that was already leaking and was not malignant as we had thought. Had we just let it be He would not have made it another week. He let us go in the back room after his surgery even to see him as he started waking up. Bob is so knowledgeable, professional and truly cares about your pet. I can't speak highly enough of Bob Erikson and Mountain View Vet staff. If you want superior care and treatment for your pet go to Mountain View Pet!

That diagnosed my cat jane very quickly and got her on the right meds. For a moment I thought jane was going to pass away, but with the help of Dr. Erickson Jane has been acting back to her normal self

Looking for specific food for my cat. They didn't have it but were helpful.

Absolutely the best vet clinic! Our dog has a lot of allergy related problems and I took him in yesterday so we could give him some relief. They were so nice and welcoming and gave our dog Sunny so much attention and love I was beyond impressed. The vet was very thorough and also explained treatment options very well. She also gave me her opinion when I asked what she would do and I felt very confident in the treatment given to Sunny. We are so happy with Mountain View and love the entire staff. Thank you for taking care of Sunny and helping guide us through his allergies!

Came all the way from spokane to bring my older cat in. Very happy with the staff and Dr. They definitely explained more then what my questions even were and I appreciate that so much. I feel extremely confident and comfortable with them taking care of my baby and I appreciate their patience, tolerance, respect and love for my pet and my concerns. Even with the commute it is worth it (just don't ask my cat about that one)
