My daughter had to have her dog put down. It was her first visit to this vet. She was so pleased with how thoughtful and kind they were. They went out of their way to comfort her.

I can't say enuff great things about this place...we have had 2 of our babies in there so far and the care we received was second to none. Unfortunately the second baby wasn't able to make it home with us, but the staff here spent an entire day trying to make her comfortable and help us come up with an alternative. They never became impatient or tried to push us into a decision one way or another. When it came time, they put us in a room, gave us time to gather family and showed so much compassion it was unreal. This was one of the hardest things our family has had to endure and they made us feel as if Shayde was thier very own fur baby. The staff here is amazing and goes above and beyond in more ways than we have ever experienced. We will always be thankful to them, and they will continue to get our business for good. They have great groomers too! If your on the fence I highly recommend giving these guys a chance, they will not disappoint

Gave my dog a shot in the wrong area and it got infected. We called and only got an answering machine. We left a message with no response back. Ended up taking my dog somewhere else for treatment of the infection. Will never take my dogs there again.

Soooo glad I switched from Praire Animal Hospital to this place! You are greated with a smile and don't feel like you are in a place that only cares about money and how many customers they can cram in. The Tech was very nice and thorough. She came back and explained my cats medicine. Dr. Sussman was very caring and very thorough! I felt sooooo good after I left. They even called me 2 weeks later to see how my cat was doing. Highly recommend!

Last Saturday I had to say good-bye to my 17 yr old Purd Cat, my best buddy, the star of my YouTube channel. No appts available in our area! Just emergency care with long waits. The only vet with enough Compassion to at least say, let me ask the vet if she had the time to squeeze him in. She called back and asked if I could I make it in an hour. Yes. Thank you Dannielle! Only vet I spoke with who didn't demand a $100 pre euthanasia exam! And all I wanted was his ashes but the Urn was included at no extra charge! All other vets wanted that extra bit of money. Longest 10 mile ride of my life and once there, there first priority was to just get Purd Cat comfortable. I could feel the love and compassion from all I came in contact with and am so thankful and Grateful that I landed there. I even got a Sympathy Card and Purd Cat was back home with me in 3 days. Thank you ALL for taking care of us that day! All my referrals go to you. Your business will flourish when you treat people like that! God Bless. Jeff Parker

The best Vet around. Awhile back my german shepherd pup was attacked and we called several vets (even our own) and no where would get him in but Hayden Pet Medical did! They were very understanding and made my family and my dog feel better. Thank you so much.

I had to board my senior dog in a hurry and they accomodated me with no problem. They even gave him the vaccines he needed. And they took great care of him!!!

Great staff. Very friendly. They are very helpful with my anxious great Dane and accommodating to his needs. I am so thankful. We have 2 dogs and a small conure and all 3 of them will be coming here permanently.

Upsale Upsale Upsale! They just add more and more $$$ for stuff you don't need. Welcome to the wonderful world of Hayden Pet Center where they say they forgot or needed $20 for another fee and everything after you already paid them. I looked into it. They're scammers and upsellers. My visit was supposed to be a $30 checkup and it costs me $200 just to look at my pet. This place is the worst by far!!!!!

We had to say goodbye to our very sweet golden retriever, Slick yesterday. We are absolutely shattered about his loss but Dr Bynum and the techs at Hayden Pet Medical have been so caring and compassionate and were very honest with us through his illness. I especially want to thank Jessica in reception for the comforting words and just talking to me. I dont know if she has any idea how much of an positive impact she has had but she has made this so much less awful. She told us "the reason it hurts so bad when you lose a dog is because they need a little piece of your heart to cross the Rainbow Bridge"

I brought my two kitties here for the first time to have Soft Paws (claw caps) applied. They did a great job-- their nails look fantastic. They did a much better job than I could've done at home. I appreciate their professionalism and kindness.

This is long over due, but this place is great! They took our dog in when he was stolen from us and cared for him like he was their own. Very nice, knowledgeable staff that really care for your pets. Also a special shout out Jose, # 1 vet tech ! Thank you for always giving our guy extra love! You really make a difference!

If you are looking for a new vet look no more. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about them. The staff here is simply amazing. They worked so hard for months to save our Zeus. They cared about him as much as we did. We will 100% go back when the time is right for a new puppy. Thank you!!!!

Best vet I've ever been to. They saw me in the parking struggling carring a carseat and being tangled between my 2 shepherds and came and helped! Got in right away, nicest staff, my dogs weren't scared at all like another place I've been to. And the bonus? The price! Found our furrrever vet!!!
