Holly is so great. She is so experienced and kind. We took our pet Turkey. Yes our TURKEY and she was so informative and helped more then we thought or even expected. She has our business and we will return and recommend anyone and everyone to go to this establishment. We were very well taken care of even by her kind staff.

They charged me $50 to tell me what I already knew and set another appointment to fix the problem, I had been told they were going to do it then .

If your animal is dying and needs help DO NOT call here. Unless you are one of their current members they just don't care. Update to your reply: You did NOT refer me to anyone, just stated you were not accepting any new patients and wished us luck. As more vets quit taking large animals the ones staying and refusing care are literally telling people to let their animals die or get out of having animals.

I sincerely love taking my Yorkie’s to Doc Holly and her wonderful staff. They are very kind and knowledgeable when you have a concern or you just need a well visit for your pet. The prices are fair and they do not pressure you into unnecessary treatment or preventative measures you may be concerned with. Rather it is explained in a manner which you can understand and respect. I have recommended many of my friends to her and they are beyond pleased with their experience. Don’t hesitate to bring your precious pets to Doc Holly Pet Vet. You will have a forever doctor that you can rely on and trust.

Had to wait for our appointment but once Doc Holly came in we were very impressed. The doctor listened to our concerns, exams our dog and gave us a lot of information/medical advice. I like that in a veterinarian.

We started taking our two dogs here almost a year ago, for basic shots and nail trims. Our dogs our like family to us, my pit has had both knees (tpmlo) surgery. And we have poured our souls into her. Our vet prior to this we met all the time weather shots or a nail trim. Doc holly didn't make herself known to us until a problem occurred. Our pit started having serious skin problems after numerous vet visits, multiple cycles of medication we got referred to a dermatologist, sent home with some medicated shampoo. Back to doc holly month or so later her staff sends me home with spot spray agin. Just lack of care for our Dogs needs. And very poor notes for a business providing medical care for our four legged companions. The staff is young and immature, know better educated then gas station attendees trying to keep up with vet visits

We have rabbits and are new in the area looking for a rabbit savvy vet. Dr Holly and her vet tech Cera both know rabbits and handled them safely while conducting the exams on the floor. Dr Holly had a rabbit on her lap and was so personable knowledgeable detailed careful AND cheerful. She was also very conservative in her approach and was helpful with where to go with an after hour emergency. The bunnies are very lucky to have found Dr Holly ♥️ Her whole office including the front desk staff could not be friendlier and they took the time to sanitize the exam room for our visit. If I could give ???? stars I would. She is marvelous!

Had to put my cat and dog down within a month. They are so kind and compassionate.

I have tried calling multiple times. Twice I was placed on hold for over 5 minutes each time. They even answer the phone and ask to place you on a "brief" hold. SEVEN MINUTES IS NOT BRIEF! Being a past customer service rep. you should always check back on people after 1 minute. It is rude and inconsiderate of others time. I will stick with driving to Rathdrum even if I now live in Hayden.

Doc Holly is the best vet we have been to in CDA we tried two others before finding her. I will never go to another vet for our babies again.
