Another plan needs to be made to include clients (caregivers) with their pet patients for exams. The separation anxiety is to great for both and best care is loss the absence. While making this observation I am still very thankful they are there for us but they can do find a better way.

Dr Stewart is thorough and diligent. He found an issue with our dog that 2 other vets missed and saved us thousands. I highly recommend this clinic. Truly a blessing.

Never went there because it was minimal 8 hour wait. But the receptionist was knowledgable and kind and helped me calm down when I was freaking out because my pet was sick.

This Is the only place I will take one of my pets. The staff are so caring, Dr Stewart took on the job of saving my dog after a car struck us, over a year and my everything is walking, running and loving life. Words cant explain what WOPH has done for Brutus and I.

This place has taken care of me as a helicopter dog Mom and of course my sweet girl Lotus. They answer all my questions, and helped me plan an effective diet when she got a little chubby. They keep in contact with me regarding the products I purchase through them, follow up to ensure any treatments provided are working and they do it all happily! Lotus loves going to the vet. Unlike the stereotype she doesn't cry or fight going in, she runs to the door! They also have an app you can use to keep up to date and have access to vaccination records, upcoming appointments, and anything else you might need, all handy at your fingertips. I recently moved to Tenino but continue to make the drive to West Olympia so Lotus can continue receiving the top quality care we are now accustomed to. Thanks WOPH!

They were very nice and got us squeezed in before our vacation, which was much appreciated. Kitty needed a microchip. It's very clean. The office cats walking around are adorable and chill. Definitely happy with our neighborhood vet.

Very helpful and friendly. We just moved to this area and they assisted in transferring Ranger's records from previous vets. Ranger is looking forward to his wellness visit in August. Thanks Everyone!

There is no way they can feel that you're trying your best to help your animal. Yet you're turned away

We took our cat to West Olympia Pet Hospital and had a fantastic experience. Checkers needed her shots, nails trimmed and a wellness exam. The techs and vet did awesome with her...even if she hissed at them. Great communicators, I was always able to get ahold of someone at the office for questions and rescheduling. We were pretty concerned how much it would cost but it was quite fair! Dr. Stewart did a great job of recommending meds and care for Checkers. We will be taking all our future animals to West Olympia Pet Hospital!

The vet was quick to save my kitten's life after we learned she had a fatal disease and a bunch of other serious issues. They were kind to us and our sweet Luna and I'm happy to say she is alive and healthy!!

Dr Stewart and his staff are very kind and professional. As far as cost, you get what you pay for. My dog who is scared of everything seems comfortable there even when they boarded her while I was out of town.

I love bringing my pets here! The girls upfront are always friendly. I love how they take the time to get to know their patients and their owners. Their entire staff go above and beyond for my dogs/cats. Which let me tell you, my dogs are not that easy to handle! Yeah I wait a little longer than expected for my appointments but when the doctor is on the phone he answers all my questions. You can tell he’s a kind man and always explains everything to me thoroughly. I call last minute at times and somehow they manage to squeeze our pets in even when they’ve super busy! Wish they were open on the weekends but that’s not a deal breaker! I highly recommend this place!

I’ve been taking my cats to West Olympia Pet Hospital for about six years now. Dr. Stewart is friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. The thing I appreciate most about him is that he will take the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, and even when I don’t understand something at first requiring him to repeat himself, he never seems rushed. You can tell how much he loves animals. He takes extra steps to improve the accuracy of diagnoses, like the time he consulted with a veterinary internal medicine specialist about my cat’s liver issue. He and the rest of the staff are sure to explain the purpose of every recommended treatment, including what I need to do at home, and they are transparent with estimated costs. My first cat got very ill shortly after I got him and they saved his life. I adopted my second cat from here as well. I’m very pleased and trust them with my pets.

We’ve been visiting this overpriced pet hospital for several years now. They’re super conveniently placed on Harrison Avenue and West Olympia so at least as you’re driving by twice a day on your way to work you can see when they have a Trump supporting sign outside on a giant truck that’s definitely owned by one of the employees. They’re definitely after more money than they need and will force you to book and necessary appointments for pet medication‘s that are well-established and not government regulated. Let me be clear even though appointments are extremely hard to get in this time and their hours are extremely limited compared to other pet hospitals, they will not give you your pets medication even though it’s well-established, they originally prescribed it, it is not a regulated substance, just a flea and tick medication to help with allergies.

Dr. Stewart took great care to explain my dog's healthcare needs. He listened to my concerns and help ease them. I would highly recommend this hospital.

Dr.Stewart and his staff are wonderful - very easy to work with. Dr. Stewart has identified serious issues that the former vet ignored and actually mislead me about obvious signs of problems which are life threatening. He persisted into the evening to review tests in detail. The former vet never went over test results with me. An item as obvious as an ear infection was never diagnosed although my dog had all of the classic signs. Dr. Stewart noticed it immediately. The former vet told me the tumors were fatty deposits. They are cancer. I highly recommend this medical facility.

I have never met better people at any other vet. They went above and beyond for my pug Suki and I will be forever grateful to them. I am switching vets, even though it's a long drive.

We took our sweet dog to get spayed and they were nothing but helpful and nice. They did a great job and whenever we called with questions, they were super knowledgeable and happy. We will be going here for everything else. Highly recommend!!

I have been to plenty of vet offices, and I'm confident saying that Dr. Stewart is the best. He always puts your pet first and clearly cares about everyone who comes through. Everyone in the office works with me to create a health plan for my cat that works with my budget. I wouldn't dream of going to any other vet! :)

I hate to leave reviews like this because everyone at this office was quite kind to me and my puppy, but the service and prices here just aren't something I can recommend. I often felt like I was being sold something not necessary and unpleasantly surprised by the amount I was charged. They were not accurate in diagnosing my puppy's illness were eager to offer several remedies that I suspect were not necessary. Even leaving has been somewhat annoying because it took three tries to get them to send my dog's medical records to my new vet. Nice people but I just don't trust the head vet.
