Epic. Go there. Yes. Pets are ALWAYS happy when I go for pickup.

Very nice. Through sr. Services,they did an excellent job on my little dogs. My only reservation was when I was asked if sr.services was paying,out front in front of others. Embarrassing for people to know I was there through charity . No harm was intended though.

Never got a return call from them.

Would love it if my dog could talk. Zeke seemed to love it. The staff are all very friendly. Can't wait for the day I can actually see the full facility. Would be great if they had little view cameras.

Friendly Grove is one of the best Doggie daycare and boarding facility I experienced they're taken great care of our dog he loves that place.The reason for the 4 star is for the grooming department sometimes you can't tell if you're dog had a bath or not? The clean smell is not there.

Our very sheltered dog loves going to the "spa" when we are out of town. The facilities are clean and the staff are all attentive and friendly. Although a bit more expensive than a kennel, the fact that are dog is not scared to go here, makes the price more than worth it.

We have been using friendly grove now for over a year and could not be more pleased. Our dog always comes home worn out from playing and always loves going back. Most of the day cares we checked out had an overwhelming dog smell that you could smell from the parking lot. Friendly Grove is proof that it doesn't have to be that way. The staff is great, everyone has personal knowledge of our dog. They have little training themes for the month. We have probably looked at most doggy day cares in the area and this is by far the best. Yes, it is pricey, but I think this is a real case of you get what you pay for. My only complaint is that they have very little over-night boarding space so you have to book way in advanced. Some other poster knocked them 1 star for being on the east side- seriously?! As if it is their fault you live on the west side.

Love this spa and resort! Madison is THEE greatest, the GOAT, the Greatest Of All Time. Scheduling is easy and appointments are never disappointing. Always come out refreshed and rejuvenated and clean from head to tail. My dog likes it there too. Suggestion- please start providing mini outfits for the fur babies to feel more glamorous. Thanks Madison and Friendly Grove Team!

My dog absolutely loves this place!

There is much good about this place, and some bad. I would have given 3.5 stars if t could have. First, the good: 1. They generally do a great job grooming, but not always consistent (i.e., my dog's hair cut is never the same) 2. My dog isn't traumatized when I pick him up, as with many other groomers. He's a bit stressed, but that's likely because he's been held in a cage all day without being taken out to pee 3. The facility grounds are lovely And the bad: 1. It's really far from my Westside location (~30 minute drive each way) 2. It's very difficult getting a return call from them. They don't always respond to voicemail messages 3. They are pricey 4. They charge double to deal with my arthritic dog 5. They keep my dog ALL DAY. If I drop him off at 8 or 9am, I don't get him back until 5 or 6pm. If it's after hours, forget about scheduling the next appointment. You have to call in for that, and they may not return your call.

Lisa was so patient with our English Mastiff who did not want to get his nails trimmed, and the staff are always so patient with our little dog who doesn't love getting groomed! And our pup always looks great! We love Friendly Grove!!!

They take very good care of my beloved dog and are a wonderful group of people and a fantastic facility for dogs!

When I am out of town o always board my dogs at Friendly Grove. Caring and knowledgeable owner and a fantastic staff.

Of the 4 kennels I've tried, this is by far the best. They are pricey, but comparatively, it's really worth the extra money to get my dog's back clean, happy, and not stressed out.
