Me and my doggie love it here! The people are friendly, the grounds are clean and your pet will be happy!

We read reviews so decided to take our 2 dogs for a few weekends. They gets excited when we say where we are going. We were on a recent vaction and with flights canceled called and they were great about having a longer stay. 1 dog has dailey meds and they have no issues where others do. Is our new pet resort for our 2 babies.

They took great care of 5 month old pup when we were out of town for 4 nights. ???? He made new friends and I will definitely bring him back again.

Even better now! We love the additional staff. They truly care about Phil. I get to see cute pics of him playing the doggie parties are so inventive they actually bobbed for hotdogs at their Halloween party. I understand my Phil got 1 1/2. This dog mom knows for absolute certain this is by far the best daycare facility. My pup is my baby and he only gets the best. He definitely has the best daycare in this region Amazing handlers and staff. Moved from PA this year and found this gem. Been with them ever since. My pup goes to daycare 3 times a week. In addition Hailey is training my pup in manners and even a bit of agility. My pup adores her and the other handlers. He gets so excited on his daycare days he not only wakes me up early but also races back and forth from my bedroom to the front door over and over sometimes even barking at me if I am not being fast enough for him. Now that’s a ringing endorsement!

Friendly, courtesy staff who always have my dog's best interest at heart. Their groomer always does and excellent job with my standard poodle.

Every time we take our fur babies there, they are so happy that I think they wish we would stay away longer!! They are kind to them and us and have always been helpful and caring!

Our pups are always happy when we pick them up! We can always tell they are very well taken care of while they are there ????

I left my two one year old pups here for a month while I was away, they took amazing care of my very high maintenance, high energy puppies. I loved seeing pictures of them on Facebook and Instagram, and they got to play and swim all day! Usually when I board them or take them to daycare at other places in the area, they come back dirty and smelly, and my ones pups ears get super dirty and itchy. So I don’t know if they cleaned them, or if their facility is just that clean, but they came back happy, healthy and clean!

Our Beagle enjoys his visits at Pet Ponderosa so much. He loves the community of dogs, he is very social! thanks for taking great care of him.

This place is awesome! You can tell they love the dogs. They have activities, and make sure they don’t get bored! Buddy comes home tired and happy, the way it should be! He is 15 months now and has been going since he was a puppy. He loves the daycare and goes twice a week to play. We leave him on vacations as well. The staff is knowledgeable about different breeds and personalities, and treat him like their own. He’s excited to go and we couldn’t be happier!! Gina Towler

Ive used Pet Ponderosa multiple times now to board my fur babies. Each time I'm very satisfied and pleased I used them. My babies have been taken care to my expectations. Pet Ponderosa responds to my messages in a timely manner and they post pics of them on their fb page. I can see my fur babies are doing just fine. They also provide a variety of other services- baths and walks etc.. I strongly recommend using them! ????

I'm taking my Yorkie here for quite some time. New dogs when you change the groomer there's always some getting used to get anagrammer, the no facility, and the new procedures. I've always been really happy with the experience. Next time when I took Cassie in, the cut was just not right. I believe they are having some teaching opportunities. And that's fine I'm always online with that . This cut just needed some help. They were so responsive, quick to answer, quick to take her in, easy to deal with and no extra charges. I would highly recommend this groomer and even if you struggle for the first couple of cuts they make it right.

This was out first time ever boarding our three dogs. It was for one night but we had a lot of anxiety about leaving them. The girls there were great about answering questions and understanding my worry. They were very reassuring and at pick up reported they all did super! They came home happy and tired!

We dropped off our german shepherd and they personally worked to get her Acclimated to her new surroundings. They gave us progress reports throughout the day and we’re really great when we showed up to pick her up. This business is extremely clean and professional we will definitely be bringing our dog back

If you want your dog to have kennel cough and a double eye infection then this is your place. That could be understandable because things happen, but they have ignored me and my calls since it has happened. Super dangerous. If your dog is elderly or a young pup, sending them to this facility is very high risk. I may be bashing this facility but my main point is to keep poor dogs from becoming very ill.

First time I've ever used dog boarding. Hailee is great including all the staff, our chocolate lab and pug where well taken care of for 6 days. Very clean facility i highly recommended and trust.

I was weary of bringing my pup after a bad experience at a different company, but I was in a crunch when I needed to go a family emergency. This place was sure to ease any of my concerns and she came back a happy girl! She spent a week in their boarding, got one haircut, and occasionally goes to day care. Each time I pick her up, she is the happiest little girl. The staff are friendly, personable, and truly treat her like a QUEEN! I am grateful I was able to find this place!!

Having heard from many friends who use their pet daycare and other similar services we opted to do some socialization for our youngest springer spaniel Rita at Pet Ponderosa. A little pensive as our dogs have never been separated other than overnight stays at the vet. Rita enjoyed her day at doggy daycare. How can we tell? When time to pick her up she didn’t run to get to us and had to be led out to take home. One exhausted puppy which is what we had hoped for. Rita will be having future play dates here. The folks who run the place appear genuinely caring and from what we’ve seen of dogs coming there, they seem to like the folks which is a big indication of how they are treated. Thanks for taking care of our girl. The Welsh family.
