I have been taken my pet rabbit here for over a year now. I take my pet here once a month for tooth trimming. This is the best vet office I have ever dealt with. Staff is great, the vet I see has gone above and beyond.

Do not take your animal here!! They almost killed our French bulldog. You would think, as a veterinary clinic, they would be knowledgeable about the French bulldog breed. Knowing they can easily overheat and die. Well apparently the vet that our dog saw did not and she let our dog faint and then had to do put our dog on a breathing tube and try to cool her body temperature down and to get her to wake up. Our dog went in for an EYE INFECTION!!!!!! This is the most DISAPPOINTING experience ever. These "vets" need to go back to school. Do not take your animal here unless you want them DEAD!!

My first visit with Sr. Starr was excellent. After that she was extremely difficult to get with, but the other doctors were fine. The staff, however, is inept at getting prescriptions called in & filled, and are rude when confronted with their mistakes. I feel the office is just too busy and will be looking elsewhere for the care of my German Shepherds.

Couldn't get into an emergency clinic but they found space for my severely ill dog. I thank all of the clinic staff for their efforts and care. Sadly he didn't survive but they provided every effort to save him.

I am doing this review not only for myself but for Shelby Swete and precious little River whom Dr Rose did emergency surgery yesterday and while she was at it a neutering on my newly family member (River) a 6 month old kitten whom was found by itself at a river and had a very large hernia on his belly. I couldn’t get him into any local vet. All of them are so booked out or not taking new clients. They squeezed River in and decided the surgery needed to be done ASAP. Dr. Ripka took the time to examine him and called us for as much information as we could give. Very thoural. Alexa greeted us when we got there and was very caring and also thorough. Just got off the phone with Haley whom called on a Saturday to check on River I was happy to tell her he is doing great and progressing very well . Thank you for calling Haley. Mishka brought River out when he was ready to go home and she was also Thorough on his procedures and information on after care. Everyone was so caring , kind and most of all respectful. I cannot leave out Samantha thank you very much for letting me come in and using the human restroom lol laughing with you made this fearful transition less stressful. You all are so very awesome and we are so blessed to have you all as our Vetinarian team. I have to add the fear of having a large cost was shocking to have a much lesser charge than I anticipated. Thank you all for everything. River thanks you all for the loves and saving his life. ❤️❤️❤️

I found this vet to be expensive and unreliable about communication. The folks here are nice but I don’t plan on coming back. I show up for my appointment and have to wait at least 10 minutes for someone to come out. They tell me I can just show up to get my cat’s stitches removed but when I call they say I need an appointment for it.

This place is great! They take good care of the animals, they're thorough in their care instructions, the doctor personally addresses your concerns and everyone is friendly and kind! I'd recommend them to any pet owner!

This vet used to be good. I've been taking my cat there for about a year. Recently my husband left for training in another state and my cat got very sick after. She vomited a few times in one day. Took her to the ER and got labs done, there was something with her kidneys. I took her to evergreen for a follow up, paid $60 for them to tell me they didn't know what the ER was talking about with the lab work they did then told me I was putting my emotions into her. I called a few times as she got worse the staff member Jack was rude and sighed constantly. The vet talked to me and was acting irritated. Since my cat has lost 2 more pounds. Took her to TLC vet and they think she is sick. Did more blood work to see what the issue is with her kidneys. They also gave her fluids and offered her and treat which she wanted but turned away. they said it was because her tummy hurt.They gave a Synbiotic FortiFlora medicine a long with a medicine to put in her ear to increase her appetite. Also gave her an anti-anxiety med. She has been eating and is more active and it's been one day. Tlc also wants a poop sample. So far they have been very nice and are putting a lot of effort into figuring out what is going on. Update: thanks to the work of tlc vet my cat is finally eating again.

Thank you so much for being available to do my cat max's ultrasound on Thursday! Ive been having a terrible time trying to find one who offers it and is available and this means the world to me to get moving forward with some answers for my baby boy. The lady I believe Alicia who responded to my email was so kind and I just appreciate feeling like there is actually other people who care for my pet as well. Again thank you so much for a quick response to my concern and for the kindness during this stressful time and quick to see me as well otherwise id have had to go to an emergency vet and I really did not want to go that route. So far you all are awesome in my book! .....sure could use an update on when to pick up though...i live an hour away with traffic so you all close at 530 i really need an update or guess I'm just heading that way

Despite the pandemic, this group of veterinarians continues to provide loving care to furry folks. They have a great minimal contact system - clear directions, etc. Even though I could not go inside with my doggo, I felt very comfortable that she was receiving great care from very kind professionals. ❤❤❤

Fairly expensive at moment.But friendly staff.

The staff are generally friendly. However when I took my kitty in for neutering, the cone that was put around his head wasn’t the right size and he was able to get to his wounds. He also had foot surgery and there wasn’t gauze wrapped around his feet resulting in him being able to lick his wounds and dirt getting trapped in around the area.

Samantha and the team at evergreen took great care of my dog and treated her like family. I'll definitely be back and will recommend.

I have had 3 situations where my dog needed to be seen urgently for skin and ear issues, but not urgent enough to warrant an emergency vet visit (and pay the fee). All the vets in the area were booked out for at least a month and I started to panic. My family recommended Evergreen because they’ve been going there for years. When I called them, they told me about their drop-off option and got us in the next day every single time. The care is thorough and extremely reasonable in price. Not only did they talk to me about my dog’s issues, but they always comment on his demeanor and are incredibly kind. I love this place and will always support!

As a first time dog owner and a college student, I've really enjoyed my experience at this vet clinic. I can't say much about comparable price (most of the medications they give you for flea + tick are about $20 - 30 less on Chewy.com) , but the information I've gotten from the vet herself is really wonderful. She's very informative, and actually cares about your animal's health. I have had a bit of trouble with the cashiers / front desk workers, mostly with miscommunication or just not helpful to answer questions ON OCCASION. Most of the time they're quite helpful and straightforward. I will continue to bring my dog here for his regular check ups :)

Caught a critical situation early and saved my dog's life. They were super kind and professional. They also gave great advice. My dog is doing very well because of the great team at Evergreen.
