Went there to get my dogs nails clipped - very fast, friendly and good price! Overall I was happy with the experience and very satisfied!

Very happy to have a local store (supporting the Normandy Park tax base!), carrying quality pet fare, especially the sometimes hard to find Smart Cat litter. Even though I only get in every other month or so, owner remembers me and my product. Store always seems clean and well organized!

Made an appointment for my cat for a grooming. They ( Ramona & Amanda) said they couldn’t get My cat in till 9/2 @ 11am. Once I arrived, they informed me they didn’t have it on they’re schedule. Then I told them who scheduled it. There response was they were in error, we can cut his nails. I asked them how they were going to correct this. They’re response was we won’t! I was shocked. My cat has been coming here for years. . Then I asked again and They started calling me names and I was physically attacked. Got in my face yelling as I was in tears. All because they can’t keep they’re records. Shame on them, if they treat customers this way just think how they treat your animals.

Walk in and have your pets nails done with no appointment. Easy peasy

Staff is super friendly and helpful! Willing to inform you about products and popularity with them! Very patient and sweet, to my not so sure about things doxie puppy! Will definitely be going back for more visits!

Worst consumer service I have ever experience. Apparently only certain people get treated.respectfully here. Take your precious pet somewhere else that actually cares about how they treat people.

Fantastic local pet store with amazingly friendly and helpful owners

Needed to get my foster Golden bathed and groomed. She is VERY fearful and learning to trust. I knew they were the team to take her to! They got her in on a quiet afternoon and were SO patient and loving with her! I wouldn't take her anywhere else! Thank you so much for loving on our sweet girl!

Awesome groomers! Had a new groomer, Jason, and I asked him to be especially gentle with my little dog because she had severe health issues. I hoped that he would have her in and out quickly as to not stress her out. She was ready in an hour and a half and he did a terrific job and she didn't seem to be stressed at all. I've always had great experiences with this place in the past three years. The owner is always pleasant when I come in. I always get a smile and warm greeting from her.

If I could give them 10 Stars I absolutely would! My cat is very skittish and they are gentle and never have a problem with her. They're very knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend this to anyone who will listen! And, they give cats and dogs baths, nail clipping and ears along with lions cut at a reasonable price.

I love this pet store so much. The staff are always friendly and whenever my dog gets his nails done, it is always quick and easy. I can tell he doesn't get stressed with them unlike other places. They also have great products. I would drive 20 minutes from my home just because this place is great.

I was able to get my kitty the food he loves as well as a laser toy. Last time I got one of these he slept for hours. He loved it!

Ariel is so kind. She went beyond all my expectations as a first time customer. I had just adopted my dog from Texas. I didn't want to wash and clip his nails on his first day and, have him immediately hate me as his new owner. I stopped by just before closing and informed Ariel of my situation, not only did she wash and clip my dogs nails for me, she did it after she was supposed to be closed. She took her time and did an excellent job! On top of everything else she gave me a new pet parent discount! I will be a loyal customer for as long as I own animals. Their prices are very competitive, even with internet pricing, (I've been to the Mudbay nearby and Mudbay's food ((orijen)) is more expensive.) I will be picking up everything I need for my dog here. It's a local business that's got a lot of heart.

This place is the best! They are caring and have a great staff. Great selection of quality foods, toys, and accessories for dogs. (Also cats). The grooming services are great as well! I've been a customer 3 years and have never had a bad experience.
