Clean and professional. Friendly with my pets. The 5th star was not given as there is never a parking space when I go.

Mukilteo vet hospital...they care about my dogs. Reasonable and transparent about costs. I appreciate the are staffed to do vet tech visits which my last vet (Pilchuck Vet) expressly would not help with (nail trims etc). Great doctors great location

I used to have a high opinion of this place. Not anymore! Last year they tried to help my dying cat, but after several weeks we lost. They had a great amount of compassion, and it went along with the care they showed during the years I used them. DO NOT CRITICIZE a doctor that works there, Dr. Farmer. She talks a mile a minute with out letting you ask or comment on anything. She lectures! I finally had to yell "lady! lady! lady! to stop so I could participate in the conversation. I complained to Chatterson and the ____ hit the fan! She told me that Pearl's teeth were so bad that she recommended pulling 4 or 5 out!!! I made an appointment to see Chatterson to discuss this diagnosis, (I was also told she has a hyper thyroid!!) They were glad to take my $43.00 for special cat food, but was told to forget the consultation I wanted, I was "no longer a good fix to be a patient". Too difficult! Watch your step, after you spend thousands of dollars over the years, you too "might no longer fit"!

They love our babies as much as we do

They took amazing care of my very skiddish, anxiety ridden rescue. We even told them on the phone prior that our dog doesn't do well with men because he was abused by one so they made sure to mark his chart saying he was nervous around men. We he came out his tail was wagging and he's been such a happy boy since then I would highly recommend them to anyone win an animal they love

They spoke down to me in a super condescending tone cause I was 5 minutes late for 1 appointment after showing up for years worth of appointments and them always making me wait past my appointment time. So, the next appointment I make sure to show up 5 minutes earlier and now I have been waiting for 20 minutes (and counting) past my appointment time.

This place was great. We had called around to so many vets only to be met with "we'll call you back if we deem it an emergency" or straight to voice-mail. Mukilteo Veterinary Hospital answered immediately with kindness, acknowledged our concerns and got an appointment within the week. They called each time they got a cancelation to get our baby in sooner. These people really care about animals. It's not a cash grab for them. It's about the animals and their wellbeing. We will 150% be coming back with all of our animals. Thank you so much to the friendly and understanding staff.

They take good care of my kitty and they're very personable, very kind, and the procedures are what I would consider affordable compared to other places I've been to.

I highly recommend Mukilteo Veterinary Hospital! They work really hard to make room in their busy schedule for pets that need to be seen urgently. The doctors and the staff are really great. We made the move from another vet because of scheduling issues and I am really glad we did!

Our family has been with this veterinary hospital for year's. One of the things I love about them is they care. I've never had a veterinary call me at home to find out how thing are going. There very knowledgeable. .I highly recommend them.

Very high quality of service and care. I can't say enough how amazing the staff is. Dr Chatterson is the best vet I've ever been to. We have had to take our dog (10now) in for regular visits which are very low stress. He'll sit down next to her and feed her treats until she's comfortable with him. One dog bite, which they all were amazing and reassuring. And recently we didn't know if she was in pain, or had breathing problems, but something was wrong. The were so understanding that we didn't know what was wrong, but something was. They listened to our concerns and addressed them all,ruled out a lot of our random worries. We some medication, we all finally had a full night's sleep, and she already seems to be doing better. We can't say enough about how much we appreciate the whole clinic.

I don’t own a pet myself, but when I was cat sitting for a cat and she began seizing for 30 minutes this clinic was the first place I called to actually seem to care about the animal and not about legality issues of me not being the owner. The receptionist I talked to was calm, trusting and most of all, caring. Thank you whoever you were, you’re an awesome human being. :)

I can't say enough amazing things about this vet hospital. The staff are always very kind, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. The physicians are willing to spend time with each pet and really provide the best care possible, explaining things in detail and providing great, cost effective and efficient options. Dr. Chatterson, Dr. Smith and Amy took time out of their busy days to thoroughly explain my dogs diagnoses and test results, as well as next steps and possible outcomes. I really appreciate how thorough they are and how much they truly care about my pets and their health. If you are looking for a new veterinarian, I highly recommend them. You and your pet will be very well taken care of.

They truly care about my pet family and work with my schedule. I have taken 3 of my cats to this location over the last 4 years. One was older, 18, and they worked with me tirelessly to help her towards the end and when she needed more care (emergent) they worked with me to get her to a 24/7 facility that could do more than they could due to hours and type of care. When she passed they sent me their condolences. They are just a thoughtful caring facility. I work shift work and they have been very good with working with me to make sure I had openings that could fit into my schedule. Very respectful and so helpful. Highly recommended.

They have taken excellent care of our 'people", Micah and Cassee. Caring and they think out of the box when it comes to trying new medicine and health solutions. Highly recommended them.

Have been coming here for a very long time and always have a great visit.

We've been bringing our pups here for 4 or 5 years now. The docs are super friendly. Sadly I don't recall the doc's name from our most recent visit, but he was very upbeat and answered all our questions. The only reason for 4 star vs 5 star is that we arrived on time for our most recent appt (early actually) and waited 15-20 mins in our car for someone to come get our doggies. Granted I'm sure they are busy but I would have appreciated a heads up that it was going to be a bit when I called in so that we could have walked the kiddos around while we waited. We'll be back next month for a teeth cleaning for one of them. We've had them done before at MVH and they do a great job and seem to have all the appropriate safety precautions and so on.

The vets are honest, don't push unneeded prescriptions. They have my full trust.

Very peaceful the staff is professional & relaxed. My cat doesn't freak out. Great service during the Coronavirus you call they come get your animal then the Veterinarian calls and speaks with you about concerns.
