Great service! Dropped off my friends cat, everyone was friendly and they came right out to my car to deliver her back to me! If I had a pet I would come here.

When our regular vet couldn't fit us in quickly enough for a concern with our puppy's eyes, we were fortunate enough to be able to get an appointment here. What luck! The staff and doctor were so nice and understanding and we felt very comfortable with our visit. Highly recommend!

All Care is my dog's primary vet. Staff is friendly, efficient and they spoil my pup whenever we need to visit. Recommended.

They are nice and available when you need them. I found they sold me pills for my dog and then next day denied my dogs service because of some weird reason. I reminded them they just sold me pills to help with the experience and they were like oh well. Then I brought my dog in 2 times because of his swollen toes and they gave him meds and did nothing else 2x. I have now switched vets because they didn't follow up and they took my 2nd dog in for shots around the same time and we didn't get a rabies tag or even know if he has the Shot or not.

Bogie, my dog runs up to the door for each visit because all of the staff are so caring. He used to shake and cringe for vet visits before we found All Care. I am happy to recommend this place to all who are looking for clean, professional and compassionate people. Thank you all.

Everybody's really super sweet! Love this stuff super tentative answered all my questions and the doctor was very thorough in her explanation and exam. While I was waiting in the parking lot I asked another patient about this clinic and they said when his dog past they sent him a card. That's the dedication that we're looking for. Highly recommend All Care if you are looking for a place for laser treatments, urgent care or routine care. They do it all and are a great team. Bogie, my Pom loves it here.

I've been taking my cats here for many years. The staff here is great. They are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They explain the options up front, and deliver quality service and value. Couldn't ask for better care!

Used to somewhat like this vet. Nothing exemplary. They were close by and convenient and seemed to do their jobs. But due to some recent bad experiences we are going elsewhere from now on. Just had our dog and cat there in August for vaccines, exams for both and bloodwork for our senior dog. Spent several hundred bucks for each back then. At that point the Dr said our dog’s tooth was in bad shape and needed to be removed, they said they’d email me an estimate - never did. We brought them in yesterday to get a rabies vaccine for our dog, and to get our cat prepped for neuter. They brought them out and again, several hundred dollars for each. Asked why and they charged for yet another exam. They also required a blood test to prep the cat for a neuter. Ok. They said they charged for an exam. They never told us this up front. Asked why they charged for another exam and it seemed like they made up a new type of exam for this visit, but again they never told us this. I should note that we attempted to resolve this issue directly with them and they gave us the run around and told us too bad basically. So I am leaving a bad review here. We definitely won’t be back. These guys are slippery cons and have all kinds of hidden charges and their billing practices are unethical to say the least. UPDATE: This vet quoted us a price of about $2000 for a tooth extraction for our dog (which they told us was needed). Took our dog to another vet and they said the tooth didn’t even need to come out but part of the gum had grown over a tooth and needed to be removed. They gave her a teeth cleaning also and itemized all of the costs for us up front so we could agree to it, all for over $1,500 less than our quote from these guys. If I could rate All Care less than a star I would.

Well I would like to start off by saying that the most rudest person I have ever dealt with has to be Alia. Just the simple fact that somebody so disrespectful can even have a job at this location is astounding. I will be informing my friends and family to never utilize services from this facility. There are hundreds of other facilities that have actual decent human beings working inside. I will not be returning. I highly advise anybody who actually cares about their animals, do not spend your time or money here!

Great Staff and Caring Doctor

We love this clinic for how well they take care of our animals and treat us with respect as owners and caretakers. From first visits to end of life care they are professional and caring.

They are truly awesome with a great caring staff that loves their furry patients.

I have been to this vet in the past when I lived in Mukilteo. My cat needs prescription food for urinary blockages and they sell the food he needs. He ran out of food Friday night (I did not realize I had already gone through my backup bag) and so Saturday morning, I called to order another bag. The receptionist told me that while they did have the food in stock, they would not allow me to purchase because he had not been seen for a checkup since April of 2016. While I can understand that it is important for a checkup regularly, I have not taken my cat to their vet, or in fact in to any vet since he was younger as he is severely stressed by the vet appointments. Instead, I did research and opted to use a mobile vet for his regular checkups and shots as it helps him stay calm in his own environment vs a car ride (from Seattle, where I relocated to), and prevents urinary issues from the stress of visiting a vet. My issue with them refusing to allow me to purchase the food is this: 1.) When I purchased food 1 month earlier, the receptionist (the same girl who refused me food for my cat) NEVER stated that my prescription for the food was not good. She never said that I needed to get him a checkup or shots in order to purchase in the future. There should be notice for this so that the pet owner can prepare for this and have time to schedule a checkup. 2.) I had, on several occasions asked for a written prescription when ordering and/or picking up the cat food and received numerous responses which included: a.) This food no longer requires a prescription. b.) The doctor is in an appointment but I will have them write one when they are done. c.) The prescription is written and in the file (when I arrived, it was not and I was told again that the doctor was in an appointment). I finally gave up on getting the written prescription and figured I would just drive to their clinic from Seattle to pick up the food. 3.) If the issue was that he had not been seen since 2016 and needs to be seen every year, why have they allowed me to purchase cat food for 4 years without it being an issue. There was only 1 time in which the receptionist stated the same thing (for the future, he needs to be seen for a checkup/shots). This was back in December of 2019. I let her know the situation (living in Seattle, mobile vet to help his stress) and she said that was understandable and to forward the vaccine records so that they could continue refilling the food. I forwarded the records and when I called, she confirmed it was received and I was good to go. The receptionist I spoke to said that I would have to be seen at the All Care clinic or they would not accept the prescription. Lastly, the receptionist was rude, stating "If I were your doctor, you couldn't just go get medicine whenever you wanted. That is how I can explain it to you". Of course, any prescriptions by a doctor come with a note as to how many refills are left. When I asked for some food just to hold him over until I could order from chewy through the mobile vet, she refused. My cat almost died a few years ago because of a urinary blockage and with how sensitive he is, he needs urinary food. I asked that the doctor call me or the manager and still have not received a call. I recommend anyone who wants a vet clinic that truly cares for your pet, look into: Montgomery Mobile. They come to your house for fair rates, and they care. When I called them Saturday, the receptionist was able to get ahold of the doctor right away (as they know how important this was) and provided several options including vet clinics where I could purchase same day without a prescription (again, because this food had changed at some point, but not all vets are aware?). They even called to follow up on Sunday morning to ensure I was able to find food and if everything was okay and if I needed anything else from them.

Our cat is being boarded there while home repairs are being completed. This is a friendly, welcoming place happy to have discobered them

My 3 fur-babies have been going to this vet office for the past 3 years and they have been wonderful. Always welcoming, friendly, professional and knowledgable. I would definitely recommend All Care Pet Hospital!

Great help when you need it!

Good for only annual vaccinations. I have also used them for boarding. But, my American Bulldog was diagnosed with alopecia. However, he had fleas. All of the meds that he was given cause him to break out into hives. I had to figure out what his issue was on my own however I paid over 300 for a vet here to smile while taking my money like a thief.

Great staff. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Provide great care for our pooch.

My dog went to All care pet hospital for 10 years until recently passed away. I would definitely go back to this hospital if we get another pet. They are always reasonable in pricing and very compassionate and caring about issues that my dog had. They are always on time with their appointments, which I appreciate it very much.

The vet here is very attentative. I feel like she genuinely cares about my pet's health. She asked a lot of questions, and really thoroughly explained his treatment to me. She made sure I understood, and even walked with me back to the reception desk. She's super down to earth. My pet, chubby 3 year old cat, seems to like her, too. Definitely will return.

I've been taking my animals here since I was a kid. All the staff is wonderful and so caring. They will take great care of your fur babies.
