Very nice place I had to put my dog down sadly but they worked with me and they all understood how much I loved Duke I spent alot of money trying to save him but he was suffering from cancer. when we came up with the tough decision to put him down they let me stay in the room with him as long as I wanted . Even the veterinarian cried with me. They told me I can stay in the room with him as long as I wanted to. Seriously the toughest thing I think I ever had to do in my life. I raised him from a baby. He was my whole world . And I always assured me that it would be okay they sent me cards several and called to talk to me about it to see if I was doing okay which I really appreciate cuz not a lot of veterinarians do that . all I can say is I really appreciate this great team of veterinarians that work here. Would definitely recommend this place to anybody

The staff here was incredible when we brought our dog in for some imaging. They were professional, kind, and loved on our dog. They also were great about working with us in our emotions as we process what was happening for our buddy. The vet followed up with a phone call and we were so impressed with their knowledge and compassion and they gave us some hope that we could help our buddy! We are forever grateful to NW Imaging.

We were dreading the worst but hoping for the best for our little furry girl. The staff here were kind, courteous and professional. The sonographer called us during the procedure to get our approval of a sample draw and talked us through everything. She was patient and made time to answer all our questions. There was no attempt to inflate the services with anything unnecessary. I recommend this imaging center.

When my dog was having serious internal issues the emergency vet hospital wanted $900 for an ultrasound. I took my dog here for less than half the price. This was the absolute BEST veterinary experience I’ve ever had. Everyone was so welcoming and loved on my dog to make her feel welcome. The vet who works there was phenomenal. She explained everything that was going on and was the only one who figured out what was really going on with my dog! She saved me over $8000 in additional vet bills! I refer them to everyone!

We were excited to get an appointment since we knew we needed an ultrasound ASAP for our cat. Northwest was great about getting us an appointment sooner than us waiting a month. That’s the first issue: on the phone, we were given appointment times to choose from. Obviously, there’d be no reason to think this “appointment ” would be treated as a “drop-off” on the day of our appointment. Clearly, we wouldn’t leave our cat overnight and we were fine bringing her in at 9:45. Secondly, when we brought her in, my partner wasn’t given an ETA about “when” she’d be done. He thought 3 or so hours was a reasonable guess. However, during this time period while WAITING in the parking lot, he had seen 3 larger animals go in and out without a problem. While our 7 pound cat apparently was still waiting. When he had called for an ETA around 1 PM, now past 3 hours? They said she was “a drop-off”. Meaning: she wasn’t a priority and he’d “hear back from them before 3.” This doesn’t make sense and also - she was waiting there for HOURS when we were given an appointment time and she hadn’t even been seen. So, our cat is finally seen around 2:30ish, again, HOURS later. The pricing was totally reasonable, and the vet who explained everything to my partner was also nice. But the techs who dropped off our cat to my partner didn’t say a word to him and were even trying to blame him for the “misinformation” regarding her appointment while he was in earshot. Not a hello or anything to him - just knocked on the window and plopped our cat on the seat. No apologies. Nothing. Just a rude attitude for something HE did not do. Why our cat had to stay so late when we came so early? No idea. They claim she was a drop-off when we scheduled an appointment. Was it a literal thing? No idea. I’m glad she was seen within the hour - but it was within the hour we had to call and see where she even was in the queue. I liked their pricing and the vet was apparently kind, but not the staff. I’d bring our cat back, but not as a first resort since their staff clearly don’t want to deal with anyone who has questions and if you make an appointment? Make sure to ask what the difference between drop-off and scheduling an appointment, is.

Dr. Moody was excellent. She explained everything clearly and helped put our anxiety to rest. Facility is clean. The staff are professional and friendly. The results were prompt as well as the follow-up call. Our Cooper highly recommends this place.

Sent me to the wrong ER. One of the things that was wrong with my pet was potential heart failure. They said I should take him to an ER immediately. Of the two options they gave, I obviously went to the closer one, thinking that my pet was dying. $1400 and a lot of traumatic back and forth later, I found out that the closer ER does not have a cardiologist on staff. Now I have to go to the other ER and put probably another $1400 on my credit card. Luckily, my pet has not died, the situation was not as dire as they lead me to believe (immediate death), but the mental trauma is still with me, as is the huge credit card bill that will take me a good while to pay off. Additionally, by the time I found out that the other ER has the cardiologist on staff, it was Thursday evening. Of course, cardiology is only open Mon-Thu, so now my poor pet has to wait another 4 days for potentially life-saving care. We pay these places not just to diagnose, but also to give advice. The diagnosis may have been excellent, but my pet could have died as a result of the action they advised me to take, and I spent a lot of money that I do not have. They should have just told me to go the ER that has a cardiologist. Almost a week later and I am still trying to cope with all that happened that day and now worrying that the delay in more tests may still cost him his life.

Dr Moody and the rest of the staff have really gone above and beyond for my pup. They are great with my dog and clear with me, which is beyond valuable when you are being passed from specialist to specialist for all manners of testing on a sick pup. They were super accomodating to my requests and extremely commicative and helpful. Highly reccomend.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. My 20 year-old cat needed a Cat Scan and we were referred to come here. There aren't many options around. The staff here made the appointment quickly and gave me very clear instructions prior to our arrival. On the day, we were received warmly and they took care of my cat, putting her through anesthesia, scanning and recovery. The radiologist went through the preliminary result with me. While the news was not good, the radiologist was kind, understanding and very accurate. I appreciate that as a scientist. Yes, it was expensive (over $1,500), but it was worth it. I was pleased with the service, too.
