There is nothing that could have made my experience better. I always have a wonderful experience when I bring Malikai in to see you guys. What's better, is that Malikai has a great experience. He loves people, but not the vet office. You people are wonderful with him. Big thanks to Dr. Jen and Dr. Shaw. ❤

10+++ Southgate and specifically Dr. Stephanie Ricker are THE gold standard in vet care. I would and do recommend Southgate to anyone looking for care of their furbabies.

I trust these doctors and technicians completely with my dogs. I always feel free to ask questions and get answers that I can understand. My one dog is going for a second surgery and I feel completely at ease! Best place ever. Dr. Jen is amazing!

Southgate has been my cherished Verterinary provider for over 12 years; Dr. Shaw is an incredible person and excellent doctor--I'm so grateful to have found her and won't take my dogs to anyone else.

I used to love coming here but now all of their services are overpriced. They prioritize monetary gain over my pet's care (withholding care unless I consent to unnecessary procedures) and I'm done with it. Also, when I left a bad relationship I had to ask them on FIVE separate occasions to remove my ex's information from my account, and it's still probably in there.

We are grateful for the many years of compassionate and thorough care our animal family has received from Southgate. Thank you!

Doctor Shaw is Sisters favorite and she loves to go to the doctor to see her. We are very well taken care of and they are very thorough and caring.

Dr. Jen and the rest of staff are terrific. My cat is comfortable and gets wonderful care.

So if you are looking for cropping your dog's ears they do this for sure, but if you get at least 1 receptionist she will tell you they don't. If they remove her I will change to 5 star. Just keep your employees in check and tell them to keep their views to themselves.

Our technician was impatient and rude. She was curt and dismissive, wouldn’t even let us finish our sentences! It wasn’t until the Dr. came in that she @suddenly” became polite. First time in decades we’ve ever dealt with this. We were both tempted to pick up Milo and walk out!!

I have been going to Southgate Animal Clinic for 14 years. They have always. Been kind helpful. Thoughtful to our pets. They were so helpful and caring when my Maxine had a tumor . She had surgery. Then got it again. She passed. They did so much for her. And we appriciate them.

Over 20 years, we’ve sought vet care from Southgate Animal Clinic. The doctors, technicians and receptionists are all caring professionals and provide excellent care to our fur babies. Highly recommend!

These folks treat my cats and me like family. They are first rate in my opinion. You can't go wrong doing business here.

Extremely rude and short tone. They “purged” their files every 3 years - even over the last 1 1/2 of Covid - forcing no records of them seeing my dog. Now they say they aren’t seeing “new” patients and won’t offer any advice for an animal in distress. I will NOT give them my business nor have them care for my animals again. Very disappointed they treat their community so poorly.

I told all of my friends with fur-babies about Southgate. They make sure that they let you know what is going on with your "kid" so that you can make the best informed decisions.

We had 2 boxer puppies ear cropped here and absolutely love the job they did. By far a better job than banks vet . Love them

Very caring and knowledgeable staff

We drive a little farther than I would prefer to Southgate because I trust them with my kids 100%. The Dr.'s are fantastic and listen and understand the different physiology you might get with certain breeds like greyhounds.
