I wish I could give a bonus star! I just finished a visit for my 16 year old cat with a suspected UTI and have tears of gratitude rolling down my cheeks! My cat has a long history of urinary issues and has been traumatized by other vets attempting to obtain samples. I’ve come to prepare myself for the report that my usually sweet cat became a feral beast once behind the scenes. Our technician Hannah was absolutely incredible! She took the time to build rapport with my old girl and prepared everything so the draw could happen as quick as possible. Everyone left the appointment happy and they actually got the sample. Dr. McWilliam’s was also great! He described treatment options, was very informative, and never made me feel pressured. I highly recommend VCA!

I LOVE this veterinary hospital! The lady at the front counter is always nice, and the doc/aids are amazing. You can tell that the staff here really loves animals and enjoys their jobs. They really make an effort to get your pet in and deliver the best care. 10/10 recommend.

I was able to get in right away. They were mindful of my budget which really helped. Everyone was very nice. Updated- it's fairly easy to get in but I do not recommend the Vet Greg. He was extremely rude. I went in just to check my Yorky for a sign of bladder infection. (He's 14, could be a little incontinence) Right away he was talking about imaging, blood panels etc. I tried to explain I don't have that kind of resource at the time but he got very snippy basically saying then why did I come in. I tried to get in a word and explain the conversation I just had with the assist but he couldn't care less. He never even touched the dog. After I had enough and I was leaving the assistant was trying to offer a slimmed down version of testing. I wouldn't deal with him again if it were FREE.

Excellent customer service. Veterinarians there are very knowledgeable, kind and ethical. The licensed Veterinarian technician Allison is the best. The technical staff is always so nice. I love Dr. Dorman and Dr. Brooks, my 3 dogs have been under their care since I first got them. Thanks guys!!

Our experience there started out okay with the female doctor. 10 week old kitten with worms. However they failed to give us enough medicine. When we called to get more they acted like we gave him to much and it was our fault there wasn't enough. What I am most upset about is how they handled the spaying of our kitten. They gave us the impression it could be done quickly as soon as he was cleared of worms, hooked us into their "kitten package", then refused to spay our cat until it was at least four months old. It took less than two weeks to resolve the worm issue but they would not spay him. Said minimum age had to be four months for them to do it. I have rescued many cats in my years, usually getting them around the 8 - 10 weeks mark and all of them were fixed before I could take them home. We could not take him elsewhere to get it done sooner because we had already paid for it. The problem was when we got to that point they were booked out with appointments and it was another month for us to get him in. Before we had the appointment my kitten started marking on our couches. Spaying him did not stop it and now I may have to re home him if I can't break the habit. To make it worse, they did not tell us they gave him the first dose of medicine after surgery before sending him home so we gave him more and he got really sick. My sister in law took her two kittens there and they overdosed them on medicine as well. I have a friend who takes her dog there and things go well when we she gets the female vet but the male vet is rude and comes across dismissive with my friends concerns. All cats can be fixed after 10 weeks if they are at the right weight. Ours was but they wouldn't do it and didn't tell us that until we already paid for it. I understand that getting a cat spayed or neutered doesn't guarantee it won't spray/mark objects but it sure does help. Finally, we took him in to get spayed only, and without consulting with us they put a micro chip in our kitten. This is not acceptable. I don't like writing reviews and I am sorry it is so long but I truly believe people need to know how inconsistent their service is and I am heart broken that I am going along a path that might not be fixable and that could mean losing this lovable creature.

We have been trusting our dogcare to VCA Marysville with no issues since we adopted last April. We use the app for dosing reminders and records etc. Has been safe during Covid-19 with drive up and call-in protocals and making payments by phone. No issues and the husky is as happy coming to VCA as starbucks for the puppachino haha. Can't wait to meet the staff and Vets face-to-face but we will get there soon. Keep up good work and thanks.

Their system of coming out to your car is great, and I liked being able to talk to the vet on the phone without feeling pressured to buy more services.

Great customer service. Very friendly. My boxer is a rescue and very afraid of adults. They made sure to make her feel extra safe. We also were impressed with the quick updates and service.

Love their care club packages. I have them in each of my kids. They are very friendly and helpful but expensive if you don't use the care club.

A little spendy but excellent care. I took my new kitten here to get her first shots and set up her next appointment. Staff members seem to be pretty caring.

We had to help our Garfield kitty cross the rainbow bridge. This place is the most compassionate, caring facility to bring your loved one to when you are at the last option and or need state of the art treatment for your pet. A place where the staff realize that your pet is part of your family. Thankyou VCA

I really like VCA Marysville. Dr. McWilliams has been great with our k9, Mr. Cooper. The only negative is the cost is up there.
