There is absolutely no need for the exact date of a rabies vaccination. The year should be sufficient and so should my dogs rabies tag from the vet. The fact that he had his rabies 1 year ago and it's good for 4 years and to be asked for a certificate is absolutely uncalled for. Would never recommend this grooming place.

They have everything I need for my pets, including training and grooming.

It's great but, I don't think they should be allowed to have any animals in there other than fish. They don't even have Vets on site like the website states. Staff is usually very nice. They aren't experts by any means so, I wish there was some type of disclosure to let Customers know--do not ask Staff for medical advise or things regarding health&wellness. I'm sure they're knowledgeable. I have been given wrong info about kitten food. I only go to Mud Bay now.

I wish they had a bigger variety of cichlids

They always have my 18 year old cat’s favorite snacks and canned food. Prices are pretty good for the most part. My go to store for all of our pets needs!

It was an hour before the employees discovered my small animal death match. The Betas truly live up to their reputation for being fearsome fighters. Sadly they lost their match to the parakeets. But the teddy bear hamsters knocked them off their throne in quite the upset!

PetSmart had what I needed! A supply of different parakeet food and a fairly cheap litterbox! I even thanked the cashier for have a good supply of these items!???? PetCo up the road had zero! ???? When I made the comment to their cashier...of not having those items...all she said was "sorry" PetSmart is the best!????

Good food. The first time here

First off I brought my two shitzues in to be groomed..Told them specifically what I wanted in terms of haircut...Stating not too short it doesn't look good at it winter...Keep the face with hair don't cut too short...I came back they had shaved both my dogs..These pathetic people...Yes one dog was matted some and has curly hair..If they had told me they were going to do this I would have walked out!!! These people are lazy..And my dogs look pathetic and our cold..These people can't get work..All they can do is cut shave dogs...Poor dogs!!!!!Don't gtake your dogs here...These people don't evan look clean!!!!!

Friendly employees and had what I needed

I took my dog in only two times to get her nails trimmed. So I decided to have my dog get shampooed, nails clipped, and a hair trim. I arrived for the 3 o’clock appointment scheduled. The front desk lady I spoke to asked for my dogs name. She paused and said that there was a statement that was pulled up that my dog nibbled at the groomer when she had her nails trimmed last time she was in. I personally thought how odd considering everything went well the last two visits. By 4 pm I can hear my dog crying like I never heard her wail like that before. But my dog was in the back room and not out by the front of the grooming area.I get a call at 4:30 to pick up my dog. I arrive and the grooming associate said that my dog had some matting around the ears and I needed to take better care. Then the other groomer lady said that my dog tried biting her when she was filing down my dogs nails and it took another person to help her proceed with the trim. I straight up asked her where my dog bit her and she smiled and said that she will delete the comment made on file that was placed under my dogs name. After I said show me where the bite marks are. I was lied to. I went home to check the paper work I keep on file for my dog. I found both. There wasn’t a remark made about my dog being aggressive or tried biting. I will never go back to the Marysville Petsmart grooming again!..

It's as good as any place to pickup supplies for your pets. It's clean, the staff are friendly and prices are fair.

Brought my new blue nose pitty puppy in they welcomed her with open arms we love the collar and leash it's way too cute

So many choices here!! Totally in love with all the Halloween costumes, if my cat wasn't a grumpy old man I'd get him one, lol.
