Dog Day 2 Everett, Washington

I typically just go in for nail trims because my elderly, arthritic dog hates having it done. I have had several different groomers through the years and they have all been very kind, understanding and professional. I recommend their services.

This store was a mess. They don't know what they're doing. They were not welcoming or polite. They didn't do a good job with my dog, and I didn't have a good feeling about leaving my dog with them. We had an appointment and it still took 5.5 hours, even after I explained that we have an older dog and we prefer to leave him at the shop for the shortest possible time. When our dog got home, he pee'd a river and drank two pans of water so I assume they didn't care for him very well. We will not go back and I suggest you look elsewhere for basic service or care for you beloved dog.

Made an appointment here. Showed up and walked in with my dog. I stood there for almost 10 minutes. In the nasty smelling office. Which was a huge gross mess. I said hello do you work to a young lady. She rolls her eyes and says what do you need? Um I have an appointment. Oh weird we called and canceled it. I said I didn't receive a call. She says we'll it happened so whatever. Obviously I went somewhere else. And I'll never be back. And with dogs like mine they need grooming like every month and they are expensive.

I was very pleased with them but took a star because they forgot her collar and I had to drive back and get it . My dog was clean and happy when I got there

Excellent customer service from the owner! I wrote a low rated review a few days ago after I experienced a hard time with understanding which shampoos and other bath products I needed to use as their products were not labeled and this was my first time there. I wasn't able to get my dog washed as one of the employees were irritated by my irritation at not being able to figure out which product was which. So after I left and wrote my review, the owner called me a few hours later about the situation and I explained to her the problem and how she should label all her products so newcomers such as myself would not have to play a guessing game. We finally came to an agreement about it and I erased my review the same day. A few days later she texted me and showed me what she did to update her facility. She now has labels for everything AND she added a detailed description to each station explaining what to do and how to go about doing it so you and your dog have an excellent experience. I am humbled by the fact she actually listened and followed through with the appropriate action so other customers can be at ease when coming into her establishment. Thank you very much for taking the time to update your pet grooming shop and showing me that reviews DO count and people who care actually listen and correct the situation. Yes, I would recommend going to this place.

This place is amazing! My dog and I are always treated so kindly. It's easy to bathe him myself there and the bath comes with a complimentary clay trim. Other dogs are there to greet my lil guy and he loves that. I can't recommend the place enough

McKenzie was amazing!!! My Bella fell in love with her gentleness and her soft spoken voice. She just set about business as usual in a very pleasant manner. I will always request her for my Bella's grooming.

it was my first time at a self-serve dog wash and if they're all like this then I've been missing out. The staff was very helpful with instructions on how things work. it didn't take more than 45 minutes to get my two pooches done including nail trim (by the professionals). I'm looking forward to my next visit.

The groomer did a great job with my dog. She needed a short summer cut and she looks so cute.

I’m here around once a month and really enjoy the self wash. I can get a good clean pup (black lab) without the hassle of cleaning up the hair explosion in my own bathroom. Added bonus of the nicest employees that truly enjoy the animals that come in. Dukers approved!

I paid 60$ for my dog to be washed and get a nail trim and neither was done he came back home smelling like wet nasty dog and his nails weren’t even trimmed at all. I don’t recommend this place at all please go somewhere else

Took 2 dogs in, one was shaved darn near to the bone and the other they barely touched, ears and nails not trimmed, waste of time and money

Our doggie was dirty!!! Needed some love and care. Staff were wonderful with her.

I was very disappointed. I left instructions not to cut any body hair on my dog and when I went to pick her up she was completely cut down even her ears. I just cried when I got home. I won't be going back here.

My dog loves the place.

This is what they did to my 5 month old puppy there. I get that maybe he moved a little because he is young but come on... He is just a puppy. A little patience would have kept him from these injuries. Now my pup has been acting really weird and scared. I don't know what goes on there but I'm heart broken. After seeing my post on Facebook, they offered me a refund which I suppose is fair.

Awesome place, this was my first time bringing my dog here and the staff was great. Bubbabear(my dog) had a great time and looks great.. pricing was also great. I totally recomend this place. Honestly I was worried because bubbabear is very vocal. But he was good, well until I came to pick him up and he had to tell me all about his time. I look forward to the next visit.

First time there and I used the self wash. It is a great place for giving your pet a bath. They provide everything from soap to towel, bandana and nails trim. This will be our future place to take our dog for a groom.

Friendly and helpful staff. Easy to get an appointment for self wash.

If you say you want your goldens toe hair and feathers trimmed they will shave your dog. Not bare, but with a short guard comb. Any decent groomer would know better.
