Our dog Sampson always loves his grooming and nail trim here. People are friendly and the place ic clean.

This is the most horrible place to bring your dog for boarding. My french bulldog lost 5lbs being there. She had medicated dog food and they chose to not give it to her. I told them that the medicated food was for weight management which keeps her hunger where it should be. They decided to play Veterinarian and decided she didn't need her medicated food. They decided to warm up her wet food which she does not like (her stomach)and was not in the directions that was givin. They told me she ate some but of course she did because she is a dog but warm food messes with her stomach which is why she was not eating. They were also told to use a slanted bowl.... yet another problem because they didn't use that even after I said i could bring her bowl. They said they had it. All of her harnesses were way to big on her from the day we dropped her off. She also threw up constantly after picking her up. The most deceitful thing was that they sent me a picture and a short clip claiming my dog was ok and they knew that she wasn't. They never even attempted to call me to let me know that there was something wrong with my dog. They just let her continue to not eat and make rash decisionss without letting me know. Never ever again. To all my fellow Service members and anyone who dog is more than just a dog, please do not have your dog here for boarding if your on deployment or what ever else. I've found the app Rover to be much btter . They come to your home or they can come to your house. You can also interview who is taking care of your fur baby.

Love this place. I have a pretty big hyper dog and they handle her very well. She's always excited on doggie daycare day!

I’ve been taking my employer’s dog here for a while and he loves it! Always comes home exhausted so I can tell he’s been playing hard with the other dogs. Employees seem nice enough, although I haven’t really had much contact with them. Can’t comment to the cleanliness of the place as I haven’t seen anything but the office and the parking lot. Generally would recommend this spot for your daycare needs though!

So far everything thing has been really good. It looks all the dogs there have a good time, and my dog seems to be doing good there.

The staff is super inviting and from watching the larger dog pack interact, this definitely is a resort and not an average kennel. Our doggo is very hyper and vocal, and instead of making me feel like a bad fur daddy, they understood his breed and his background as a rescue and worked with him to make him feel comfortable. I'm hoping his experiences there continue to be positive and I will bring him here to interact and learn socializing skills!

My dog Booker is my child and I look for the best everything for my him! This daycare is the best! He gets so excited when we turn on the street. He can not wait to go in and see his best friends. The staff is so kind and understanding and have been great to Booker and myself! I fully trust that they care for him and love him just as much as I do. He has yet to stay a night but I am very sure that is also great! When his been groomed he comes back smelling great and soft as ever! Thank you for loving on my dog and caring for him when I am at work!

We came in from out of state for work, with our two pups. Our youngest pup is extremely afraid of almost everyone can be a real pain A&@ towards people and takes a long time to get comfortable with them. They did a awesome job of understanding her and she ended up doing very well with everyone. We highly recommend them and appreciate the patience they gave Athena. Both of our pups came back to the hotel worn out and was excited to get back to play with their new buddies. We definitely will be back whenever we are here.

My pups seemed to have a great time, the staff are nice and care about putting the dogs with ones they are comfortable and will get along with.

I absolutely love this place and my puppy loves it more! They have a process to go thru when you want daycare and they do an assessment on your puppy to make sure they will be a good fit! They take the time to get to know your dog and I appreciate that! They are always posting to social media so you know they are happy!

This is a great place for your treasured pets. I take my pup here for daycare weekly and find the people staffing this place wonderful to deal with. I am completely confident in leaving my pup in their care. Highly recommended!

Our Stevie girl LOVES her humans at Pampered Pets. We began taking "The Steves" to doggie daycare as a pup to help her socialize with other dogs. She was great with people, but a bit unsure about other four-leggers. It is obvious that the crew at PP loves their clients: From swimming pools on warm days to hugs and snuggles, everyday. And the crew is super responsive to their clients' humans, as well. We feel so very comfortable leaving Stevie in the care of PP, and Stevie looks forward to going every time! Couldn't be happier that we found Pampered Pets Resort in Marysville!

Excellent! I really recommend this pet hotel. Clean, professional staff. Definitely the best in the Everett/ Marysville area.

We started bringing our puppy here a couple of months ago for daycare We had tried a different place that wasn't a good fit for him so we wanted to try someplace new. I'm so glad we did. Max LOVES it here. He hops out of the car and can't wait to get in to play with his friends - doggie and human. He comes home happy and exhausted. He has certainly come out of his shell!

Pampered Pets is an excellent place to leave your pup for day care or overnight. We moved away from the Marysville area to Mount Vernon and we still choose Pampered Pets over more convenient locations. Highly recommend.

Sully goes here just for play day twice A week, One happy Labrador.

I've only been taking my Weim here for a week, but I am so happy about it! He already gets excited to go and has so much fun all day. Everyone is super friendly and adores my boy. Looking forward to taking my dog to Pampered Pets Resort weekly from here on out!

Its not at all what it used to be. Not sure whats happened? Our dog used to love going there this last time he was shaking and Trembling??? We noticed a newer women in the pet area and she was very curse with the dogs? So yeah we will be looking for another place to take Max.

It was the best place to take are cat. We are going to take are other cat there too. The best grooming ever and the best price.

*Employee Review. Dogs are individuals with complex and interesting personalities. As an employee, I am encouraged to get to know each dog and place value on their experience when staying with us. To me, that core concept is a defining point of this business as a whole, and what attracted me to work here specifically. Edit: 5 years later, this facility is sadly no longer focused on the well being of the animals. After repeatedly raising safety concerns that are being ignored by management, I have been fired. I personally do not think it is even a safe place for dogs, let alone a fun one anymore. Management changes can be devastating for businesses like this one, and sadly, that has happened here. I sincerely hope they recover, but I will not be around to see it.

This was our first time using Pampered Pets Resort and we are extremely happy with the service provided for our family pet, Roxy. They are very conscientious, courteous, and most of all took great care of our dog for 9 days. We will be using them a lot in the future. We Highly recommend Pampered Pets Resort to anyone who wants particular care for their pet.
