David and Michael provided such amazing service. Our family dog suddenly passed from old age. David was so helpful in answering all our initial questions and Michael arrived in our home and was so calm, reassuring, and patient with us as we …

Memorial day 2021 the made time for us when my 13yr old dog wouldn't eat or go out to potty anymore. She wouldn't respond to the baby boy she loved more than me who raised her from a tiny little thing. They showed up after multiple times reassuring us that it will be painless and gentle. The vet that came out with the owner was simply amazing. They let her have her favorite ball as she went and even let her be cremated with it. At home euthanasia is a great choice for animals like mine who cannot or are uncomfortable with car rides. They shouldn't stress on the last day. We let her do what little she wanted and the baby stayed near her till it was time. He went to bed and me and my wife held our dog as she passed. This is not easy but you could not ask for better , compassionate, caring professionals. They could charge more for the service and I'd have gladly paid it.

Thank you so much to Michael and the doctor for making the hardest day of our lives a little easier. They were able to come last minute on a Saturday when our kitty took a turn for the worst. They both have a wonderful bedside manner and gave us plenty of time to say our goodbyes. I will be forever grateful thay we were able to spend our last day with her at home and we didn't have to put her through the stress of another car ride. She was returned to us in a lovely wooden box and we also received an imprint of her paw in clay and a bit of her fur to remember her by. Thank you Heartfelt Memories.

Tender, loving, and understanding. Michael treated me and my passed puppy with respect and care. If you are in need of their services, don't be in doubt they will take care of you and your passed loved one. Much thanks to them for all they did.

I really appreciate the service these folks provide. After losing a loved one the last thing anyone needs to be doing is driving while emotional and the fact that they pick up at your home is simply outstanding. They show that they care and act in a wonderfully professional manner. Very respectful as well. Highly recommend Heartfelt Memories

These guys went above and beyond. Our situation was a little different, wasn't even sure cremation would be an option... nothing but caring and respect. Hopefully we won't need their services anytime soon but when we do I will know where to go. Don't hesitate and look around, Heartfelt Memories is the way to go. So grateful.

Thank you Heartfelt Memories for helping us during a very difficult time. Not only was David helpful and compassionate, but he went out of his way to help us deal with a somewhat complicated situation. This is a service more pet owners should be aware of. And David’s book is so helpful and comforting.

Thank you for being so incredibly kind-hearted & respectful during this difficult time. Cord, our Basset/Coonhound was able to pass peacefully at home without the stress of being picked up & driven to the vet. Both you & Dr K were so gentle & thoughtful as we said goodbye. It made an emotional experience a little easier. We appreciate the attention to detail & the delivery of his ashes back to us in the timeframe you promised-one week! I highly recommend the precious gift of your services to others who need it.

Very helpful service. My German Shepherd had gone downhill fast health wise after treated Hermangiosarcoma so I called David asking to arrange a time to come for euthanasia & cremation services. Shortly after, the vet called asking me to come to the office and put my boy down immediately due to some intense seizures. I told them no, said I’d come pick him back up, and I called David immediately and he came within hours for me that day. We got to arrange the time so we could have a couple hours with our boy in our home before we had to say our final goodbye. We were able to all sit around him or hold him during the entire process and you could tell how much more comfortable our dog was at home rather than at the vet. We have decided that we will never go to a vet office again for euthanasia services as it’s so much more comforting and peaceful at home.

I don't understand the glowing reviews here. We lost one our 4 dogs suddenly and in our shock and desperation, found this company. The owner I presume, wasn't the one we dealt with. A woman showed up at the door late, with gelled hair, bedazzled jeans and her phone ringing off the hook. She looked like she was on her way to a bartending job - not a very professional first impression. Please at least silence your phone when dealing with shocked and grieving families. We received the ashes about a week later with a messy paw print in clay and a VERY generic looking certificate. This service was $375. Now - we also had another dog who was 17 years old whom finally just crossed the rainbow bridge just one month later. For the service this time around, we went through Diamond Veterinary. The difference is night and day. The paw print is very nice despite the fact that this dog had much more hair on his paws than the first one we lost. The certificate looks authentic and professional. We also received some hair clippings, a heartfelt sympathy card and most impressively, the titanium plate that was in his leg from a surgery he had 10 years ago. Cremation through Diamond is $175. We paid MUCH more through Heartfelt Memories for subpar service and questionable mementos. At this point we're questioning if the ashes are even from our dog. For cremation services with compassion, respect and dignity and fair pricing, go to Diamond. Don't go through these guys.

I found Heartfelt Memories Pet Cremation on the internet after my little dachshund died a traumatic quick death at home. From initial call to David picking up our deceased dog was so fast. He was very respectful of whether we were ready yet for her to be picked up. I wanted him to come quickly & he arrived at our home with a dog bed in the back. He was very compassionate & explained the process & that he would return with the ashes in box 7-10 days later. He was very professional. He said he normally does a paw print in clay, but had been unable to get the clay (during COVID closure time). We understood. Highly recommend Heartfelt Memories!

I was very blessed to find Heartfelt memories the night my dog suddenly passed away at home. We were able to have plenty of time to say goodbye and he was respectfully picked up and returned to us at home by David who was so kind every step of the way. It was one of the worst days of my life but they were definitely the bright spot. Thank you so much!

Our girl Sage passed away after 11 years of being the absolute best dog, friend, member of the family. I searched for options for my wife and I to have her cremated. I called late(ish) on a Monday evening David answered, you could tell that he truly cares. She was picked up that evening. David kept me posted, always answered his phone when I had questions. He let me know we would have her back in 7-10 days. David personally brought her home to my wife and I. This was one of the hardest situations my wife and I have ever had to go through, but David made it so much easier. Thank you so much David. You are the definition of a kind and caring person.

My dog Sampson was waking and playing at the park near the house. He then quickly was not able to walk and he passed away. When we were able to collect our thoughts, wrap our heads around what had just happened, we were able to call. After I was able to just sit there will my boy and cry and grieve, then the most compassionate man showed up to take care of Sampson. I was able to have Sampson ashes in a beautiful box and paw print. I miss Sampson so much and I am so thankful that this was an option to ease the shock. Thank you for the service you provide!

I was (literally) notified that my little doggo buddy passed while on a flight back home. If you can imagine, I was frantically researching on the web using the plane's wifi to make final arrangements, all while trying to hold it together. With that being said, here are my top reasons why I recommend Heartfelt Memories Pet Cremation. 1. Website is straightforward: It was easy for me to build a list of questions while human emotions kicked in. 2. Thorough and excellent service: Dave was accommodating and treated me like a family member. Again, I was emailing him back and forth while using Delta’s inflight WIFI. I was feeling bad, but looking back now, Dave showed so much empathy to my need of urgency. 3. Very responsive: It was evening time on 1/1/2019 when I landed in Seattle and Dave went out of his way to pick up my buddy. 4. Product and follow up: He set the expectation of 7 days and then he delivered as promised. during the pick-up time of their service, I received a contact card and brochure with helpful resources that I’m still using. Upon delivery, I received a beautiful urn and paw print of my little buddy. Also, Dave checked in to see how I was doing, and I appreciate him for doing that. Again, it felt like a family member was helping me and my little buddy was in good care. I recommend Heartfelt Memories Pet Cremation Home Pick Up in Everett, WA. Thank you so much, Dave!
