Dr.McArter was incredibly gentle and knowledgeable about our bunny. After calling 30 other vets trying to find someone to see our injured bunny on a Saturday, the staff at Pine Tree managed to work some magic and fit us in. I am so grateful, and they have won a new customer for life.

I drove over 2 hours to get an amphibian specific vet, & would do it again (but hopefully won't have to) after my great experience here! My axolotl has been dealing with recurring health issues for a while now and I finally decided to go to a vet after exhausting every self treatment option I had. They were able to get me in the very next day with their reptile/amphibian specialist vet at an affordable rate (especially compared to the $160 flat fee Seattle avian & exotic was asking). They did a skin scrape diagnostic on the spot to diagnose her with a bacterial infection and talked with me at length for over an hour. My vet and vet tech were extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, gentle with handling, and sensitive to my financial limitations. Heck, the receptionist even held the door open for me and made sure to choose the coldest exam room! I just wish they were closer or I'd take my cat here too. If you're looking for great amphibian care, this is the spot :)

Brought our puppy for her vet check and they were so good with her. She didn't even make a peep when she was microchipped!!

We called Pinetree as our dog was at the end of her journey here on Earth. We couldn't get a vet to come to the house soon enough and I didn't have the heart/courage to put her down myself. I thought I could, but when it came down to it......I just couldn't. Thank God Pinetree was there to help us through this. We loaded our Daisy May up in a blanket and gave her one last pickup ride. Everything was set up so nicely. She was so ready to go. She went peacefully and the doctor was so compassionate. We will forever be thankful. Although it was a sad day filled with tears, it was a blessing she passed over the way she did. A great ending to a 14+ year story. Thank you, Pinetree.....sincerely.

Great veterinary clinic! Highly reccommend. The vets, techs, and staff at the clinic take such good care of our animals, including our exotics and small animals. Always respectful and thoughtful, even during the challenging and heartbreaking times.

I’ve been through a few disappointing vet offices and am so glad I’ve finally found them. They are above all others and totally worth the drive for me!

The receptionist was extremely rude and had zero concern we had a sick pet. I will never call them again for their service!

This is one of the best vets I've been to. They are so caring to both you and your pet. They also are great at informing you what they're doing and how much it will cost - no surprises. I would definitely recommend this vet!
