Everything was wonderful and we are SO grateful to Dr. Tate, Dr. Wu and the entire staff for squeezing in Mario when he had a major swelling issue and an open wound! Everything about this practice is top notch and we have been clients of theirs for many years.

I’m still new to this clinic but I appreciate their reliability and responsiveness. My only complaint is their prices- especially for meds, tests, and X-rays. They are amongst the highest prices - if not THE highest - I’ve ever paid anywhere else (and we used to live in Bellevue!) In my most recent experience they charged me &52.00+ for a probiotic that I could have bought off Amazon for $21.00. And their fecal was $89! Next time I will certainly be asking ahead of time about any over-the-counter meds that I can purchase myself.

When I first got my puppy Archie, I turned into “that” dog mom, he is treated like my own child and incredibly spoiled and honestly holds such a huge place in my heart. This vet has been absolutely amazing in understanding that, answering any questions when something arose and was worried etc. A couple weeks back Archie got a bladder infection and they got me in the same day with their emergency exam appt. Which is very hard especially with short staffed vets. Dr. Tate was extremely kind and helped me through the process being a stressed dog momma. He does prescribed antibiotics right away and Archie was better that next day and healed wonderfully. Yesterday, Archie had his neuter appt with Dr. McReynolds and wow, I am so thankful for how amazing, understanding and kind she was to me over the phone. She has several surgeries yesterday and still made an effort to make sure I wasn’t stressed and to let me know Archie did great. I also have always been greeted nicely from the receptionists. Archie loves to come here and so do I! Absolutely recommend❤️

I have nothing but good things to say, from the moment I walked in to the end of the appointment everyone was so nice and kind to my puppy and I. Nurse and Vet were knowledgable and patience with my puppy. I highly recommend Wilderness Animal Hospital.

I'm not sure if they have new management but it's not what it used to be, and it's disappointing. I've been taking my dog here for over 14 years and getting her nails trimmed by them. Millie is deaf, and has severe anxiety and it's very difficult to get her in and out of there. Upon calling to schedule a nail trim I was put on hold and another person came on to inform me she needed an annual exam and rabies shot before they would do the trim. I begged them that she won't be around much longer, as her health is failing and she just needs her nails trimmed so she can walk more comfortably around the house without slipping. They said they had to get approval and would call me back. The next day they called and said sorry it's their procedure and nothing they could do. Again, begged them it's just a nail trim, and I've been a loyal customer for over 14 years and it doesn't make any sense to pay over $150.00 for an annual and shots when she's so old. When asked if perhaps a manager could call me to discuss she said she would make a note. Never did I hear anything back. Millie has now passed and I had it done in our home because I couldn't bare the thought of giving them any more of my money. It seems that customer service has gone out the window here and they care more about making more money than doing the right thing for their patients and customers. I'm super disappointed and wouldn't recommend them at all.

Incredibly professional, compassionate and helpful. Everything you want in a vet trip, helped this very stressed out dog dad feel much safer navigating my dogs medical emergency.

Seamless visit. Our normally anxious and fearful dogs were happy going in and happy when they came out. Our question about a medication was answered promptly and successfully.

My boy usually doesn’t do well in vets after his emergency trip for a surgery after being attacked, but this clinic made him feel safe and loved! They’re fairly priced, and they take every measure to make sure we had everything we needed to help treat him. I’m so happy we found a vet that we BOTH love!!

If you can get your animal here, do. Best people, best doctors, and Carol is the best administrator a place could ask for. Used to work for the company that owns this place, and this is the one location I would happily send people. Can't say enough good about Wilderness. When they say they care.. the actually do. No lies, no salesmanship, just people caring about your pets as their own.

Wilderness Animal Hospital has served us well over the last few years. However, Wilderness is at capacity right now so can only make appointments a couple weeks out, meaning they will refer you to emergency care for non-emergencies. My 4-year old dog had a seizure last night so we took him to Blue Pearl Emergency Animal Hospital to rule out any immediate life threatening issues. We hoped that our regular vet (Wilderness) would be able to quickly get us in for a more thorough evaluation, bloodwork, etc. We have to wait nearly two weeks. I would understand this for a rash, but for a seizure? Yikes. This is the second time this year we've run into a situation where we've had to call around to other vets to ensure that our sick dog is seen in a reasonable time frame due to Wilderness being at capacity. We do like Wilderness Animal Hospital's staff and veterinarians and hope that they are able to go back to providing their usual level of service soon.

They have made a number of mistakes with my pets and their medication. We moved to another vet when they couldn't take my cat in for an emergency. I was with them for 5 years but after covid their service went down the drain.

The care and personal concern for our pets over the years has been exceptional. Even after moving, we will drive out pets to Wilderness in order to get the best care possible.

We had to put our cat down a couple of weeks ago. They were able to get us in right away, and the procedure was calm and gentle. The staff was caring and compassionate. It broke my heart to lose my cat, but the staff made it easier.

I have two adult guinea pigs, I've brought them here for a yearly checkup and once for a UTI. I had questions on the antibotic prescribed to my guinea pig. I called and left my question and got answers the same business day. They were happy to answer my questions and made sure I understood the medication I was giving her. If my piggies need more medical care, I'll be bringing them here. I hope they don't, but they'll be well taken care of!

No impressed by our first visit. New patient. I’ve had my dog for 10 years. We just moved to the area. I requested she was put on an antibiotic for an ear infection from grain food. They charged $300 for the visit & an ear cleaning I didn’t request. I appreciate the cleaning but I already have solution & the cleaning happened before discussed & I was charged. No antibiotics prescribed . The vet talked about a daily allergy medicine, which isn’t necessary, I brought 10 years of records showing grain causes ear infection. They didn’t want anything to do with records. she was in contact with grain food. Causing ear infection. Dr didn’t think antibiotic was necessary. Paid $300 left. 2 weeks later, dog still won’t let me check ear. Never got my receipt emailed. Never got email response.

I thought this place would be an insanely good choice for my 2 cats that I brought in last week, although reading reviews about the price being high I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking it would be the best care for my babies. One of the ladies was really nice and insanely sweet, but she did lie about putting my cat in a sound proof room so he couldnt hear the dogs barking cause it freaks him out which wasnt cool. One of the other ladies in there just gave me an attitude and was just not happy with life or something, this is also the same gal who forgot to put the cone on my cat when sending him home after getting neutered, real smart. And after a $$516 vet bill came for a neuter, 2 exams and some vaccines, I knew should've listened to my Dad about this place.

We’ve recently just established care here after moving and the first order of business was to get my kitty spayed. My cat, who doesn’t usually like strangers, was only given compliments and warm comments about how great and sweet she was. Clearly she was very comfortable here which speaks volumes! Her surgery was done well and she’s been healing perfectly. Our vet is knowledgeable, professional, but still kind and personable. I can’t wait to get my dogs in as well to establish care! I’d trust them with all of my beloved furry friends. If my cat likes you: you’re clearly doing something right.

The vets take the time to review all tests before giving treatment. They take the time to listen to the owner's concerns.

They showed true affection and professionalism. They answered questions, and calmed my fears. I feel confident my fur babies are in great hands! That means a lot!
