Dog Spaw 2 Hour Grooms Maple Valley, Washington

I made an appointment for my dog online with this company a week in advance. The day of i get there and the woman with blue hair behind the counter said that I wasn’t on the schedule and she said i needed to have gotten an email from them for confirmation even though the website said I was booked. They were very unprofessional and had a get lost attitude I will not be bring my dog here.

Did a great job and Gidget was ready in 2 hrs.

I walk in with my dog and the Groomer Had left without calling me to cancel my appointment….

I have two Senior dogs and one is geriatric. The 20-year-old is quite a difficult groom and they handle him with Grace and love. I have never had a bad groom and they are patient with both of my fur babies. I will continue to go back with them. I only wish they would start up with drop-in nail clips. I can't afford a full groom once a month just to get their nails cut.

Called to discuss becoming a customer and the gam was very rude and short with any answers or help.

I've been taking my dogs to Dog Spaw for many years. They have always done an awesome job! This week my new (nervous) puppy made his 1st visit to the Spa. He came home looking and smelling wonderful. Thank you Dog Spaw!

It was the worst haircut my dog has ever got the owner was very rude I tried to talk to her and she hung the phoneit was the second time that her and I discussed how to cut him and she did the exact opposite

Pros and cons Customer service can be summed up as I felt like we were an inconvenience. They were definitely very busy so maybe overbooked, no idea, our appointment was made two weeks prior. Dogs haircut looks great (but again what do I know..first timer) No nicks or cuts Puppy was done under the 2 hour mark $65 for a 6 pound puppy before tip Pup smelled like a 80 year old man's aftershave Had to bath him when we got him home to get the musk and hair off of him because he was itching really bad. Definitely a fast food type groomer with lots of dogs everywhere which I guess means good for fast business.

Jordan did a great job on Benji’s haircut! We’ve tried numerous places who couldn’t quite nail the schnauzer look we were going for. Jordan nailed the look, and there were no surprises charges at the end. Will definitely be back!

The last two times I asked them to do less work and they charge me more Each time is completely different they do not apparently care what you want them to do you !

Our groomer, Julio, moved to this Dog Spaw 2 Hour Grooms at this location, so we took Felix here for the first time. As usual, Julio did an outstanding job and we were impressed with Dog Spaw and their service.

Great service. Quick and painless dropping off my two pups. They came home smelling good and happy to be all cleaned. This was our second time going to their new location. We definitely will be back.

They weren't very outgoing and friendly to us or our dogs then we were expecting a call after about 2hrs but never got 1 so after 3hrs we called and left a message then1hr later another message and 1 more about 1/2hr later then about 20 minutes later shortly before they close they called asking when were picking up the dogs. They said they don't call you're just supposed to come back after 2hrs

I have a chauweeni and she has very short hair. She doesn't like to be there for too long while I pick up something at the store. And she will let me know it the rest of the day!!!! Anyway, as soon as we walk in the ladies get her excited and she gets right up on the table to get her nails done.... It's just like that I didn't have to leave her, so she wasn't mad, the ladies always take such good care of her Thanks to everyone for taking the time to care. ;). Lily"s mom

Never again. I asked them why they cut my dogs hair so short and the lady who cut it got completely defensive, called me rude that I would even ask, oh and it cost me $85 for them to shave my dog. Lazy and unprofessional.

Lisa does a great job with my large labradoodle and my Frenchie. They always come home looking and smelling great!
