I’ve been using their phone payment method since the start of Covid to purchase our cat food. Easy! Then they bring it to you when you pull up for pick up. The staff has always been nothing less of amazing!

They have been our vet for over a year and we absolutely love them!! Doctor Morill is kind, understanding, wonderful with our cats and is absolutely transparent with us in not only with our cats health, but with cost as well. There are other vets that are closer to where we live, but they don't have the compassionate and amazing team that the Vca lynnwood has so for us, its worth the extra time in the car.

I got to wait out in the car because they are not letting anybody into the place because of covid 19

First time bringing my puppy here. I had to pay my vet bill over the phone instead of through their texting system. 2 days later I had fraudulent charges on my account. Staff stole my credit card. Do NOT trust this place with your money or your pets.

This is a wonderful place! We take both of our dogs here and have been patients for over 8 years.

We've seen three of the vets here (Dr. Brawley, Morrill, and Perigo) and all have been beyond wonderful. Our dog is a very anxious rescue dog who has had several minor medical issues over the past couple of years. I have felt fully confident and reassured by their thorough and compassionate care for her. They're all really great about walking you through their reasoning for courses of treatment, decisions, etc. I have total confidence in this team when it comes to my fur baby!

Staff was so rude I couldn’t book an appointment. The woman who picked up the phone was condescending and interrupted me for no reason. Just plain rude, for no reason. People like that should get a new job if you hate the one you have so much you can’t be a decent human being for 5 minutes on the phone.

They seem really unorganized. During an actual visit they said the dogs weren't due for any shots, but a week later they called us and told us our dogs were behind on their rabies and another shot and needed to come in for a yearly appointment, they had no record of us literally just being there. Similar situations happened twice within a few months, we switched to a Vet in Mukilteo ????‍♀️

Have been here numerous times and always had terrific service. All the staff from receptionist right up to the veterinarian have been courteous, friendly and have treated all our four dogs with such good care. We were very happy to find that they are open during this covid 19 virus and they are taking every precaution with the public as well as themselves. We had to take in one of the dogs today. We had an appointment (which we got quicker than expected), they have you call them when you arrive, then they come out to your vehicle and take all the information before taking your pet inside. When the examination has been done, the veterinarian then calls you and tells you the treatment he prescribes, you pay over the phone and they bring out your pet. I cannot praise the staff highly enough. If I could give more stars I would.

Great vet! Have taken my pup there from the start and they have been nothing but helpful.

Dr. Brawley is amazing! My poor pup had 2 surgeries on her ear to remove a hematoma at a different VCA. When her hematoma came back a third time (3 month after her second surgery) I decided to take my baby girl elsewhere. The staff at the Lynnwood VCA were caring and understanding. Dr. Brawley completed the surgey and explained what he did differently and why. My pup is doing great, in fact her allergies are back and her ear is swollen. We went back to see him and no hematoma, no matter how hard she shakes her head. After todays visit she is already feeling much better. Thank you Lynnwood Vet Team, Stay Safe!

I'm only leaving this place one star because of their amazing front desk staff ,Dr.Pregio and Dr. Morrill(this does not apply to them). For starters dont take your pet here if they are very sick. I dont think they are very well advertised in most diagnoses, DKA,FD,CKA,IBD. Vets are great but chances are you will get a tech who hates their job and whats worse is if you have a complaint the office manager will truly not care. Brought my cat in as an emergency, paid this place almost a grand to be told next time they see my cat she needs gabapentin because she was stressed. Ive taken in my younger cat who has bitten multiple techs , no need for meds though. This is how it starts, I come in to my next visit w/o gabapentin and they tell me she bit someone last time and the tech had to go to the er. Better yet they said it happend in the exam room in front of me? Defintely not. My cat had a sore spot some mats that made her get hypersensitive. I told the tech not to touch it yet she began to squeeze at it and poke it. If you know anything about cats this should be self explanatory. Low and behold my cat reacts but only got caught on her shirt when flipping onto her back. Said she would be back then 30 mins later a different tech and the vet come in. Again no one said a word about the "bite" yet. Fast forward to today- I call to complain about the "bite" incident, the office manager continues to back up her story saying she 'saw' the bite then begins to shout over me as I'm asking how this makes them a caring clinic. Well why didnt any one tell the owner when it happened? *told me almost a month later* and what I wanna know is how did I and my fiancee both not see my cat bite her? Thankfully my new vet saved the day and made sure she will never be harmed by gabapentin or a hypo incident again, why prescribe a diabetic cat with neuropathy issues gabapentin to begin with.(she was also started on too high of a insulin dosage reccomend by the vet here that lead to a hypo incident that she almost died from. Luckily I do my research) Shows me the "specializing" in cats is a hoax. Safe to say this has by far been the most horrible experience with a business,I'm out $4000 have a bad taste in my mouth for VCA and whole in my heart. Please for the love of your pets go to another VCA and for kitties cats exclusive is the best!

We have brought our doggies here since Oct 2017... I think we saw Dr. Perigo (?) first when we brought my sweet Riley in and she was wonderful, helping Riley with her incontinence. Then we had an appointment with Dr Merril for Roscoe’s checkup and she helped us with his diet and weight control...the next time we needed to go in we saw Dr. Brawley (we needed first doctor available) and he was amazing...all three doctors helped us to have another year and a half with them... When Riley was “ready” at almost 17, she waited for me to come home from hospital after back surgery and stood up one last time and gave me a kiss. Two hours later we were at VCA in a private room on a couch so I could sit comfortably and let her lay her head in my lap. It was a very sad but tender moment that Dr Brawley and Spencer got us through. Spencer picked her up after and cradled her while he was standing so I could give her one last kiss goodbye...an awful moment but we couldn’t have gotten through it without everyone there. They sent us a condolence card after and were so loving and kind when she was ready to be picked up in her beautiful mahogany urn...sadly passed 4 months later at VCA Emergency and they too were incredible. Now with our new “special” girl Sora she has had some great appointments with Dr Brawley but due to her love for females we are with Dr Merrill again. Sora has to be drugged the day before and day of, every any nail trim. They are all so wonderful and patient with her refusal to go in the clinic. Today (Kayla and a new tech who’s name I don’t remember) came outside and we did the nail trim at the curb, it’s the calmest (the Trazadone and Tranquilizer help) she has ever been for a nail trim. I just can’t say enough good things about everyone at VCA Lynnwood! Love them! ❤️❤️❤️

COVID UPDATE: Still doing curbside services. You drive up, call and they grab your furry animal. Then the vet will call and chat about your needs. Come here with your cats! This is a great place to take your cats. They are very cat forward with special lighting, using pheromones and gentle touch. I am so happy I was recommended here. If you have a cat-come here!

I've tried calling this vet clinic many times in the last few months to set up an appointment. I've left 2 very clear vms and waited 10 days each time to hear back before trying again and posting this. I never got a response or a live person answering. I know we are experiencing a pandemic and this has probably effected their usual routine because I've heard good things about them in the past. Update: I called earlier in the day and did get through and they apologised and seemed very kind, took time to answer all my questions with thorough information. However the experience of waiting gave me incentive to compare different clinics to find the right fit for us.

Always excellent with our Ollie. A tad more expensive than the box store but you get what you pay for.
