Northpointe Animal Hospital Lynnwood, Washington

My Remi (dog) is often injuring herself with after playing or other doggy activities but this hospital is so reliable, they always contact us after our visit to ensure all is ok especially if rx are needed. They are very easy to contact and speedy with their response. The care both of my dogs receive is great and we trust the hospital to treat them correctly.

Ive been with this clinic for about two years now and I’ve been very happy with the staff and especially Dr. Wu she’s lovely and always takes care of my two chi’s, also the technicians and nurses are just as lovely telling me how they carry my pup around and love on them like their there own dogs and overall being fast, friendly and professional, I would highly recommend!

My gosh what can I say...after calling over 15 different emergency vets we called here. They had no availability, we continued calling around and they called us back and worked us in. Having to put our senior 18 year old dog down we knew it was going to be hard. From the moment we pulled into the parking lot to the point where we were done, the workers in this office had nothing but true undeniable compassion for not only us but our precious Susannah. This is the place to go. It was a terrible day for us but after leaving with the experience we had we left feeling at peace. I cannot express enough the gratitude we have for this office who went out of their way to not only work us in to their schedule but also made us feel so peaceful and cared for.

I've been going here for years. I have a geriatric cat, who needs a lot of "love". The staff always go above and beyond to make sure he (and my other pets) are taken care even when I'm the one that forgets to renew his medication for example or needs to change an appointment.

Has answered every question I've had patiently and in depth. Very good at handling my dog and we both love it here.

My family adopted a shelter cat who had been very abused and a year on is still very distrustful of people, but the folks at Northpointe have been nothing but patient and gentle with her. Our cat came with surprise health issues and even though it's tough getting medicine in her, they do their best to help. Costs an arm and a leg but I guess people doctors do too.

Staff is always so friendly and they truly care about the animals. When Jax is in their care I know he is in good hands.

I've been bringing my cats and dog to Northpointe for almost a year now. The entire office has been nothing but amazing - always kind, always responsive when I leave a message or call, and always professional. We lost one of our cats to diabetes at the begining of the year and the staff at Northpointe took the time to send us a card, and the next time I talked to them they expressed their sorrow at my cat's passing. Most recently, my dog injured himself while playing and Northpointe was instrumental in him getting the care and attention needed to help him heal. Their pricing is reasonable, their vets care, and the staff is lovely. I'm so happy we found them!

Great attention. Lot of precautions due the pandemic. Great attention over the phone. They solved all questions and provide of different choices either for treatments and food options

I had my GS dog first visit yesterday and they were awesome! I'm glad I found a clinic that knows how to handle large breed dogs. They even called to check in the next day! I appreciate their effort and compassion! thank you :)

We have been taking our first dog Luna to Northpointe to see Dr. Bruce since she was 9 weeks (she is now almost 2 years old) and have only had positive experiences. We recently brought our newest puppy Mavis to Northpointe for her first round of vaccinations and she was seen by Dr. Saberzadeh. He was so great with Mavis and provided us detailed information for her care, socialization and vaccination plan. I always recommend Northpointe to any of my friends/family looking to get regular care for their pets because I am so happy with the care my pets receive with them.

We have been taking our corgi to NorthPoint since he came home as a puppy and, he absolutely loves every staff member. Since the pandemic has made it so we can’t go with our pets for a vet visit we are so lucky to have NorthPoint as our trusted vet, we do not worry about leaving our dog or worry if he’s anxious/scared we know he’s in good hands and he probably thinks he’s visiting old friends :) thank you NorthPoint

My dog absolutely loves going to the vet thanks to all the staff at northpointe. They are so caring and energetic and always treat my dog like their own. I could not recommend this place more!

My experience at Northpointe has been truly wonderful. My dog is middle-aged with epilepsy, and the team here has worked diligently to make sure he stays healthy and relatively seizure free. I always know Snickers is in good, caring hands when I drop him off for an appointment here and they are great at communicating test results, etc. Dr. McLaughlin has also gone above and beyond to find solutions that are best for Snickers' specific situation. I definitely recommend Northpointe if you are looking for a trustworthy place to bring your pets.

I booked an appointment for my puppy to receive his second rabies vaccine. This was the only vaccine that was to be administered, as we only allow 1 vaccine every 6 weeks. When I picked him up I was informed he had received 5 vaccines. That night was awful, our dog was unable to hold his head, he was shaking and unable to maintain bowel and bladder. I suggest never using this “veterinarian.”

Between getting a new puppy last year and having an elderly cat diagnosed with lymphoma, I've spoken with almost every tech and DVM at Northpointe Animal Hospital. Every single person that works there is wonderful. They all care so much about our pets and doing their job well. When it was time to say goodbye to my very sick cat recently, they were so caring and compassionate, explaining everything along the way and putting my mind at ease during a very emotional time.

We use Northpointe for both our dog and our cat and have had very positive experiences every time. The doctors and staff are all attentive and helpful. We recently got our first dog and have had tons of questions, all of the vets and staff have been super helpful and patient with answering everything we ask.

Once the appt was scheduled all went well. I took my cat in for his annual check up. Dr. Wu was thorough, friendly and answered all my questions. The vet tech who assisted was the same. They were running behind but told me when I checked in and then they all proceeded to thank me for my patience. My experience with them did not start very good. I called to make an appt for my cat. I was told I'd get a call back to have a time scheduled because I was a new customer. Then a week went by. I called again. Then 4 days went by. Then I called again ready to give them a piece of my mind. I explained what happened to the person who answered. She was very apologetic and indicated the first two calls must have gone to their call center. Maybe so. But it made me wonder how many customers they have lost because of that.

Overpriced... and never available to help..

We recently had to send our senior cat Missy across the rainbow bridge, and all of the staff we dealt with during the whole process were compassionate, sympathetic, understanding, accommodating and respectful about the entire process. I'm waiting for her ashes to come back, but I'm sure their demeanor will be respectful when the time comes for that call I have no doubt... Now yesterday they accepted our new kitten with open arms and gave us a no-nonsense diagnosis on her visit... and we move on... But I know they would be there for me if I needed to cry for Missy... I appreciate that.

I love the doctors and staff at Northpointe Animal Hospital so much. Everyone here is super friendly and helpful and they really care about the well-being of your pets. Even throughout the pandemic, they’ve maintained their high level of customer service and I’m so appreciative of that. I’ll never go anywhere else. :)

Very impressed with Dr. Ben and the staff. They truly care about the well being of your fur family member. They are thorough, explain the facts and alternatives and provide amazing care. My dog had some basic surgery and I was impressed with how they handled the entire pre, during, and post up care. Definitely the vet of choice.

I’ve been bringing my two dogs here since they were puppies and every time they exceed my expectations. They’re very professional and easy going. Highly recommend this place.

The vets and nurses are all super friendly and good at communicating! They are very responsive and usually available to answer questions if you call. Scheduling an appointment can be a bit out, but that has been the case with many vets it seems. Dr. Wu has been our main vet, and has been nothing but amazing and sweet! But we have seen others there as well who have all been a pleasure to have examine our cats. One of our cats was diagnosed with FIP, which is apparently hard to diagnose quickly, but Dr. Wu and Dr. McLoughlin helped us a lot and with the help of a specialty clinic they referred us to we were able to figure things out before things got too out of hand. We love Northpointe Animal Hospital and all the staff there!

My first time owning a kitty and they were all very informative and I didn’t have to wait long for my appointment since everything is still curbside. My cat didn’t seem too traumatized either so guessing they handled him pretty well.

Wonderful staff and location. Used this as our spot for our fur baby for years. We still would be as well had we not moved. Highly recommend this place especially if you live close by.

Northpointe's team is so wonderful and helpful. Even before the initial appointment to set up a primary vet for my two recently adopted senior cats, their office answered my questions about diet recommendations and cat behavior. My cats came home happy and calm after their appointment, and I know they're in good hands here!
