I take back my low review.. They did a spectacular job with my last visit. And all the new people are incredibly nice and friendly and my pup was so happy

Desilu’s has been the one and only place we’ve trusted taking our lil’ princess since moving here a few years ago. The quality of the cut is fabulous and thoughtful, the friendliness of the staff is reaffirming, and the salon is clean and welcoming.

Very friendly and provide quick nail trims... Even with my squirmy dog! Can usually get a same day appt for a trim.

Brandy took good care of Luna who was very skittish for her first visit.

Had fine experiences in the past but this week was horrible. Groomers were rude. No greeting just snapped "what do you want done?" They were annoyed and I could hear them talking about me because I dropped off both of my pets who had services at the same time. I had even called ahead and asked if this was okay to do. I specifically asked them not to shave my cats head or tail. They shaved part of both. My cat looks terrible. My dog ran out the door and jumped in the car. He NEVER jumps in the car- has to be lifted. Maybe it was a bad day for the groomers but don't think I'll be back.

My cat needed a bath. She smells really good and there's no hair shedding! She's 7 and never had a bath before. Great experience all around. 5 stars!

I don't recommend this place at all ! Twice my pets were severely shaver burned!! Not too mention they totally over charged me from original quoted price, ya way too sketchy Don't Do It!!

Desilu's has wonderful fast service even during the pandemic. Make sure to call ahead for now as they aren't taking literal walk-ins but have no delays when calling ahead. We've been here a few times now and they always handle our dog well and do a great job with his claws.

My dog got a mostly good haircut. A few hard lines in his "mane" but he still looks super cute. The only bad part was his duclaw wasn't cut, I showed them, they took him back to cut the duclaw and didn't actually cut it or they at least left it 3x longer than his other 3 haha

Kind, supportive staff. They love animals and treat them with care.

The best place to help you take care of your doggies nails. I just love them.

I could not believe how they were able to get these terrible mattes out of our kitties fur. In thought it was hopeless. They explained how to prevent (which seems obvious, but isn’t) and sent me home with a clean, calm kitty. Very appreciated!

Great service, gave my baby girl the cutest cut ever! Will go back for sure! Comparable pricing to other locations and even mainstream pet grooming places.

I will continue to drive over an hour to the best groomer. Jenny has been working with Baxter since he was about 6 months old. Now at almost 12 years, Baxter will not go any where else

I have been doing my own grooming on my Labradoodle which takes me about 3 hours so I threw in the towel and booked an appointment. They called me in to take a cancelation and I couldn't have been more pleased with the results. I have before and after pictures. I will be back

Has a self wash if you don't want to wait to book out an appointment. It's a basic tub but they have everything you need to get the job done.

Our Shiba Inu, Jorja, hardly shakes when she goes there to get her nails done or a new hair do when she is shedding.

What a great bunch of groomers! Had our terrier Tori in today and they did a fantastic job. Usually terriers require little grooming, but I told the staff "make her pretty" and by gosh they did! My daughter gave me the tip to bring our California kill shelter dog here and it certainly was a wonderful choice. Will be back...

We love this place! They do an amazing job on our two shih tzu/bichons. They know is when we go in and always know exactly what we want. Can't recommend them enough!
