Thunderbird Animal Hospital Langley, Washington

We have taken our dogs to Thunderbird Animal Hospital for many years. Dr. Singh and the staff are kind and caring. This year we drove from our home in Princeton for our dogs annual appointment. We have a rescue dog who is very nervous. Dr Singh was very gentle with her. I would highly recommend Thunderbird Animal Hospital for anyone.

One of the front staff members was very unprofessional. Short and rude as I was picking up a dog food that had a specific name I couldn't remember. However my regular vet called over to ensure Thunderbird had the type of dog food and to put our name on it for pick up. She was rude. Instead of asking her colleague, she preceded to tell me she had no idea what I was talking about as her face went red. Walked away abruptly and never came out after. A lovely lady came out to assist me and found the food immediately with our name on it. Thank you for being so kind and helpful. This clinic should reevaluate how a staff member treats people coming in, as I see there is following negative reviews on her. Patients goes a long way.

I took my unwell cat in for a follow up appointment and Dr Sharma and all the support staff were super friendly and helpful. Dr Sharma explained what could be causing her to be sick and offered some suggestions to help determine the cause. Everyone actually listens and is responsive to questions and concerns.

I am always pleased with the staff here and the efficiency. Prices are better than most!

My cat is NOT friendly and the Dr. was able to do a full exam without incident. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in terms I understood. The ladies and the Dr. were all kind and very patient.The fees were extremely reasonable and I definitely recommend them to all!

This was our first visit with our new kitten. The staff were professional and efficient. Dr. Singh was punctual and able to put our kitten at ease. I was able to purchase a supply of kitten food I have had difficulty finding elsewhere. We will be returning for our veterinary needs. Thank you for your great service.

The doctor was fine. One of the front end staff was, in my opinion, rude and short mannered with another client waiting to see the doctor.

I adopted a small dog who needed extensive dental work…the staff were great, they kept in touch by telephone…my dog was well looked after…thank you for taking such good care.

We had taken our small puppy to Thunderbird Animal Hospital for a second opinion when our previous Vet had advised us that our puppy will require surgery to remove a small bump we had found. Dr. Singh was fantastic, he calmed our puppy down and scrapped the bump away like a scab. He advised us to keep an eye on it and to come back if it reappears. I’m so grateful I got a second opinion otherwise my puppy would have had an unnecessary surgery!

We have been taking all our animals to the doctors at Thunderbird Animal Hospital for at least 10 years and have always found them to be very professional and kind. They don't try to push extra services on you but still provide the support and care necessary.

Thunderbird always does a top notch job of looking after my Scotties. I have been using them since 2009 always fair priced without the constant up selling tactics that others seem to be using nowadays. Great hours too????

Dr gave the injection without holding the my dog , so my dog moved and had to do it again. She way cry and trembled with fear. Dr said it is normal. I never seem like that my dog. He didn't even touch my dog ​​until the end. Is my dog ​​dirty? You don't deserve a vet.

After adopting my miniature Bull Terrier, my breeder suggested this place for Veterinary Care. I took his recommendation and I've been using their services ever since! Even though it's far from home it was great advice. The doctor is incredible, the dog doesn't even know he's getting a shot. Just wanted to recommend this place to other people and mention how great Dr. Singh is with animals

We had our dog there for an examination upon adopting her from a rescue agency. We found that it was a very rushed exam. She had stitches from a spaying which they forgot to remove and her nails were cut poorly. We ended up bringing her to a vet closer to home to finished the job. Maybe it was a busy day, but I wasn't impressed.

Great little professional and compassionate staff, right from the front desk to the back. Our little Gadget gets great care there, and is doing amazingly well for an 18 yr old pup. They make great use of the space they have, are easy to communicate with, and have been our wee boy's place-to-go for any medical issues or check-ups he needs.

I have been taking my pets to Thunderbird for years. The veterinarian’s and staff are friendly and my animals are away treated so well. I highly recommend bringing your pets here.

I'm going to preface this review with, I want to give them the benefit of the doubt as these COVID times are very stressful and perhaps they were short staffed or just extremely busy that day. I was referred to this clinic by the person who had sold me my puppy and they raved about the clinic. Since my puppy had been seen here before I figured I'd give them a chance and if all went well we would continue to come back and Dr.Singh would be our new vet. The positive experience were the two WONDERFUL ladies at the front! They were super patient, kind, caring, knowledgeable and they were killing it! Considering how busy they were! They honestly deserve a raise because even I felt overwhelmed and I was only watching it. But they weren't even breaking a sweat just managing things as they came. The con to my review was the experience with Dr.Singh. First of all I was told that if I returned to this animal hospital my puppy's booster would be covered but there seemed to have been a communication (on their end). Then when I went into the consult it felt very cut and dry and cold. I always felt like Dr.Singh wanted it to be a hi/bye, in and out type of appointment. I had mentioned I was referred to him by a loyal client and he didn't seem to care. I also had mentioned this was my first time with a puppy in over 10 years and had questions. All his answers were very short and simple - probably could have found more info on Google. I almost felt like I was an annoyance for asking anything. He didn't really make my pup feel comfortable either whereas my previous Vet would acknowledge the puppy try to bond and caringly did the exam and vaccines while educated me with every step and things to look for while my puppy grows. Again, this was just my experience I see that this clinic is very loved and trusted and maybe they just had an off day. As I know a lot of local rescue's love this clinic as well. For me I need something more personalized. Perhaps, he just didn't need the new clientele since he already has a lot of patients. PS. Your techs/front desk ladies need a raise.

Get me in when I need help. Its a busy clinic but I always get the care for my pet that is needed and I value.

We live in downtown Vancouver and willingly travel to the clinic in Langley to continue to have our dog Sienna attended to by the caring staff at the Thunderbird Animal Hospital. We have always found Drs. Singh and Sharma very attentive to our questions and thorough in their examinations and follow-up. I’ve had my fair shares of vet experiences in the past few decades and Thunderbird Vet Clinic was referred to me by an adoption agency. Even though we have to drive quite the distance to get there, it is worth the drive as everyone there truly cares for the well being of our pets. Thank you to everyone at the clinic for all of their hard work and dedication to taking care of our little ones.

Hi Everyone who might read this. I have been going to Thunderbird Animal Hospital now since they opened approximately 13 years ago. That in itself should say something. During this time my furry family members have needed medical care of different levels and caring people working for them to help them in times of need . The doctors are knowledgeable and professional and always have shown kindness and caring for my beloved fur babies as well as to myself. Afterall when your best friends and family hurt you do too. I can trust in their diagnosis, treatment plans and any recommendations for medications to be the best course to follow and not unnecessary procedures. They are gentle and kind in handling the pets and the support staff is always ready to assist you in a friendly and respectful way. For those I love the most I need to trust the people I go to for help. I trust the quality of care, the professionalism from all the doctors and staff. Their prices are reasonable for the quality of care given. These are just some of the reasons I have been going here for so many years and will continue to go here.
