The pet doctor is more like a family to us then a vet. They took really great and amazing care of our previous dog Kita. Now they take care of our new baby Nova and had welcomed her with open arms as a new family member to them also. If you need to pick a vet, please pick them. They are the best and you won't be disappointed.

I really like the pet Dr. , everyone there from the front office to all the Drs. And all the technicians, they are all so friendly , professional, they all work together as a pack, as ceaser would say I would recommend any of the Pet Drs. They are all so good at what they do. And they are affordable. I give them10 Paws.........????????????????????.........

Very friendly service and you can tell they genuinely care about your pet!

It's seems that if you have questions the staff cannot or doesn't want to answer, they just cutoff service and refuse to see your pet. O was hung up on w/o even the courtesy of explanation or opportunity to speak. All I needed to know was when/why they changed their policy. But, I guess we are not allowed that kind of Information . Seems the office manager needs a new more courses in managing customers with professionalism

Didn't clean up after the dogs when they were walking them outside of business. Witness serval times.

My husband called everywhere, and I mean everywhere to get care for an injured feral cat and no one was able to see him. We were at a loss in how to care for such a wild animal. He is still so wild he can not be touched. We believe in Trap Neuter Release but NW Spay and Neuter does not provide care, just the surgery. I understand the hesitancy but we could not bear to see an animal suffer. There were many reasons he was turned away from offices such as them not doing that kind of care or that they were not taking new clients. Ultimately we were fortunate enough that Pet Doctor was able to put him on schedule for full exam, care and treatment. We have another reformed feral cat that is now strictly indoors that Dr Fujie sees for us. We learned our new kitty had multiple issues, but we are committed to caring for him, now that we know he really can have a good quality of life in a catio! When he was sedated the staff took the time to clean his ears and brush his fur! He was just a mess and so neglected. We did not intend on being pet stewards for another cat but sometimes that is just the way it goes. When we picked him up, Heidi and Jen were so caring and obviously have a love like our own for animals. Our pets are part of the family and we intend to carefully integrate our new kitty, Sylvester Wild, into the family at his pace. I highly recommend Dr Fujie, as she is and always will be our family's veterinarian. We appreciate her commitment to helping animals and the staff at Pet Doctor for their hard work for helping our fur babies. Sylvester Wild is recovering well and he teaches us patience. It takes a long time to build trust and he has had a hard life until now. We will offer him love, care, and creature comforts that he has not had. Pet Doctor is just the best! Thank you!

The Pet Dr veterinarian clinic is top notch! I've been bridging my girl here for 3 years. The staff and Dr's are wonderful.

Our dog is not necessarily an angel all the time - he is demanding and doesn’t like any change in his daily routine. Besides, he doesn’t like to be touched and to be groomed. So the search for the place where we can take care of his life brought us to The Pet Doctor. It has been over a year we use the medical (Thank you, Dr. Fujie!) and grooming (Thank you, Ae!) services there. What fascinates us is how serious the Doctors and Assistants take their duties! As for our dog, he has been through a few health issues - they made us anxious. We don’t know what else will happen to our little dog, but at the moment we are full of joy having this angel in our lives.

My cats all needed to be updated on their shots. I sat in the parking lot for next to nothing. I was in and out in fifteen minutes. I know not every appointment will be like this but super grateful they get right to it!

My family has been coming to the Pet Doctor for over 30 years and while things have been tough for ALL vets during the pandemic they have continued to give great care to our animals. The techs and Dr. Fujie are awesome and truly care about your animals.

I love the pet doctor! Their prices are great and the way they treat me and my animals always puts a smile on my face. The doctors and staff are excellent and extremely kind. A few months ago I lost one of my kittens, I notified them and they sent me a beautiful postcard signed by the staff with the Rainbow Bridge poem. I put it on her memorial shelf. I couldn't ask for more compassionate people. They truly love animals and what they do and it shows in how they care.

We take all 4 of our dogs here and always get the best care. Dr Cindy is the best!

I had to have my boy put down almost two years ago it was devastating I'm crying writing this They were amazing they seemed stand offish at first wanted to examine him and such but they wanted to know what was wrong with him make sure it wasn't neglect I broke down told them what happened they could tell I loved him went right to helping him they wanted to take him inside. We were having trouble getting him he was 100 pounds and had lost use of his back legs One of the ladies moved everyone out of her way and grabbed him up and carried him in it was awesome she was awesome. They went right to helping him over rainbow bridge I held him and talked to him They gave me all the time I needed to say bye Then they sent me a paw print in clay a tuff of his hair and a wonderful card everyone signed and a number to call if I needed help with grieving They are fantastic

I’ve been taking my three year old golden here for a couple years now and I can’t rave enough about this place enough. He is been seeing Dr. Fuije and she is an absolutely fantastic doctor! Everyone from the receptionists , vet techs and Dr. Fuije treat him with so much love and most of all know how to handle me ( being the helicopter & worrisome pet parent I am). My golden has always been looked after well and a healthy pup thanks to the pet doctor. I only wish they were open 24/7 for any pet emergencies, which we have definitely had a few of. But Dr. Fuije has always then seen us right after to reassure me and check that whatever ER treatment we got was done correctly done . We love the Pet Doctor and so grateful to have found them.

Okay so I schedule an appt like a month out bc they were booked so far. I took my dog in to get his shots and nail trim but after they tell me/recommend that I trim his nails??? Like I schedule to get his nails done hoping a doc would do it and they also gave us a quote of the price for both. not reliable at all :)

We had been a customer here for over 20+ years with 5 animals. They had been great until COVID hit. Our 16 year cat needed to be put down because he was old and had a few health issues and was suffering. I called to schedule Etta an appointment to have him put down and the young lady I spoke to told me she would call me in 30 minutes. Almost two hours I called but no one answered the phone. I sent a message through the app and low and behold she immediately calls me and we scheduled an appointment for our cat to be put down. The next morning Raynette sends an email with this long story about how stressful it has been for them with the COVID-19 protocols. I don’t know where she has been, everyone made changes during Covid and some of us went to work everyday. She had canceled the appointment for our suffering cat and in the email told us she would not see him ever again or any future animal we would have. She is the most totally unprofessional and uncaring person I have ever encountered. She didn’t like hearing the truth that during Covid that some of the clinic personnel had become lazy and used Covid as an excuse. She didn’t even have the professionalism to call me. I would not use this clinic!

By far the best vet clinic I have taken any of my fur-babies to. They know their stuff! I am a breeder, so Dr. Cyndy is the most amazing reproductive vet, and Nicole is my go to for all my other pet care needs :)

The day of my appointment the temperature was 107. I had a small window of time to make the noon ferry or we would be on the next boat 3 hours later. I was in and out in record time. Thank you to everyone in the clinic to make this possible.

They are very courteous. They take care of our pets when we bring them there.

This is the only facility in the south sound area that offers OSS. Yet they are refusing new clients. Clearly they don't have the best interests for the animals if they aren't willing to perform an operation that only a few vets offer! That's ridiculous! I would never go to a vet that I knew was refusing clients. Saying your schedule is full and booking future out is different. Not accepting clients at all shows where their interest is.

I've taken all three of my dogs here and one of them is not a fan of vets or people that he don't know. He went through a lot before we got him and luckily they got him comfortable and was able to do the exam and his nails.thank you
