From the staff(both civilian and military) at the front desk, tech's and Dr's. Everyone is AWESOME!!

Very nice place they really helped us make sure our pets state side quarantine was all correct so that our pets had to quarantine for as little as possible once reaching japan.

They were really great with our 4 cats and it was very affordable.

Sunni and the crew are wonderful!! There are however some bad eggs... Not naming names but before you call and demand payment... Find out if it's truly due or just a work up... Pay attention!!! Best of the military veterinarian clinics we've been seen in.

They've always treated my dog amazing and never had issues with them. Only downside is limited hours and they are usually booked out weeks in advance but that's to be expected on a base vet.

This place saved my puppy's life. They see your pet right away if you have emergency. They charge you much less than any other vet places around.

VA has a lot of staff members that are so helpful. Tricare are too comfortable on their seats in following up. VA is the best.

First time and had the best customer service! Dr. G is an awesome vet, as well as the vet assistant. I wasn't able to get her name. All staff member were so friendly! It makes me feel great to know I did well with raising my GSD (Kenshin), with a great personality. ????

Very knowledgeable staff and doctors. Super friendly and treated my GSD great. Hard to get in anywhere due to COVID, but they tried their best to work with me and are always able to see us.

They were very helpful getting our pet cleared for overseas travel. They helped us get our documents in order, all the required tests, and set us up for a successful move to a new country

Great on post facility. Need DOD ID card. No surgeries. Good for shots, staple removal.

VERY reasonably priced. Probably paid 1/3 of what I paid last time at Banfield and had more services. Also, my dog’s medication is about 1/3 of the price.

I was late for my dogs appointment but they took her anyways.

I had an incredibly unprofessional experience at this facility. I did not even follow through with my appointment because the staff did not have the records transferred as promised and failed to assist me when my cat had an accident in her cage. The vet tech brought me paper towel and a spray bottle and left me by myself to clean the cage and juggle the cat (while outside of the cage while soaked in urine) on the bed of my truck in the parking lot.

First visit was great! Veterinarian came out to answer any questions and explain microchip procedure performed. Great first experience!

Easily 5/5 stars from me. Nikki at the front desk helped get me in for an emergency last-minute wellness appointment for my cats prior to PCSing to Japan. They helped me through the convoluted forms and guided me through the process. My cats and I were in the best of hands!
