Best Vet in the World..I don't know what I would do without Custer Road Vet, has takecare my fur family for 20yrs. ????

We brought our lovely cat chewy, They were able to squeeze him in at the last minute. We knew he needed stitches but nobody else had openings. this is where I will be taking my cats from now on. Thoroughly explained what needed to happen for his dressing and his stitches. Other vets charge triple the amount I was charged here! Amazing stuff supernice superfriendly. Doctor William was amazing! The best part was the took care of our family pet With no questions asked!

Been going here years! Sterling professionalism! Everyone I know goes here, from the front desk to the Dr. spot on! I would never go anywhere else.

I've used this veterinary clinic before but because of the pandemic things are so far behind and I wished I could have got my baby in there. I do have appointments scheduled for January 4th.

They use to be very good. Now noone answers the phone and noone gets back to you. This last year they have not been able to get me in for emergencies. Very disappointed for being a customer for almost 15 yrs

This place just left me high and dry. I understand that you had to close but no one filling prescriptions!? My dog is out of meds that she is required to take to live and now I can't fill the script anywhere. Thanks guys.

I've used this clinic for over 20 years. Two dogs and now a Cat. Best Vet ever!

If I could, I would not give it any stars. This is my friends veterinarian. She has a 19 year old dog who is now actively dying. She was trying to get her in to end her suffering, but they won't be able to see her until 2 days later. They suggested for her to call an emergency vet clinic. Unfortunately, my friend can not afford an emergency clinic. We called all the other vets in the neighborhood, but none of them will take her dog. How long does it take to euthanize a dog? They could have squeezed this poor dog in between appointment. My friend has too watch her dog die in eaggony now. "Buffy" says thank you. Shame on you Custer Road Veterinary Clinic!!!

Dr. Decent is a great vet...but.... I cringe every time I need to call to schedule an appointment because I know it is going to be this long, drawn out process where they don't answer, I leave a message, no return call, I keep calling back, finally they answer, put me on hold, find something better to do for 10 minutes, remember there is somebody on hold, and finally answer the phone. Two dogs later, I get an appointment. During COVID, you had to wait for a five minute recording basically telling you that they don't want to get COVID and to please not bother them unless its an emergency...and if it is an emergency...please go to an Urgent Vet. They didn't return any of those calls until I said I will just have to go somewhere else. Then I got a call two weeks later. We get it, you don't want COVID, but somehow, miraculously, the hospitals managed to stay open and even take care of patients. Again, the vet is great but it would be wise to put your mind in a state of calm and patience when needing to schedule an appointment and just know that this is a process and good things come to pets whose owners who pay the price for miraculously getting them on his schedule...In a month.

We've been going here since moving back from Wisconsin 19 years ago. We were referred by family members and are greatful for that. Dr. Ray is great! Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Dr. Ray DeCent and his staff are very caring and very helpful. They all love they're work. I just think they're the best.

It's a good vet clinic. Reasonable prices regarding vaccinations (the only reason we go there for now). My only complaint would be that I would wait a pretty long time to see the veterinarian. About 20 minutes past the designated time slot I scheduled. It doesn't matter much to me because I'm usually not too busy, but it's just unreasonable sometimes.

Extremely disrespectful when called. We had called about an emergency, and while it would have been fine if the lady had responded in a proper manner, but she responded in a very rude tone which was extremely demeaning saying because we were not a client, wait a month before we can do anything without any word after. This would have been fine if her tone was not extremely disrespectful and disregarding of the matter.

I’ve had my dog seen here once and it was truly a great experience, everyone was so nice and he was seen so quickly and the DR. Answered any question I had. The reason for the 1 star though... is because last month my dog needed to see his vet and I couldn’t get a hold of them. I called every hour, every day for two days straight and nobody picked up and I was forced to go to a vet hospital. Now I’m like ok, I’ll give it another shot because my pet needs to be seen for something else that I’m so worried about and again... nobody is answering our calls. And there’s soooo many places like this, I don’t understand ????

Very caring, Doctor Ray is so sweet and patient with everything and every animal he takes care of. I have totally entrusted him to all my furbabies for 20 years.

Neve even called back for meds for potential kennel cough .

Rude treatment by the office staff cause me to look for a new vet. People like to be treated politely.

I took my tiny 6 wk pup in after a grandbaby dropped her. They were so kind. The receptionist was sweet and very helpful. The vet was clever smart and funny. We will stay with them for all our pets from now on.

I wouldn't go anywhere else.
