Very friendly and helpful staff.

Won’t be back. Rude staff who follow you around and continue to ask if they can help while eyeing you the whole time. Not at all enjoyable. Expensive as well. They had what I needed but I’ll stick with MudBay where there is a better shopping experience and normal prices.

I randomly picked the brand of dog food that was on special for the month my first time. So you can possibly be as lucky as I was, by design, by asking what this month's featured brand is. If your animal is not picky, you can get a discount from here. My Dexter loved the changes of pace, asked for another bowl of the new one, and he was actually leaving a few pieces of the old stuff in the bowl and ignoring it for days, no matter what you did. I got five dollars off of the 9.95$ bag, so I saved 50%+. Good program. For rotating stock and keeping it fresh, too I imagine!

I'm a dog trainer, and I visit this pet pros regularly for supplies and training with clients. They're so helpful, always willing to answer all my questions when figuring out the best option for my client. They are also so respectful of my dogs, and never even ask to pet my dogs unless I ask if they would, to help me with a training goal. And even then, they respect my instructions exactly. Love these guys!

This place is one of our favs

I had a great experience at Pet Pros while searching for a new brand of food for my finicky English Bulldog. The staff members were so friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked inside. They took the time to listen when I explained my pup’s digestive woes as had lots of suggestions for how to help. They were highly knowledgeable of the unique needs of the breed and even knew the company history for each food they recommended to me. I was beyond impressed! Plus, their return policy is very flexible. They clearly want you to find the products that are the best fit for your pet. So happy I found this store!

It's a nice store, they have wheatgrass cats like. A little pricey but great selection.

We needed flea treatment to help our two dogs and we did not know what to get or what to grab and luckily we ran into Soki who is the reason I am writing this review she was beyond helpful answered every single one of our questions and gave us a very detailed reason why a particular product suited our needs and what our other options consisted of and and after all her helpful advice we decided to get the products in the picture. It is very rare you get customer service this great and this helpful! I don't normally give reviews but in this instance this store deserves a 5-star rating and Soki a significant raise with recognition for going above and beyond! thank you very much for your help! And anybody looking for pet products and not sure what to get, definitely come here. If by chance what you get doesn't exactly work as planned, you can always bring it back and return it. Thank you so much for the customer service Soki!!! We will absolutely be back again!

Perfect for pet lovers and pet buyers! Also, the variety of items if immense in here, not to mention the animals up for sale. Grooming shops offer services at a reasonable price, too.

I truly dont like this place. They are stuffy, pretentious people. If you come in with a smile on your face you get the BEST service. If you come in with a blank face you get treated as if your not equal. If you dont be long to their loyalty Program, their expressions change. They make it a very uncomfortable experience. Too eager to help, and when rejected, get defensive. I can give u about 5 examples of their poor people skills. Now, there is this young lady that works there that has not been there that long that's in her 20's, dark hair that knows how to treat a Customer, so there is 1 good costumer service person that I would recommend. She is the ONLY 1!! And I am not sure if it's because I dont dress like I have money, I am African American, or the fact that I dont smile much, this, I have not figured out, but the ONLY REASON, I put myself thru it is because they have the BEST SELECTION of bone degenerative medicine I have found out of ALL the Pet Stores I have been in. My dog is allergic to chicken, flax seed, and a bunch of other mess, and I found it difficult to locate a decent medicine for his joints that he wasnt allergic to. Long story, I know. But it's always good to inform the back story when critiquing a Buisness. Ha ha ha. Hope this helps !!!!

I really like this place. The people here are nice and you get a pet a billion dogs here and they have pretty good stuff. A little bit pricey on some stuff but overall it is a great cute little shop.
