Great staff! I love how much attention my pets get at their appointments. They provide detailed reports after surgery as well as call backs to check on your pet. They can always answer questions and provide options for you.

We've been coming to this Veterinary place for over 25 years. Great staff and fantastic Doctors. Our son. Quincie lives Dr. Hicks. Their staff is always pleasant and they will try their best to get you your appointment.

I nothing but the most positive comments about this vet practice, the staff and especially Dr. Harriage. So much so, I have spoken to many people at how wonderful I felt Dr. Harriage explained what is happening with my pet and also did not feel taken advantage between cost of care and love for our pets.

I had a great experience with Chambers Creek Veterinarian! Our first time working with Dr Erickson was outstanding. I brought our cat in for an annual exam and to get his vaccines. They gave us a complimentary nail trimming for our very first visit which was such a blessing. She is very professional but also super personal. The best part my cat really liked her and trusted her. I highly recommend them.

This vet has been really good to me with my two pets in the four years of business with them very professional!! A issue had recently occurred, one of my cats had an emergency and they wouldn’t except her so I had to turn to one of the many random ER hospitals which was costly and not happy about that of course! Made a appt asap w/vet to do the follow up of course thank God My pet is on the Paw plan but of course I had to pay again out of pocket which is costly! Money doesn’t grow on trees I wish they could’ve been more helpful in that aspect! I’ve spoke with other people I know that are pet owners and they never had issues with their vets when there animal needs emergency, so I’m kinda on the fence to look else where if I have to experience this again!

I will never return to Chambers Creek and will discourage anyone else from going there. This vet has lost a client of over 5 years. They need serious improvement in office management, customer service, and patient care. They seem to be in a constant state of confusion with a focus only in sales and billing. The receptionist made an error and only booked for 1 of my 2 dogs’ boosters. After it taking almost 10 minutes to book the simple appts. When I arrived at our schedule time, there was confusion and complete communication breakdown. After talking with multiple people, and bringing both of my dogs inside (as per the request of the vet tech), I was later told by the same tech that they would give my second dog the shots if I paid for an emergency visit fee for her. No apology or reasoning on the missed appt, just requesting a large amount of money for a simple vaccination service for a long-standing customer. I told them with that response, I was going to look for another vet. I refused the extra fee and requested that they only proceed with the Dr. appt, boosters and script refill for dog 1. During the visit, they tried to push for additional bloodwork I did not request or even was needed. They tried to charge my card without even discussing an amount or the bill (no estimate of charges prior either). When I requested the bill before paying, the vet tech looked at me confused without saying anything. I responded with "this is how sales transactions normally work". He became snarky and told me a $ amount. I was absolutely done working with them and I handed him my credit card so I could leave. I waited and watched as he fumbled with the credit card machine before getting the transaction to work. He then left without any assistance or direction on how to leave. When I left the room I was in, the 2 receptionists in the lobby were on the phones in the dark and still did not greet or assist with our exit (same as we entered). Fast forward to picking up the prescription that night, Dr. Hicks changed the script without saying anything. She changed the mg, the type of pill and the quantity (only 5 days’ worth). Knowing that my dog would need another appt with a vet to get a new script and I would be challenged to do so. She made a petty move at the detriment of her patient. To also note, I stopped using their pharmacy in-house a while ago. They charge 2+ times what other pharmacies charge and frequently do not stock the medications to be reliable with the filling the scripts the Dr. writes.

Even though my dog is a little devil, I was super worried when he gulped down a mushroom on our walk yesterday. I called Chambers Creek, they told me to come there straight-away, took him right in and got his stomach pumped. Their responsive and care gave this story a happy ending. I’m very appreciative of both!

The staff was very attentive and treated my Scooby with love. Which, meant a lot to me since he has been feeling extremely sick lately. The veterinarian who treated Scooby was extremely thorough and took time explaining options available to treat Scooby Doo. Knowing we had just paid off an extremely expensive surgery bill with another vet, she provided us with cheaper options to treat his current condition. Which, we truly a appreciated. We recommend Chambers Creek Veterinary Hospital. .

Puppy plan is a joke. Pay monthly fee and can't even get an appointment within a month. Takes 2 months to get seen.

We were referred to this clinic when our regular vet couldn’t see our pup for an urgent paw injury. Chambers Creek got us in same day and made our nervous pup feel comfy. They fixed him up and gave us solutions for helping with his anxiety at future visits also. Very pleased with our experience. :)

I have been coming here for years and have long been impressed by the professionalism of the staff and the modern veterinary techniques employed here. They have the best of the best in personnel and testing and you can be sure they care about the best possible outcome for your pet’s health. The facility is ultra clean and modern and the staff is well educated. These are stressful times for us all, but they work hard to insure both you and your pet are well treated.

They canceled my poor kitties grooming appointment as I was loading her into the car. My poor kitty has nats all over and now she has to struggle for who knows how much longer because of this.

Took my dog in for weight loss, come to find out not only did they find a lump in her belly but they also found out she has bloat. They acted quickly gave her meds n fluids. They are such great people; made me feel Assured they would do the best for her. I am so very happy I have finally found a vet that can care for my animals as much as I care for them. ????????????????
