Vet & staff are amazing! Found out our dog has diabetes, everyone has been so helpful and extremely supportive! Our furbabies are definitely in good hands!????

We took our 2 cats here for about a year. A great vet office. Very attentive and helpful. We had to get all of the paperwork together to move to Guam with 2 cats and they were very helpful with making sure we always had what we needed in and in a timely fashion. We will be moving back after our stint in Guam and will be returning to this vet.

Everything went great and no surprises! Spayed and dewclaws removed.

Took care of us very good even when we had to put our baby Dante down cause he was so old. They even sent us a greivence card @ the end and we our so thank ful for all their carrness:)) thank u we love u

Staff and doctor were nice to my almost 1yr old Alaskan Klee Kai, before his neuter apptmnt. And later that day, as a clairvoyant who loves her animal and best friend (he's ESA certified), I swear I heard Nanook scream for help unlike any other tortured being I've heard before and I was devastated as I've fallen upon awful times as people sometimes do even then I've felt no more worse than when I brought my dog home with the wrong medicine (they gave him more pain medication than usually and abnormally given) and I lay him down with his little satellite dish to prevent him from licking himself. I could see the pain in his eyes, I could feel the hurt of "why me", "why did they hurt me that way?" I gave him a treat to gnaw on and water and he was acting abnormal when on the pain killers, even now he's being weird and just laying down next to me and it's totally unusual for an Alaskan Klee Kai, they are energetic snugglers. He went through incredible suffering from a trusted neighborhood source and Im determined to find out exactly what happened to my ESA dog who has me taking care of him instead of him taking care of me.

Staff friendly and Dr Norstrom is kind and compassionate. I like that he offers treatment options as needed but does not push you to do something.

We've been using crestwood for almost 8 years now and I feel that they treat our dogs like their own. I love the optimal service and care that we receive. The genuine interaction and the enthusiastic vibe from the staff and the vet doctor are my fave part of choosing them as my forever vet.

Dr. Norstrem and his staff are extremely professional and knowledgeable. They truly care about the well-being of our three dogs. Our Australian Shepherd suffers from separation anxiety, and Dr. Nordstrom was able to outline a longterm care plan beyond a typical prescription.

I took my cat Chester here for a couple of years and never had any complaints....until now. The staff has always been very nice and caring, however, one incident this week has made it where I will take the next cat that I adopt to a different vet. They diagnosed my cat with kidney issues awhile ago so we started him on a prescription diet. Almost two weeks ago, he started throwing up more and not eating much so I kept taking him in. A few days ago, I took him in and they kept an eye on him during the day while I was at work. Well, when I picked him up after work, he was doing worse than when I had dropped him off. His legs were wet, he smelled like death and was not himself. That night, he was dying on my closet floor of kidney failure and I feel like they should've kept him until they had the results of the bloodwork and xrays, as he was obviously in poor shape and not eating. I feel they should've been honest with me about the extent of his kidney disease, so I could prepare for this and they should not have sent him home that night, as it was obvious that he was dying. He ended up being euthanized the next morning when I brought him in once again.

Crestwood has the best staff. We take all of our kids there and they always do so well. The pricing is great and the care is excellent.

Dr. Norstrem, Hanah, Morgan and all are fantastic at Crestwood Animal Hospital. We have taken our Keeshond fur-babies to Crestwood Animal Hospital since 1997 when we got our first Keeshond, and we completely trust our fur-babys' lives in Crestwood's care. Dr. Norstrem and team really look out for the care of our fur-babies that we could not be more please with. Crestwood Animal Hospital is WONDERFUL!

The vet did a great job of diagnosing my cat quickly and correctly. Palpated all the organs during the physical, did not make any crazy recommendations. Staff is very nice. Thorough, but practical.

There is no other veterinarian I would consider. They are so good at caring for my pets.

Dr. Norstrem and his staff are the best! They've been treating our pets for almost 20 years and we've always had positive experiences there. We're always given options for treatments and realistic expectations. The care our pets receive is compassionate and fairly priced.

They take great care to make sure our pets are healthy and happy.

Dr Norstrem is very professional and knowledgeable on animal treatment, very loving person to animals. All 5 of my dogs are taken care of by Dr. Norstrem and his staff. I saw one comment about only one vet in his office, but you just need one good vet to take care of your loved ones. Highly recommended!

Doctors are very nice everyone is very professional and knowledgeable. Pricing is a little expensive but I would imagine all vets are going to be. Good place to take your pet.

Their boarding fees are reasonable for animal sitting while away on vacation...

Very knowledgeable and takes his time to listen to the specific needs of the clients concerns for the animals. I’ve been taking my Belgian Malinois here for over 4 years and he’s very calm around my dog and makes sure my dog feels safe and secure and all of the support staff are all very good with handling as well.

I haven't updated my review for a couple of years. However, nothing's changed. Crestwood continues to provide excellent, compassionate care for my animals AND me, as they have for over 20 years. I tend to be pretty emotional during rough times and everyone's so calming and understanding. Dr. Norstrem is always up-to-date on new treatments and medications, yet he has the experience of a seasoned veterinarian. All this without the crazy sticker shock of some vet clinics. I don't see ever switching.
