My dog has a painful and itchy rash in his back hind legs, his rear and tail and they REFUSED to help him, told me I had to wait 3 MONTHS to see someone......I thought this was a HOSPITAL. If your animal has an emergency DOT NOT COME HERE!

We have had 2 dogs, these last 24 years. Our dogs have been enrolled in Banfield's Medical Plan. They get 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ without a doubt. They've taken very good care of our babies. You can't go wrong.

If I can give a 0 star I would Dr. Pham is very unprofessional. She was very rude turned me away when I called to get a rabies shot done I was told that I can come in. Her vet tech said they could check me in. But Dr pham turned me away. She said she didn't have time because she had to work tommrow. Ok so does alot of America. Be lucky you have a job getting a paycheck. She wasn't even the person giving the shots anyways her vet tech was.She was sitting down in her chair complaining she was doing all the work. Very very poor customer service should not work in the animals business. Would not reccomend.

Not our favorite option but because of the pet plan we have been going here. The staff is hit and miss in its friendliness and you could stand there for what feels like forever without being greeted. The staff that Are nice definitely make up for the ones that aren’t. The vet tech that put our dog down was not the friendliest either and I was not impressed with her. We also got stuck paying for the plan for our dog that they put down, for several months so that was a kick in the face. All in all it’s a place to get caught up on shots or be seen when everyone else is packed.

I like the vets here and most of the staff. Ive had a few women at the front desk that are rude at times but its probably because they are under staffed. My issue with these banfield clinics is that we pay for the wellness package monthly for my dog. In that package we are suppose to be able to get free exam visits when we schedule one. Well when I call and my dog is sick I cant get an appointment for days or weeks at any of the surrounding banfields close to my home. Im forced to go to the emergency clinics which are so expensive! Im frustrated that we pay monthly for a wellness package that we can barely use. I can only imagine how much money this place is making from monthly wellness package fees that customers can barely use. They need to figure this issue out rather than make pet owners feel ripped off. ????

Terrible place for a vet. Prioritize certain people though we have appointment. And constantly rescheduling and telling us inconsistent info. I have a pit and they are always scared to work with her. Therefore she is always nervous to go in. She loves people but even she doesn't like them.

The worst experience ever at this location, and we have been with Banfield for a while. Our comprehensive exams were cancelled for 3 times and we are due over 4 months now. Now I do understand things happen but 3 times in the row is extreme. Today I have reached my limit. When I have approached the problem in person Ms. Candy ( my apology if misspelled) told me and I quote: And? Do you want me to call you when the doctors who called out are back to speak to them? Very rude and unprofessional, it was so much attitude that I had to ask her to stop talking to me that way. Her respond was again and I quote: Ok, and ? Not to mention I have been told you don't like it go to Federal Way. We are paying for the Banfield wellness and it is a waste of money if we don't get the service we are paying for. Not to mention it was not the first time Ms. Candy was unprofessional and rude.

We get great care here. I only dock them a star because they are so busy it is near impossible to get my animals seen asap if they are sick.

They were very short staffed when I went in to pick up my cat from her checkup. They don’t make notes on the account so I have to keep saying the same information over and over again to different people. I feel like they don’t care for business since they busy always.

I had better service and communication with the Banfield in Oklahoma. This particular one is just okay. This location is convenient however it’s also high volume, so if you’re looking to get yourself in within a few weeks vs months, I’d look elsewhere. There are plenty of good veterinarians around!

The staff at Banfield are amazing and kind. I have a (well behaved but) rowdy, loud and large dog that they always handle with care and understanding. The staff is super informative and compassionate.

While the customer service is good..I’m not very sure that the workers are truly qualified to help diagnose anything. Dead end answers and they just recommend/prescribe you lots of products that are overpriced. I would take my dogs here for annual vaccinations and basic needs. That’s about it. Otherwise, please take your pets to another clinic.

Absolutely love this place ! I have 3 dogs on plans there, their prices are great, their staff is amazing. Wouldnt go anywhere else!

We chose Banfield for our new puppy. We have been twice. The staff are friendly and helpful. They take great care of the pets. Explain everything well and answer all questions. Their plans are affordable.

I wouldn’t recommend taking your pet here. I have brought my puppy in 3 times and they couldn’t take her any time. The lady at the front desk couldn’t get ahold of any vets because they were all “on break” together. Then when I told her about my puppies bloody nipples she told me she thinks she will be fine. The front desk lady took at least 20 minutes to find a vet to ask if there was room and she still couldn’t locate one after all that time. Will never be bringing my puppy back here since she can never be seen and the staff seems to not care and told me to try again each week until something comes up. Employees lack empathy towards animals even though they work at the vet.

I work at the PetSmart and the only bad thing I could think to say is sometimes they are full/booked but that's just because it's popular :)

I really like the doctors and the services. The only downside is I've often had to call other banfeild hospitals for advice because they don't always answer.

1) the Dr's contradict each other 2) they don't read the info in his profile I have to repeat EXACTLY what's in his file to whoever I'm seeing 3) I was quoted one price BY THE DR for lab work but day of apt had to pay a higher amount for the same thing no add-ons mind you 4) apparently there are 2 test to see if my cat has FIV and "before we start treatment for something else we need to do this other test that $90 MORE cuz there are multiple reasons why the first one came back positive and we just wanna be sure he has it" so the money I paid for the first test was for nothing????... 5) the cat periodically has trouble breathing but the other Dr don't believe me cuz he hasn't done it in front of them 6) If I could give 2 1/2 stars I would but I can't so I give them a 3 on account of SOME of the staff are helpful in finding some products

I took willow for her wellness check up doctor Tiffany Patterson was very helpful for willow i willow was scared but she takes ixenity medicine she hates going to the vet but doctor Tiffany Patterson is really good working with willow and i love Banfield and i will stick with Banfield its close to home laurie alvaro

Years ago a different Banfield vet took my puppy, abused him, traumatized him and sedated him without authorization. Fast forward 3 years and the Lakewood Banfield had been ok with me sitting with my dog to get his shots for 2 years has a vet that decided to try to abuse my dog again. They told me that the vet wanted to try to handle my dog without me there. Then when I called back to get the vets name, lied and try to say it was because of Covid. DO NOT trust your dog to these people. They will traumatize your pet and sedate your pets so they can charge you more money.
