The staff here are very friendly and professional. They demonstrate that they care for the well being of your pet, its not just another sales pitch.

I had a evaluation for behavior with my 6 1/2 ur old dog and Dr.Dawson was very helpful and gave me a reasonable plan. Very professional and helpful!

Dr. Frost and staff are always friendly, compassionate and informative. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Updating two years later. Still love this place. New location has a worse parking situation but the staff is wonderful. The best vet!

Was able to get in on the same day I called. Wasn't too excited to call at 737 and told to call back at 745 on order to make an appointment. Just seemed weird

My dog Buddy is a rescue who was physically abused for the first 2-3 years of his life. I rescued him from a front porch he had been chained to for a week w/o access to food or water. The chain was heavier than this little chihuahua by far and he couldn’t lift his head. I tell this brief story to highlight how wonderful & caring the staff is. Buddy is terrified of everyone but me. Taking him in for even routine care is very stressful for him. Recently I discovered that he has been suffering from congestive heart failure & a enlarged heart that rates a 6/6 on the severity scale. The previous vet using the same image told me he had a mildly enlarged heart but it was if no concern but should be monitored. He was coughing constantly 24 hrs a day and was getting weaker by the day. After onevisit with a veterinarian at frontier village he is no longer coughing (at all) has about 80% of his energy back and seems to be much happier. He was given a second chance at life because they took the time to listen, research & treat Buddy. I can not thank them enough for giving me more time with my best friend. If you have a pet FrontierVillage is the best vet in the area by far. ????

Came to this vet clinic for to assist my cat for a issue. Nurse who came out had horrible experience with them. Said one thing then states oh well that's how it is. Will never do business with a place like this ever again. There is NO respect giving at this place at all. The price wasn't a issue. It was the disrespectful front desk who's the issue. Respect customers and they will respect you back.

I was very happy with my visit. We couldn’t go into the office with Franklin so I was worried, but having the vet call me and go over everything and answer all my questions was reassuring. Franklin was definitely scared to go by himself but all in all the visit went wonderful.

The vets at this vet clinic are very good with your pets. They care and do all they can for your pet. It's the only vet I go to ♥️

I had an emergency situation with my 12 year old bichon mix dog that I had to see somebody and as you know these days getting in for an emergency visit is a nightmare at least a 4-8 hour wait at most places. My own vet wouldn’t help me out. They were swamped. I called This clinic on the recommendation of my daughter who takes her pets there. It is phenomenal! They triaged my situation over the phone told me when I had the dog in my car to come on over and that they would be able to get someone to see him very quickly. They got him in 3 minutes after I pulled up. Yes you read that right. His care was excellent and the staff couldn’t have been more concerned and helpful. The people here are very caring and professional. My cat has got his kitten shots here and also just got neutered. No complaints at all and would recommend to others! Thank guys for being awesome and keep up the good work. Hubble says Meow!

We did start going there until our doggo was getting towards the end. All the staff that we had the privilege to work with showed us and our pup great care and empathy. We couldnt have asked for better quality of care.

I love Dr. Molly Maddock at Frontier Village Vet. Before finding her, we were on a roller-coaster searching for the best vet for our puppy. Our search was considerably more difficult because of Covid. We are so happy to have a wonderful, caring vet for our pup.

So thankful for Dr Clarke and the whole office. Our new puppy had an accident and they didn't hesitate to tell us to come right away. Every step of the way they were kind, compassionate, and helpful. Dr Clarke explained everything and used shared decision making. She called early the next morning with radiology results and seemed genuinely glad that he was improving. When we came back a week later, everyone was just as wonderful. I'm super thankful for all they have done for us already.

We’ve been taking our animals to Frontier Village vet for years. With the exception of only one incident, that was resolved to my satisfaction, I have always been pleased with the kind and caring staff and the great medical care for my animals. Most recently my dog picked a fight with a raccoon (and won). They squeezed us in on an already very busy day when every other vet clinic in the area was either busy or wanting to charge us astronomical fees for emergency service. All of the employees were great, the Dr was kind and fully explained our steps forward. Our pup is healing nicely and is proud to have a winning record against raccoons. Hoping to never go through this again but if we do, I’ll be calling FVV!

We have 4 pets that we bring here. They truly give the best care for the best outcome to all of them. They answer all of my questions and are very patient and attentive.

It was our first visit with them with our new puppy they were so great answering all of my crazy questions, they took time to explain all the shots he was gonna get, their care plan and the difference between having pet insurance and the car plan they were so amazing! I highly recommend them!

Just a number, they don’t listen to your concerns about your animal, they just want money. Awwwwwful!

Super great people. Even if they are not your primary vet.

The staff did everything they could for my "difficult" dog. When an accident occurred (most likely my baby's fault) they went above and beyond to fix it, no charge to me. They called the next day to see how he was doing. While my dog is not an "easy" dog, he is loved dearly and the staff extended this love to him. Thank you.

I had to take my kitty in to be put down and was given an appointment immediately. I was treated so kindly and they were so good to my cat. Carolyn Justus I believe was the vet I saw and I was just really impressed. She made that sad day easier and even sent a letter of condolence after. I've never received such great service before. It was really nice to have that on such a sad day

This place is amazing! My dog was hit by a car and the emergency vet was at max capacity and wouldn't accept us. I called Frontier Village Vet Clinic and they stayed open past their regular hours just to help us. I am so grateful that there are so many amazing employees at this office. I will never use another vet again! Highly recommend this place!

They are a bit more expensive then other vets, but the level of service I ha e always gotten has been outstanding.
