Everything I thought it would be. Very personable with the care of my labradoodle and the follow up of all my questions. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

The staff at mountain view are always friendly and treat my dog.like family. He loves the treats and belly rubs he gets every time he goes.

They have been our Vet for many years and hold an amazing compassion in their hearts.

Took mine and my sister dog to mountain view told them he was having trouble peeing and he had seizures and they just gave him antibiotics and didn't do blood work or ultrasound or exray know he was having more problems tried to get him in all of the emergency vets were busy so we lost our dog on Friday we will never take our animals to mountain view again

BEST place to go!!!! I used to live right by it also and even moving and having vets closer I will drive out the way to go here! They treat your fur babies like their own and tell you what costs will be before slamming a huge bill on you.

Given the ongoing pandemic, they've made great accommodations for pet care. It's wonderful to get test results so promptly. I love the text and phone contacts.

I have been bringing my babies here for years. I wouldn't trust anyone else with them. Everyone on the staff is very friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable and caring. This is, by far, the best veterinarian in the Olympia area

I was looking for a place to bring my two dogs to be seen by a vet for the first time in a long time. Great place and the vet told me that they would never turn away someone looking to have their pet seen.

Great and caring people who take great care of my fur babies.

One of my dogs had a bad skin infection on her stomach and groin. I called her regular veterinarians (Hawk's Prairie and South Bay both said they didn't have any appointments available for weeks). I called the emergency veterinarian and we're told they were at capacity and couldn't help. Mountain View was able to see my dog same day for an emergency appointment. Dr. Hines was super nice and I'll be switching my dogs over to her care in the future.

Good I believe whoever I spoke to was very helpful & nice but sadly (& I don't recall which answer cuz I called a ton so apologize) but the bad news was we couldn't go here for either they werent taking new patients rt now or they didn't take exotic animals & our little guy is a house bun which falls into that catagory. So gotta keep calling places heavy sigh ;)

The vets, techs and receptionists are all friendly and helpful. Their love of animals shows in their demeanor and their work.

My 15 year old fur baby Riley was diagnosed with congestive heart failure. Dr. Diane Desselle was absolutely wonderful. My decision to euthanize him was very hard for me but knew he would be in a better place. I had him cremated. His ashes came back in a nice wooden box with a gold metal name plate on the lid. Very pleased with all the staff at Mountain View for taking great care of Riley.

They truly care for your pets. They quote accurate prices. Somewhat expensive, but our animals do great there overall.

I noticed my brother's dog had a fish hook in one of his legs and so I called 12 other veterinary hospitals and all of them were booked, one pet ER was a 5 to 6 hour wait while another was 12 hours and this was on one of the 100° days. I called Mountain View Veterinary Hopsital and they had no wait times and I was able to make an appointment that day. Cooper was a little too excited to meet other people so he had to be sedated a little for the vet to be able to get the fish hook out.

Very rude staff. Were not professional, or helpful in any way. Never want to come back here again, feels like I paid just for somebody to ignore my dog’s needs. Now I have to go to another vet to get an accurate understanding of what my dog needs. UPDATE I went back on 6/15/21 and met with Vet Corina Hines and she was AMAZING! She was very sweet, attentive, and felt extremely genuine on finding out what was wrong with my puppy. Her and the staff were extremely kind and treated my dog very respectfully. I do plan on going back now for anything I need, and for our other future pets. But only to Corina as I did not like the other vet we met with last time; who was very rude and off putting. Thank Corina! You really helped ease my mind and changed my whole perspective on the establishment with your genuine, kind, and smart demeanor!

While this Vet Hospital once deserved high praise and had an attentive and highly responsive staff, we’ve recently re-evaluated that opinion since a recent attack on our dog left us in a lurch in seeking care. We understand the hazards of these pandemic times but being a faithful client for more than five years and unable to seek help from who we thought saw us for more than dollars and numbers was an EYE OPENING EVENT. Our crisis was not there and not being a client to other Vets we weren’t first with them either. The Emergency hospital was backed up and long waiting as well. Our recourse was to seek a Mobile Vet service out of Vancouver Washington (Serenity) which agreed to meet us more than halfway in Centralia, WA and saved the day and my dogs injury. More importantly our peace of mind having him seen. He’s better but our trust in “Mountain View Vets has been broken. Perhaps they’ll re-find themselves but without us. We need a Vet service to be there for us off schedule when we’re in crisis.

Even though vets in 2021 are SUPER busy, my big boy was sick and i was worried. They got me in AND called me when they had an earlier cancelation! The staff was great, doctor was great, charged an extremely reasonable amount and got to the bottom of the problem quickly
