We used to take our elderly Westie before he passed and they were so sweet and gentle with him. ???? Now they groom our Westie puppy (her first grooming) and she looks so cute! They were so patient with her (scissors ✂️ are scary)! ???? Before and after pics below.

Brought my cat here a while back because he had been sick ( untreated asthma and an uri) so he wasn't managing his own fur. We had him shaved and he seemed happy about it. Planning on doing it again this summer

Friendly staff and reasonable prices.

My dog was booked at 9:00 and was not finished until 1:30.... he’s a small breed why book so early and have him wait in a cage and the quality wasn’t the best for the high price. Last time I put my dog through this.

Just got our pitty done today, he looks and smells great, will definitely use again and again. Thank You ????

Laurel is the best groomer I have ever had she has Groomed all 8 of my dogs and they love her and she shows all of them love ???? even my silly little Cuddles

My sister took her dog and my parents dogs on the Fourth of July. The dogs came back looking absolutely terrible. We asked for one of the dogs to be “cleaned up” and got a shaved dog instead. The other dog was matted due to covid so we thought she would get shaved we were fine with that. However she came back with cuts in her ears. My sisters boyfriend went to pick up the dogs and he was not greeted and just told it will be 130$. We will never bring our dogs back here. Please look at the white dog. He is normally fluffy and so beautiful we asked for a trim and got this.

I brought my Siberian husky in to get a grooming. He is a big baby and sometimes he cries a lot So I'm very particular where we take him. He has been here before and the 1st experience was great. This time though I thought everything was fine until I noticed that his ears were still wet. Now hes got an ear infection and his ears were not cleaned during the grooming process. So not only did it cost me $75 but now a veterinarian bill. Not happy customer ????

Creda is the most caring groomer we have ever had. The only reason My dogs have gone there is because she is so kind and compassionate. Bebe will not let anyone touch her including our vet without a fight, but Creda is Pure magic. We have been clients for years and we will never leave❤️

Honestly not impressed. Spent $70 For a bath, nail trim and a deshedding treatment and my dog was shedding worse when I picked her up. Had to brush her in the garage for 30 minutes and had a pile of hair. Not exactly what I expected to Happen with a deshedding treatment. I could tell she was bathed and blow dried when I picked her up but she certainly was not brushed. I usually bath her and brush her myself so I know what she looks like after just being blow dried and brushed. I’m 37 weeks pregnant and she needed it done ASAP so I took her here hoping for a positive experience. They were nice enough to deal with Just disappointed with the service now and feel like I wasted money.

Took my boy here a couple months ago and got him the whooole doggy pampering package.. he came home with not's behind his ears still, one side of his butt cheek hair cut and the other not ???? and its very noticeable! Im sure he's very embarrassed. I get him the flee medicine everytime also and he has flees 2 weeks after. Not cool. Only drop off time is 9am, inconvenient.

I had forgotten to submit this review previously. We haven't taken our cat back here in months and never will. We had been using Laurel's for about 6 months prior to our last visit. We always brought our cat in early morning, and they were done within 3 hours. Our most recent experience, our cat was dropped off around 8AM. When 1PM rolled around, we were understandably concerned. We called Laurel's for them to tell us that it would be a few more hours. This essentially means our cat sat in a kennel for upwards of 6 hours surrounded by dogs while being completely neglected without a bathroom, food, or water. When we finally got our cat back (around 3PM, mind you,) he was still more damp than he had ever been previously. Our cat took over 7 hours to have his hair trimmed, nails cut, and get a bath after being dropped off 1 minute after opening time; and he still wasn't even dry. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will never use their services again.
