Kitty Klinic Lacey, Washington

I have not been there myself my husband has, they provide care for Rats and kitty cats. Their prices our fantastic and they take care of your pet. They're very busy though I couldn't get a an appointed for 3 mths and now my rat has to be put to sleep. They're the only place that charges a reasonable fee for surgery which is wonderful, but make it impossible to get a appt. since, they're so busy. *EDIT* They saw my rat back 1.5 yrs later for a lump in his testicle they didn't charge me a exam fee because they neutered him that impressed me because it was so long after his surgery.

Not really inpressd,went to pick up my cat and I they said nothing to me about Post surgery instructions or anything for you hat fact.

This is bar none the best place you can take your cat if you live in the area. Since moving away from Lacey, I have yet to find a clinic on par with this one. When I lost my job but my cat was in bad shape, they were able to cover half the bill with their community fund. When I regained employment, I made sure to donate twice as much as I used to help the next person in need. But beyond all that, they genuinely care about your cat and only extremely knowledgeable and caring veterinarians work here.

Had a good experience with a new adult cat. I was grateful they are seeing new patients, as so many are not. Despite Covid restrictions allowing only drop off/pick up, they provided great customer service & communication.

Took my kitty here and they were great. Just wish I could get through to office staff, I wanted to book my other kitty to see them since they were awesome! I understand though, busy clinic. Definitely a great clinic to take your pets!

Very nice place and good prices

I am a caregiver and took my clients cat there to be seen. Worst vet experience I've ever had. There were terrible breakdowns in communication, they use an auto text for arrivals, but seem not to check or use it, and the vet blamed the communication breakdown on me. Office staff was nice but seemed clueless. I never even got to talk to the vet about the problems the cat was having. I also was not sent with the medication the cat is supposed to get. I will be encouraging my client to change Vets.

Dr. L has been my vet for as long as I can remember. She’s smart, and talented. The building is decorated beautifully. Really cool place. They see exotic animals too. Most vets won’t!

This was our rescues first time using this facility. We were very frustrated with our regular vet and we're hoping for another option. We were very happy with their services. They treated the kitten with kindness and we are excited with the results. The fees were very reasonable.

A little expensive but amazing with our cat. Willing to help explain things kindly and professionally. Great boarding facilities

Outstanding service! We have been with them since 2004 and wont change veterinarians. Dr. lindley, Starry and Fellows are amazing. The kitty komfort is a plus A facility.

Kitty Klinic went above and beyond to fit my cat Chester in when his health was declining, while waiting to be seen at another clinic, from a wound he sustained. Their service was fantastic and they taught me how to provide his treatment in an effort avoid surgery. It didn't seem like he would have survived the wait for the other clinic. Thanks to Kitty Klinic's support he quickly recovered and is back to being his fantastic self.

Kitty Komfort Inn deserves 100 stars! My kitty Gracie recently stayed there for 2 months when we moved to the area from Portland and our new house wasn't finished. "Queen Gracie" as she became known, was so loved and well cared for during her stay. Katelyn and the entire boarding staff were incredible and sent me pictures and videos weekly. I felt so fortunate to have found them. And now Kitty Klinic will become Gracie's new vet clinic!

If this is the same kitty clinic that used to be on the west side next to Safeway which is now across the street and is a now a Goodwill, this is a great place we used to walk by at night and look at the cat that had free range of the place never went there but we always looked forward to walking by there at night to see the cat inside there it’s now and lacey in a much bigger an upgraded building.

My Mom needed to have her cat put down right away as she had taken a turn for the worse. Other vets would have sent us to the emergency clinic. But they had us come right in. They were really good with my Mom too. Great animal clinic.

Best vet place ever but sure wish they would check their emails!

Only been here twice but appreciate the great service, kindness and compliments my handsome Houston gets. He's never stressed after coming. Won't go anywhere else!

Honestly doesn't even deserve a star. I brought my rat at 8am for a neuter and theh didnt even start the surgery till 2pm and didnt even tell us they didn't start at 8. I had to call them for them to tell me they just started. Then they didnt even call me to let me know my rat woke up. I called 20 mins before they closed freaking out thinking something happened. And when i told the lady i couldnt pick him up today she said i had to pay a fee when it wasnt even my fault i wasnt able to get him. My fiance called them back after i told him about the fee and the lady said she was mistaken and that their was no fee. I understand if people are having off days but tell the owners so we dont have to leave our pet over night because y'all didnt call. Hes been there for 11 hours and each time i got information its because i called them. This is not how you run a business

Top notch service. They got my cat in when no body else would. They were very full too. My cat was very sick with a Temp. Of 106. Wow! They saved my cat. THIS IS A VET THAT CARES. HATS OFF TO KITTY KLINIC.

I took my cat because I thought he was sick they told me that since he's not sneezing and its only one eye he's not sick and weight loss is minimal. Now he has lost a lot of weight the infection is in both eyes and he's sneezing and coughing. I do not recommend taking your pet here.

Friendly and caring pet clinic.

Over the weekend my companion pet was very sick. So yesterday I called 14 vets including 24 hour emergency hospitals, the kitty clinic was the only vet that had enough heart to rearrange thier schedule and save my sweet girls life. Thier staff and vet were/are wonderful caring people. I am so grateful for thier immediate action and caring heart. I totally recommend them, if you love you babies, like I do. I recently took my kitty in for a lion cut. Not only did the kitty Klinic’s staff do the best lion cut I have ever seen but they were able to also find a recessed tooth during their pre-anesthesia exam that needed to be pulled. The stuff kindly let me know right away and we’re able to extract the painful tooth and give my kitty a cleaning as well. Bobos came home with a beautiful cut, a great feeling mouth, and they even gave her a little mani pedi while she was there too. We love the kitty klinic and their staff so much! I highly recommend

I brought my cat to kitty klinic to see if they can figure out what is wrong with her. I spent almost $300 and I'm no closer to figuring out what is going on. The Dr. does not know what is going on even after taking blood work and x-rays. She actually asked me what do I want to do. ?!?!?! I emailed the Dr. twice - it took her a week to get back to me each time. I tried calling the office and no one ever picked up, i just kept hearing the recording over and over again. I asked for them to email me their chart notes...I WAS IGNORED!!!! I WILL NEVER SUGGEST ANYBODY GO TO THIS CLINIC!!! Barb Morgan

I'm really torn about this place. I've had great interactions from the front desk in person, but completely different experiences with different vets there. Besides the conflicting diagnoses, their demeanor and interaction with my cat was polar opposite. One seemed to like him and be kind to him (while making us feel like his illness was our fault), but the other said he had a bad attitude and didn't even pet him when he was near her. We brought him back the second time because he was not well after one course of antibiotics. They kept him there for TEN hours and said he had to be sedated for being angry. That's never happened in his life. We were also told he COULD have cancer and the only way to know was a major open surgery that she didnt really want to do because he is 14. Suggested we do a fecal test for 200$ first. He was sent home the second time with gross wet fur that was yellow and brown and his carrier had odd stains (It was brand new). The literature we were sent home with was a xerox copy of a book that seemed very outdated (we found much more comprehensive info online). It is almost impossible to get through on the phones, but they do have an email as well they say is a faster contact point. After requesting my cats file, I found all sorts of info that was never discussed in any visit, as well as learning tests I was quoted for and was told would be run did not get done. My poor cat was very upset at this location with a high heart rate and lots of growling (very out of character for him) which the vet said could be dementia... He is perfectly happy and calm at our new vet, with a normal heart rate. I'm glad we decided to get a second (technically third) opinion elsewhere. I'm going to stick with the vet my cat prefers, who genuinely likes him and doesn't give us mixed messages.
