Cool ambiance, great food, and top notch service. Stared out the window and stared at Canada.

We had a great experience with NOAH. Was able to get our dog in the soonest out of all vets nearby, was added to a cancellation list that got us in even sooner (same week). We were seen due to ear infection, which turned into a hematoma. Since we were going under anesthesia we were also going to do a teeth cleaning. Everything was explained clear and concise. Their professional and friendly demeanor put us at ease. We will continue coming back.

They were great with my dog when I took him to be neutered. He got his vaccines, a microchip and a nail trim all at the same time and the next day he was fine! I only needed to give him one pain pill. Incision healed amazingly.

In truth the environment there was purely toxic. In the nine and a half months that I was a client at NOAH we had a total turnaround of staff, much in part to the office manager. The office manager belittles you and makes you feel stupid. the Dr. is much the same. They both put on a smile for the clients but behind the scenes I can only imagine it is a totally different story. They are not willing to teach skills and have no patience for questions that you may have.

Amazing facility, very friendly staff and a very knowledgeable doctor and staff. I was explained the different types of treatment options for my dog. As well as the different types of food that would help improve his quality of life. They are very upfront about pricing and from what I’ve experienced - fair pricing. They are a family type of business rather than a “out for money” business and always put the pet first before the procedure. I will continue care here with all of my animals.

This is my Kittens update to her actual, professional appointment with Horse Cart Small Animal Hospital. I am Samantha Renfrows Girlfriend, the one who took our kitten in originally. See her review for more information. 7/30 update for my kitten. She is 100% healthy. Her lungs, eyes, and ears are clear, healthy temperature at 102.1, which is completely normal, and she received all of her needed vaccines. And I only paid 45 dollars for the whole service. I have a happy and healthy kitten, who is eating high quality raw food, and is loving life. North Olympia is a joke. I do not recommend.

This place has been so helpful. Had my kittens spayed here and everything was great. Contacted them 10 days post spay as one of my kittens developed an infection. They got us in right away and were able to help clean her incision and give us meds.

While I did read reviews before even attempting to take my kitten here, I was hopeful with the good reviews and it’s only a few minutes from my new apartment. I had my girlfriend bring our 8 1/2 week old kitten into North Olympia Veterinary Hospital for vaccinations, as I was at work today. I received frantic calls, videos, and messages about how our kitten already hated the experience. I figured it was just because she is a kitten, and only had been to the vet once before at 5 weeks old. Instead, my girlfriend told me that the nurse, not the doctor, was being very forceful to our kitten. I am next getting texts about our bill, being 144, instead of our quoted 185. I was told that she did not get her vaccinations, and only got medicine, clavamox drops, for her ears. The nurse had told my girlfriend that they were just dirty, and she was fine. The doctor told her a different story. My kitten had previously gone to the vet at 5 weeks old. We found her outside, by herself, so we went for deworming and a health check. The previous vet had told us that stray kittens usually have chest infections, which are shown by eye dish charge, but she didn’t seem to have any symptoms. They gave us eye ointment and we were told to keep an eye on her. At 8 1/2 weeks old now, she is a happy and healthy kitten, playing with our dogs and other cat, playing with the billion toys she has, and doing normal kitten stuff. How North Olympia Veterinary Hospital could even attempt to tell me my cat was sick because of her ears is beyond me. They even said her temperature was 102. How a kitten with a temperature that high can act how she is, is stupid. So, we were charged for medication that wasn’t needed, with poor care. I called North Olympia Veterinary Hospital after my shift, to ask why my kitten did not get vaccinations. All she said was ‘She’s sick’. While that’s a fair claim, if she had proof, it was short and rude. I only got me more frustrated, and she just kept repeating that my kitten was sick. She brought up the information I had told her about my kittens eye medication when I made the appointment, which was irrelevant because that wasn’t even what we were talking about on the phone anymore. She repeatedly talked over me. In turn, when I spoke over her, loudly, she told me I did not need to be rude. I told her to delete me off of their program and I would not be returning. She then just said ‘Your kitten is sick’ like she hadn’t stated it quite a few times beforehand. I got into Horse Cart Small Animal Hospital for an emergency fever check and health check, as I did not want her to actually be in danger. She gave me a chart and had me do my own research on healthy kitten temperature, only finding out that 102 is normal for kittens, especially in high stress situations or if they’re being handled wrong. Horse cart small animal hospital booked me an appointment for the 30th. I will update this with her actual bill of health then, and meanwhile, throw away the garbage that this facility gave me. Rough nurses, incompetent desk staff, and lying doctors. No thank you. I cannot wait to see their reply, which will also be full of lies IN RESPONSE TO THE REPLY GIVEN 7/26: Thank you for your unneeded input. You are not in it for the best interest of the animals, only the money. As I stated, I took her to a different vet with more knowledge and higher ratings, which should’ve happened in the first place. I will absolutely not be giving my kitten the absolute garbage that North Olympia Hospital gave me, and will go off of what the actually professionals say. She is absolutely not running a fever, as your NURSE held the thermometer to her thigh to get a ‘better read’. She is a happy, healthy, playful kitten that deserves the best treatment. And no, scruffing is never bad in this situations, but your NURSE is horrid, rough, and unprofessional. You desk person is defensive and rude. As stated, I will never return and I hope others do the same. I will update again when professionals actually vaccinate my kitten.

One of my cars was sick so I took her in and she died they couldn’t save her witch I understand it happens but then they told me I needed to bring my 2 other cats in to get tested so I did I made an appointment they said they would squeeze me in around 2pm so I even showed up early at 1:30 and was patient that lasted until 5 o’clock at night just sitting there waiting I literally had time to call my mom so she could come watch my cat so I could go grocery shopping and came back and it wasn’t done yet and there is no one in the office at all mind you this was all just to get blood drawn

First visit for my pup was great and was told the initial exam was the only time I’d have to pay it. Second visit was charged for another exam... Waste of $50. Will be changing vets.

I’ve given you 1 star for having a phone number to call. I’ve called 3 times and no one has called me back. I’m thankful the call wasn’t an emergency. I believe that its common professional business to call back, whether you choose to see my cat or not. Maybe if the young grade school girl isn’t sitting at the reception area, and a professional staff member was, maybe business could be professional. Or have this young grade school girl trained to answer the phone. When Dr. Wedin own this business, everyone and everything was professional! Goodbye and Good Luck

The vet is very kind. However, the staff does not know what Customer Service is. A few months ago, I went to pick up my cats meds and waited in the parking lot for an hour. They forgot to call me. Today, I went in to pick up the same prescription. There was an employee behind the counter struggling to ring people up because the system was freezing. The senior employees (nurse?) Were in the side office talking. A woman came in who had been in her car for over an hour. - I was shocked the 2 other employees weren't quicker to help the customers. There was so sense of urgency. Finally, the lead nurse came out to help the woman who had been waiting for over an hour. She was not wearing a mask. I let her know I am extremely high risk and have a brain tumor. Her response was not warm by any means. She quipped that she has a doctor's note and anxiety. I have been through extensive trauma and understand. However, she could have showed some sense of customer service and warmth. She did not. When it was my time to get rung up, I watched her in the office and she was rolling her eyes and venting. I understand what she was discussing may not be about our exchange. However, the whole scene caused anxiety for myself (not to mention I'm now worried and stressing about my own health) and was extremely unprofessional. Add in the forget customers outside who don't get calls and this evenings experience, I am going to shop around for a vet that appreciates my business. I wish the owner luck as it appears that business is not run with any solid or good management. UPDATE - 3/12/2021 - Even though the office never contacted me about this review (the business had an opportunity to understand my concerns and improve their processes or make efforts to regain my service) I decided to give it another shot. I called in to ask about a great time to come in for a prescription refill so I wouldn't have to wait. I was told they didn't have many appointments and to head over any time. After being left at the front desk with children (their parent must have been a vet tech) one of them was eating at the counter with their mask off. I was told they couldn't fill the prescription. I asked why and informed that I called to ensure there wouldn't be any challenges. The vet tech told me because of my review they didn't want to help me. Their spite for my honesty about the unprofessionalism I experienced overtook my pets need for meds. They put me in a place on a Friday where I now have to get immediately reestablished instead of helping an animal. I am not inconvenienced, my pet is! That just proves how animals are not their passion. I was shocked and disappointed they would take this review out on my cats health. I had hoped going back would be a solid choice but it was not. This is not a place that has any sense of customer service. I say that as the vet tech was super passive aggressive by overly sweetly thanking me as I left. I tried to give them another shot but they didn't take the time to connect, understand my experience, learn from it, etc. I am grateful as I just spoke to a friend who has shared a cat focused vet in the area comes out to your car to get the animal, to give you refills, etc. Don't waste your time with a vet clinic that doesn't put the safety of their customers first. Again, I had hoped to prove myself wrong and provide another chance. Now, I will be filing a BBB complaint.

This place is awful. My sister wrote a negative google review after asking if an employee would put a mask on since she is high risk and has a brain tumor. The employee was incredibly rude. When she went back to fill her cat's prescription they told her to come in and then refused to fill the prescription when they realized she was the person that left the negative review. They lack customer service and instead of caring for an animal in need they chose to refuse to refill a prescription out of spite because they didn't like the review the owner left. I was shocked and disgusted by their response. She couldn't get in to another vet until Monday and her cat spent the weekend throwing up. Shame on them.

I have been a client for a little over a year. I have watched this hospital grow tremendously. With growth comes challenges and changes. A couple months ago, they were fully staffed and recently I found out they did a complete staff change which has left them short handed. Whatever the reason, I am not disappointed with the outcome. I called a couple days ago needing an appointment for my new "rescue" for a check up, fecal and shots. I was informed Dr. Rom was out due to a family matter for atleast a week. The woman I spoke with was friendly, kind and educated. She spoke highly of Dr. Rom's medicine. During our conversation, I learned a lot about caring for rescue dogs. She even went as far as giving me a dog trainers contact information and THANKED me for taking in a rescue! I am excited to meet the new staff and continue to bring my pets here! You are all wonderful and I can't thank you enough for all you do. ❤

I came in this morning for an appt There was 4 other people waiting outside and when we called it just went to the voicemail but said they would be open that day at normal hours. Nobody was there and the sign wasn’t even on. We waited half an hour and nothing. No call to even reschedule. Very unreliable and rude not to even let people know that they weren’t open that day. Some guy was even late for work trying to drop his cat off. I will be going elsewhere.

Our cat died after multiple attempts of trying to pick her up. She was literally alive today and died before we could pick her up. We made multiple calls trying to pick her up but the office was closed on multiple attempts.

Staff was super cautious and caring with my pet. Nurses and the doctor were polite and knowledgeable. The whole place felt welcoming and the price was not bad. The location is a little easy to miss but I would totally recommend.
